Room was spotless, pool was open and clean. The hot continental breakfast was actually really solid. The biscuits and gravy paired with bacon, eggs and sausage was my go to while my daughter was a pancake and cinnabon monster. Thr tv channels would go out every few hours, one day it was out the entire day but it wasnt that big of a deal. The wifi wouls cut out evey few hours as well...not sure if they have a connection issue but it would be nice if they uograded their internet equipment. There were a few times I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody was there. I waited in the lobby for a few minutes but still nobody. It was kinda slow during my stay so maybe the front desk agents were working in the office preparing for the day/evening. Overall it was nearly a perfect stay and I will definitely use this hotel in the future.

This was a newer hotel. My room could have been cleaned better. I took the wash rag and mopped the bathroom floor myself. There is still suction cup marks on the window from where they put the glass in. I would think as a hotel you would want that clean. Cleaning happened some days, but not others. Had to ask for coffee at the desk each night as it wasn’t replenished. I stayed here for market and it was a pretty and easy drive to High Point. They had the typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast. I just wish they would take a little more time to clean.

The hotel was nice. The Front Desk Agents were fabulous. Housekeeping on the other hand, not the best. Before I left my room for an event, I told housekeeping to make sure to clean my room. The young lady said it would get cleaned. I came back and my room was the same way I left it. Uncleaned. The only thing they did was take the dirty towels and wash cloths and left clean ones. I reported this to the front desk agent. She gaslighted me and told me the Manager would be in the next morning, which wasn't true. When I checked out the next day the front desk agent Kristen told me the manager wouldn't be in that day, and there is really nothing they could do for the inconvenience. Your house keeping needs work. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

This property was beautiful and looked quite new. The bed were wonderful - we sleep so well! Everything's was so clean and nice. Loved the black out shades instead of blackout curtains. The shades completely blocked out light and were private.

Although we were very pleased with our stay, the rooms did not allow enough room for 2 suitcases or for my mom to get around with her walker. There were no handicapped rooms available. Even if it was someone without a walker, the spaces near the beds were narrow.

Wonderful staff and clean room. The hotel did an amazing job. Fresh clean towels. Hot showers, clean bed. TV would stop working and the Front desk told us how to reboot it. A few loud doors, that I don’t feel should have any bearing on the staff but, overall a very well kept hotel.

We were in town for our daughter's competition and stayed here. Randall was so personable and very accommodating from the minute we got there. We also appreciated the quietness while we slept that is very rare for us at hotels. Very clean and the breakfast was tasty every morning!! Also if you have never had Dairy-O restaurants you must try it and it is within walking distance from the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised as we’ve never stayed at Holiday Inn. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! This is a new hotel, so everything very clean, as well as our room. The bed was a little harder than we’re used to, but comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our halfway point to Tennessee vacations!

The property was very nice as were the rooms. The breakfast had several options and the food was good. Lots of space/tables to eat. Only problem we had was the security bar on the inside of our hotel room latched when we were leaving the room and we were locked out. Took some time to track down someone who could open the door for us. It was a Sunday and no manager or maintenance people available. We were able to access our room again and to prevent this from happening again we tied a rubber band around the latch. In all the years we have traveled I have never had something like this happen. Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is very clean, stylish and updated with a great location. We stayed here for parents weekend at High Point University, because we were a little late in booking. It’s only an 18 minute drive to campus and the price is right. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they have a breakfast in the morning. We never went to it but that adds some value to the stay. They have a coffee machine that’s 24/7 I would stay here again.

For a brand new property there are issues. Lamp wouldn’t work. Needs sun shade on window, when sun was out to prevent room hot had to shut darkening shade. Breakfast ran out of food too early in the service.
