absolutely filthy and run down (dirt, bugs, hair in room), sketchy people hanging out in parking lot all night. No coffee maker in room. Only one person working front desk so don't even bother calling because no one will answer. Shuttle was fine but only makes 2 stops at airport so you have to walk far to catch it. Only plus is they are attached to a Subway if you need a quick meal.

Property is older and needs a complete remodel. There are no elevators for folks on the second floor. If you flush the toilet, it take a while before water pressure to the shower returned.The front door was difficult to secure (probably because of the humidity the door was a little swollen and was tight within the door frame..the deadbolt lock was difficult to close.

I selected this hotel because it provided both airport and cruise port shuttles. We were only overnighting prior to a cruise so I didn't require anything special, just a clean place to sleep. The hotel is clean, but somewhat tired looking, but what I needed for the price I paid.

I had to pay for a LYFT. My flight was at 7am. And the hotel airport shuttle didnt start pick ups until 6am - which would have made me late.
