We liked it. It had nice views, very modern, close to Bayside Marketplace and other places. We hated the parking situation. We had to pay $15 each time that we would take the car out of the lot.

Property was clean.. the room is NOT as big as it seems online but it was still good. The front desk literally never answered the phone as many times as I called. The employees werent that knowledgeable.. one Employee told me there was valet parking on another street offered by a third party and another employee told me theres no valet parking. We had to park in a parking garage across the street which had a $20 flat fee so everytime i went out it was $20. The breakfast menu was VERY limited. Don’t pay the balcony upgrade the balcony is LITERALLY 1 foot wide so u cant even step out and close the door. The staff wasn’t very helpful when I arrived i went to the check in kiosk and couldn’t find my reservation so i asked an employee and instead of him checking me in he just kept doing something on his computer then sending me back to the kiosk. Also check in is at 3PM i arrived at about 8PM and my “Pad suite” wasn’t ready so they gave me a room with a different set up. I wouldn’t stay here again not worth the price, didnt like that there was no valet or on-site parking for guests i find that so inconvenient and theres better cheaper hotels around there. I’ve stayed in so many everytime i go to Miami but i stayed in a Yotel in NYC and loved it so i really wanted to try this one and it just dissapointed.

YotelPad Miami offered free parking during the reservation process, but at the reception I was told that they don’t offer anything like that — only the option to park in a nearby public garage for $15 per day. We chose this accommodation partly based on that advertised benefit. So, for a two-night stay, the accommodation ended up costing us $30 more. For an extra $30 including parking, we might have chosen a different hotel. (Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful — I just find it frustrating that they provide misleading information.)

Great place to stay for walking distance to Bayside shops and restaurants. Area didn’t feel the safest. But great security inside with room cards needed to enter your room level. Super easy check in and check out. Don’t park at the hotel! $15 parking super close walking distance one block before. Clean.

We got in a little later in the evening and the hotel was very accommodating. The room was huge and the views were fantastic. Only issue with the room was the bed was very low, but it was also very comfortable. The surrounding area is a bit noisy, could hear motorcycles going up and down the street, but it is downtown so expect traffic. Its locates in a walkable area so we had no problem getting around or finding things to do. The pool area was extremely beautiful and the bartender was a stand out, Im sorry we cannot remember his name. Overall the yotel pad was a great stay and we would stay again.

Only issue with the room was the bed was very low, but it was also very comfortable. The surrounding area is a bit noisy, could hear motorcycles going up and down the street, but it is downtown so expect traffic. Its locates in a walkable area so we had no problem getting around or finding things to do. The pool area was extremely beautiful and the bartender was a stand out, Im sorry we cannot remember his name. Overall the yotel pad was a great stay and we would stay again.

Called regarding reservations prior to check in and was told property was cashless EXCEPT at their resturant. So we get the breakfast buffet only to find cold food , wabbly tables and terrible chairs for seating. When we go to pay there is an automatic 20% service charge [$28.00] tip which was no near 20% for someone who knows basic math. Let alone 20% for cold breakfast. They took off one of the child prices to offset it. Also said waffles pancakes but that wasnt available. Pool is amazing.

I loved the self service check in; very easy to use. I loved the automated elevators; very quick and efficient. The room was big with basically a full kitchen; great value for the price. I asked for a high floor, corner and that is exactly what I got. The fitness room was clean and the equipment was new and spotless. The staff was wonderful; had a drink at the bar that was excellent as was breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Blood stains and hair all over my sheets. Disgusting. I went downstairs to tell the front desk and all they offered was a different room that couldn’t accommodate the amount of guests we had. No apology or anything. I requested different sheets and those were still dirty with hair and stains. I dealt with careless lazy grump workers. Completely disrespectful to charge people a lot of money for a subpar place.

Surrounding area is mediocre a lot of bums but next to bayside park with restaurants, bars, and shopping. Room is small and run down, the photographer deserves a Grammy! They put modern touches but is a band aid for a bleeding wound. Floor had stains, towels smelled like sweat. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Our stay was better than expected! Not often you get impressed even after seeing the pictures on-line. Every area of hotel was very clean. Modern, practical, beautiful views from top floors. We visited from the other coast so my son could see his fav team the Heat in playoffs. We happened to get the “Apartment” that overlooked the Kaseya Center. His Murphy bed folded down facing it. A little slice of heaven to him!

We arrived around 9:30 AM and we were aware that our check-in was not until 3 PM. However we booked this hotel a month in advance and we were receiving notifications that the room was ready prior to getting to Miami once we arrive. We let the staff know that we flew in early and if our room was ready because we were receiving text messages and they told us no. We waited in the lobby for over four hours, and they were upset because my two minors begin to fall asleep on their sofa however, I told them that we’ve been traveling all morning and they told us they did not have a room available however after waiting 4 1/2 hours on their sofas in the main lobby, the supervisor came up and gave us a room. The room was filthy. The walls were dirty Blankets were dirty and we did complain, but all they did was just advise us that we were only staying for one night, which was terrible service. I would never in my life. Recommend this hotel ever again even though it was walking distance to everything. The service was definitely terrible and very overpriced

I don't that you have to pay a ridiculous amount for parking every day. The valet was overpriced and the parking garages were also overpriced and you couldn't get in them between certain hours. There was the previous persons dirty underwear left in the washer in our room and the dishes for the microwave/oven were left dirty with food on them from the last people. The shower did not drain so it would overfill if you didn't shower fast enough. The coffee table was heavy and had to be moved by two people to be able to access the bed.

The room was clean and the size was fine. Good views, kitchen, small balcony and overall setup was good. I wish they had pool towels available all the time and not have to ask for them. And the loading/unloading on the street is not convenient, only one cart, no parking. But the location was good, rooms quiet (not the doors and neighbours though). Kitchen appliances are good to have but controls are a pain lol, really need a manual for them.

I thought this would an innovative hotel with cool features. The room was stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay including some extras. My only complaint is the bed is not at all comfortable. It's a murphy bed, hard to sleep two people and not long enough for a tall person.

Everything was great except the AC flow stays at 70. I tried bringing it down to 68 went back up and didn’t get cold enough still stay the same room temperature. The room was not cold at all especially when you have sun beaming through the windows so I close only one shade but still the room was not cold enough for me. I’m not that person that sweats or need the studio to be cold but at least better than what it was. You pay so much money and they control the AC. Even the door guy that help me with my luggage said it’s really warm so he even try to lower the temperature but didn’t work. I just took cold showers. Lol

Terrible staff, it appears everyone dislikes working there. All but one friendly staff member. Starting with reception to the bartender at the lobby just plain horrible most rude experience. If I could zero stars. Beds are terrible the floor is better, the pool is dingy. Every time I asked for anything I got attitude and an unpleasant response.

Very cool hotel with nice staff. Very close to Bayside. We love the free drinks that came with the cocktail hour as well as the food were very good. They also were so nice to hold our luggage when we return for the cruise will definitely recommend and stay there again.

I liked staying at yotel hotel everything went well except when we kept having to call to order towels it wasnt any face or actual body towels in the room & we called guest services we kept having to check for a status update we called 4-5 times over the course if 2 hours they kept saying wait someone is on the way now i finally was able to just go downstairs the guy at the front said oh we dont have any request for your room very odd but he helped us right away! After that smooth experience breakfast was great & the front desk people are so kind & pleasant

Really disappointed with our experience at YotelPad. The location was excellent, and overall the room was fine, it was the customer service, attitude and communication that was very lacklustre. On arrival (after a midnight flight from Miami) we were told that early check in would cost extra $55, in my opinion, this is a money grab. We had 3 major issues 1. Once in the room, the murphy bed hadn't been set up, we had to do that ourselves. 2. The kettle didn't work, we went down to the desk 5 times, and they advised they would replace asap. After falling upon deaf ears my husband actually took it to the front desk and sat it there as a reminder. It was many hours and another couple of requests before we got a new kettle. 3. Our room was not serviced on the second day. Again, we contacted them and to no avail. After MANY requests for our room to be serviced, someone knocked on the door with clean towels. No bed made or anything, just a few towels. This is not the experience we paid for. The staff couldn't care at all.

Check in was horrible. My wife and I are in 2 vehicles. I went to park my vehicle while she pulled up to the front door to unload our things. She struggled getting everything onto a luggage cart while the front desk did nothing to help her. There was a bell ho present but they did nothing. As she waited for me security started stressing her out to move the vehicle but she could not due to all of our things that were still on the sidewalk. When I arrived I took her vehicle to the garage then walked into the hotel and gave them a piece of my mind about the way they handled this and asked them why didn’t the bell hop assist. They apologized which I would not accept. Other than the check in the stay was ok.

When checking in the fire alarm was blaring. Oddly, no one seemed to react. I asked the front desk if we needed to leave but he replied no its just testing. Come to find out it was tested for two days 9-5 pm! The staff was lovely but gave very little instruction on the elevator or the room. Cant say id stay again but the premise is interesting.

This property is in a good location. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery area, parks, and gas stations, and also the bus stations and trolley. It's very close to the cruise port. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place to stay for walking distance to Bayside shops and restaurants. Area didn’t feel the safest. But great security inside with room cards needed to enter your room level. Super easy check in and check out. Don’t park at the hotel! $15 parking super close walking distance one block before. Clean.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance from Bayside. I was taken back by the Murphy beds but it grew on me. The kitchenette and bathroom were spacious and nicely maintained. Overall experience was great.

I have stayed at YotelPad for 4 days prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located in Downtown and easy to go everywhere in Miami. I did not rent a car but used Uber or bus, all very easy options. My room was a studio for 4 people and is very comfortable and reasonably equipped including washing machine, dryer and a kitchen with dish washer. My reservation included breakfast served in the lobby area, and the options were nice. Went to the beach and had a chair for free but needed to pay for the umbrella. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Check out was smooth and I just needed to handle the keys to the staff. Got a taxi to the port which was a stroll from the hotel.

The hotel was just what we were looking for: walkable to the places we needed to be for business matter. The room was smaller than expected for 4, but was ok for just one night. However,the lady at the bar should not tell guest that the " service charge" included in the bill is not the "tip",than what else is/ was the service charge? We did not leave any extra as she expected because the drinks were already expensive enough. Other than that,our stay was good.

Never got extra towels or pillows for Murphy bed and when I had to ask they knocked on my door at 12:30 when I was already in bed. Would not stay her again. To many others around to be this neglected. The free breakfast took over an hour and a half and barely made check out. Room was not cleaned well floors were not swept or vacuumed.

Im so thankful they allowed me to check-in early without any additional costs or fees. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was not good AT ALL and wayyyy too expensive fot the quality. I complained that the bacon, potatoes were awful and overcooked (suoer hard). They made no apologies nor did they try to make it right. They gave me a chocolate croissant with a $126 breakfast bill where gratuity was included and we hardly ever saw our waiter. Stay AWAY from the restaurant!!

Called regarding reservations prior to check in and was told property was cashless EXCEPT at their resturant. So we get the breakfast buffet only to find cold food , wabbly tables and terrible chairs for seating. When we go to pay there is an automatic 20% service charge [$28.00] tip which was no near 20% for someone who knows basic math. Let alone 20% for cold breakfast. They took off one of the child prices to offset it. Also said waffles pancakes but that wasnt available. Pool is amazing.

I loved the self service check in; very easy to use. I loved the automated elevators; very quick and efficient. The room was big with basically a full kitchen; great value for the price. I asked for a high floor, corner and that is exactly what I got. The fitness room was clean and the equipment was new and spotless. The staff was wonderful; had a drink at the bar that was excellent as was breakfast the next morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel has a great location, just off the metro mover and down from bayside Park. The hotel's facilities are fabulous and the pad we stayed in well equipped, but if you are a light sleeper or have issues with light this is not the hotel for you. You can hear everything through the windows and the blackout curtains in the bedroom we were in did not meet, meaning the room was bright from 6am ish. We were staying with our children, sleeping in the lounge which for some unknown reason had see through blinds, so the room was bright as soon as the sun came up. It was not therefore family friendly for us.
