Hotel was clean, and the staff were great. My only wish would to have a little more outside areas. The pool was currently closed and the only outdoor area was a picnic table/ smoking section.

All of the staff were AMAZING! Super nice people. Our room was really clean and kept well-stocked with all supplies. I used work out room. There wasn't any cleaning spray to wipe down equipment after I used it. You might want to consider adding that to the room,

The door lock for the fitness center was not functional with visitor keys. Had to get employee to access. Room did not have sufficient towels in it. I had to request towels when I arrived.

I loved they had on site laundry so I could do it any time. The breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. The beds were very comfortable. We brought our little dog for the first time and she was treated just like a human guest. Such a great location with alot to walk to. To top it off, they made fresh cookies every nite, as a treat for guests.

Fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Kernersville. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and gym every day. I will be back !

I didn’t like that there is no microwave in the room and that the pool is closed in June and they didn’t post it online. Also one of the ladies that works at night in the front desk on June 9th was very rude to me and my kids. The coffee was not hot during the day and it was not good either. They only had one microwave by the front desk and only had two carts for luggage for the entire hotel.

We should have had a king bed. Our room had two doubles instead. The front desk said they didn’t have the room we reserved. The pool was closed for the season which we didn’t know about. Disappointing overall

We stayed at this facility previously. This time around we found our room to be only moderately clean. Pillows were numerous but uncomfortable. Breakfast was substandard. Perhaps there's been a recent change in management.

We had an issue with our sheets, they were not Clean and had a nasty looking streak. 2nd time!!! We found that the rooms are cleaned, but someone was turning sexual tricks in the rooms. That was suppose to be taken care of now. But since we had it happen twice. We felt our bill should have been adjusted or compensated. The staff was great. I have cleanliness 4 stars because I found a previously used wash cloth hanging from the top of the shower curtain rod. As a short person, I totally get how something like that - white, high up, and against a white shower curtain - could be overlooked.

This place was the best value we have ever experienced for a hotel. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The staff is friendly and helpful. The showers are hot with lots of pressure. The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve had. This is a great stay!

Was okay overall. Had to ask a few times for towels for the pool. Was a pretty basic king bedroom. The bathroom had a dirty shower floor and there were drips near the toilet, like a pee dribble.

Bathroom door was a sliding door and when you rolled it shut, by the time you turned around the door had rolled open. Bad design and not good for privacy at all. And the room phone did not work.

The service was terrific. The room was very nice and clean. The only issue was that the placement of the bed was such that the AC blew on us all night. I like it nice and cool when i an sleeping but the air was blowing right on us. Otherwise everything was great!

Walls are thin. You could hear everything and every person in the hallway. The floor over me the person kept walking but it sounded like stomping. The hotel was great though. Nice and clean. Along with friendly staff.

Our flight was at night did not sleep well we drove to the hotel for 2 hours. We arrived earlier than check in. Robin was so nice to accommodate us and was able to find us a room for early check in so we can rest in the room instead of in the car to wait til afternoon check in . We were able to relax in the room before 1100 am. Excellent service and checked on us.if we need anything . Thank you very much.

Other than the first person that I saw named Robin. Every other counter person was down right rude. My television in my room didn’t work. The woman running the breakfast area was constantly correcting people. It was very uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

Front desk was lightly staffed, so help there could be hard to find. However breakfast staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were sufficient and clean, but not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties. A nice but not noteworthy stay.
