Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal.

Loved the roof top onsen and the facilities. The coffee shop in the lobby was a great bonus for us. The location was excellent with restaurants and the public transport lines so close by. Nice to be opposite the park too.

The hotel changes towels and takes out the trash everyday during our three days of stay. We enjoyed the hot spring and the location was great. Check in and out was easy and staff was kind. Only suggestion I’d give was breakfast choice was very limited.

We had a fantastic stay at &here hotel in Ueno. The location was excellent—just a short walk to JR, Chiyoda, and Ginza lines, making it super convenient for getting around Tokyo, directly to and from Narita airport on the Keisei Skyliner. It is situated at a location surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. It is also just across the street of the beautiful Ueno park. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. Our room 901 was quiet, everything in working order. We had a very restful sleep during our stay. Cleaning service is not provided daily, however, garbage is cleaned out and clean towels are provided daily, which is more than sufficient for us. An extension to my partner, Stephan's review on Google. A special mention goes to Do at the front desk. His level of customer service was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when we checked in. Truly some of the best hospitality we've experienced. Thank you. Another highlight was the public bath on the top floor, which overlooked the pond at the Ueno park. It was such a relaxing and unique bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and looking forward in staying at &here again the next time we will be in Tokyo.

stayed 5nights with family. room was planned to clean after 3rd night but not cleaned at all. used the same pillow cover and bedding all nights. felt uncomfortable. only towels and trash were took out everyday except for 1day. payed 400000yen but never deserve it. I would choose the better hotels at this price. location was not bad having many stations around. the man at the front desk was nice and kind.

We loved staying here. This is our second stay actually. It is clean and spacious. Very easy to get to from Narita Airport, and Ueno Park is just across. We get to stay on the higher floor this time and the view is excellent!

the hotel was semi self-service. we stayed in a japanese style room, where we had to take out the futons and bedsheets from the wall cabinet and set up the bed ourselves. room was small and clean, but the beddings, i.e. futon, blankets, etc. are not clean. I spotted red stains on white blankets so did not want to touch nor use the blankets at all. I also spotted stains on futons when i set up the bed,but at least the bedsheets seemed clean. the view was nice though.

We wanted a place that was easy to get to from the airport on our first night and this fit the bill. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the Keisei Ueno Station (the keisei skyliner train is one hour from Narita airport). The room was a bit more generous than a typical Tokyo hotel and the bed was comfortable. Much appreciated the onsen on the top floor, which has a nice view of Ueno Park. My only complaint is that it was difficult to get the right temperature with the air conditioning and some areas of the hotel were sweltering, like the hallways, toilets and elevators. Note that I was there in July when the heat is really intense; I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue at other times of the year. Overall a nice stay.

This hotel is conveniently located next to Ueno Park and Keisei Station which is why I booked it. Unfortunately I got a room facing the alley in the back which apparently people stay up and party until 5am and you can hear EVERYTHING through the closed window. Would not book this hotel again due do this. Came on vacation with my husband and without our kid and we actually slept worse at this hotel than at home. As far as staff goes all were very friendly and attentive.

&Here is an exceptional family hotel located in Ueno. The bunk beds are perfect for kids a the rooms are above average in size. If you’re lucky you will get a view to the park. A small kitchen with microwave and fridge is very handy. We would certainly return.

El personal súper amable y hablan inglés y español. La ubicación me encantó y agradecí mucho que tuviera un onsen con vista a la ciudad. El único pero que tenía el hotel son sus habitaciones miniatura. Era un problema sacar cosas de la maleta o llegar con compras. Literalmente solo están las camas y cabíamos parados. Las maletas las acomodamos en el baño.

Can't say enough about the staffs. I caught the flu and the staff at the front desk called around for me without me asking and were able to find an doctor for me on a Sunday morning. My daughter and I were out of change the the washing machine and the same staff able to get us change without asking again. I were not able to get her name. It is the employee like this to make your hotel great, and I will def be a future repeat customer.

Guests had to use computer at lobby to do self check-in. However, the hotel only had 2 computers at the front desk. One of the unit broke down. So I had to wait for my turn on the only available computer. The family before me took about 10 mins to complete the check-in process. During my wait, I displayed dissatisfaction. An English speaking staff came to help me. She used her computer to complete the check-in for me. Before she showed up, a Japanese staff was at the check-in area. He just stood there and never offered any assistance. He could also help the family before me to expedite the self check-in process, but he didn't Hotel had a laundry room. The machine only accepted 100 yen coin. However, the laundry room didn't have any change machine. I had to go to convenient stores to change for coins. The area behind hotel had many clubs. I didn't feel safe at all. I would not bring my family to stay in this hotel again.

&Here is a 8-10min walk from the JR Ueno station and there are other stations around the hotel like Yushima or Okachimachi that are walkable to too. Ueno Park is just directly opposite the hotel which is absolutely lovely to wake up to. The room and hotel is large, clean and beautifully designed!

우에노공원 바로 앞에 있어서 교통이 편리하고 좋습니다. 케이세이우에노역이 바로 앞이라 나리타공항에서 스카이라이너 타면 45분정도면 도착합니다. 초딩 중딩 4인가족이 숙박했는데 일본보통 호텔방보다도 커서 방 1개로도 충분히 가능했습니다. 다음번에 도쿄가면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

You can't beat the location of being across from Ueno Park and being close to the Keisei Skyliner station. The area directly behind the hotel has a lot of girls bars and there were many girls and promoters standing out on the street at night. It was also a very dirty walk to the trains in the morning due to the number of bars around and trash on the street. There is a Lawson's and local grocery store very close by that is very convenient!

不知道為什麼過分體式冷氣忽冷忽熱,工業風設計,一打開房門,出街走廊是中空的，所以非常之凍,價錢又不是太便宜是很貴,但房間竟然沒有支裝水,酒店樓下只有一間coffee shop,沒有自助早餐,對面是一個大公園,很多時候都會聽到街上音樂,價錢跟質量不太成比例,唯一賣點就是新

Great hotel for families just across from Ueno park. We booked the large room with two bunk beds above and it was great for our 4 and 6 year old kids. Plenty of space to hang out in the room and we loved watching the park from the window. Such sweet service from the front desk. I just wish they had more options in the cafe for breakfast!

The staff were amazing, very helpful with everything we needed. The area is also great, with many decent restaurants and shopping areas within a few blocks. Check out the yakitori restaurant directly across from the back door. Also check out the amazing park across the street from the front door. It has the best science museum I've seen, or at least right up there with the Smithsonian, Franklin Institute, and Exploratorium. There's a lake where you can rent a swan boat, or other paddle boats. During the week, it has vendors, some of them selling interesting and unique "junk". Warning: My wife and I got lost in the park on a rainy day, and it took us almost two hours to find our way back to the hotel. Caution to the sensitive: There are also many "red light" type places in the area. However, I never felt that the crowd was seedy, or that there was any danger.
