Majestic Rockies Motel

I booked this room because the reviews were like a 9.2 average. I am thunderstruck. It is the biggest dive of a hotel I have stayed at in my life with one exception of a Tijuana visit as a drunk teenager. It looks like it was built in 1924 and updated circa 1950 and then never touched again. Blue tape around a wall unit AC unit. Stains everywhere. Door would barely lock. Outlets loose. Like, I cannot figure out how this place gamed the system to get the reviews it got. If you get hit in the forehead by a board with a massive nail in it and it penetrates your frontal cortex and turns you into a frontal lobotomy zombie, this place would still be a disappointment.

Everything was above expectations

Motel was easy to locate. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. The queen bed was so comfortable! Shower had great water pressure and plenty hot. Parking was adequate. Price was right and my spouse and I will definitely stay here again.

Small hotel, right on the main strip. Close parking. Digital key pad for door. Close to lots of restaurants and activities.
