Super small bathroom, only two elevators so when checking out, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs because we waited 20 minutes for the elevator but every time it came to our floor it was full. No fridge in the room and there was only 4 ice machines and none were in our floor. When we went to get ice we had to go to 3 of the 4 locations listed before finding one that actually worked. No washcloths in the bathroom and the shampoo dispenser that they provided in the shower didn’t work. It was not worth the money we paid but glad we were only there one night.

Stayed here before as its nearby cruise terminal and would stay again. Friendly staff, free drink at bar first night. Coffee machine and water in room and has all the needs for people travelling. Only downside is two small slow lifts, which at checkout time can cause some delays in exiting hotel sadly

Great location with plenty of walkable restaurants and museums close by. Right across the street from a CVS and Bayside Marketplace. Valet was expensive and took awhile and the elevator was pretty slow and small. The room was older but not the worst. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. No mini fridge or microwaves in the rooms.

There are only 2 elevators for the hotel and usually had to wait 20-30 min for an elevator especially in the morning on cruise days when you are trying to take your bags down. Had to carry my 4 50 pound bags down the stairs from floor 9 so I wouldn’t miss my Uber.

The property needs a lot of updating for the price. They only have two elevators and one did not work. We had to bring our luggage up and down the stairs while there. Lucky for us we were on the third floor. On the upside side it is centrally located to Bayside,CVS, Ross, etc..

Excellent Hotel and location. Was disappointed with free drink from bar. Small drink and they forgot to add the alcohol. Loved that they had a professional transport service on site to take us to our cruise port and on our return pick us up at the port and take us to the airport.

This is a large building where 2 elevators are insufficient for visitors. Between the 2 elevators, one is currently out of order. Moreover, it takes 15-20 minutes to access an elevator. That’s the only inconvenience.

Good for a night over before going on a cruise. In a convenient location and with a $9 shuttle to the docks. Room was very small but the staff were friendly and they give 2 comped drinks upon arrival

The room was very run down with patchy drywall. The walls in the bathroom were stained, the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The carpet was old and musty, did not feel clean. The room smelled bad. They offered complimentary coffee on arrival which was lukewarm, then had to pay for coffee in the morning. The elevators ran slow, waited 25 minutes in the morning for a packed elevator. I would not recommend this hotel, will never stay there again.

The room was unclean with drops of blood on the floor snd grime on surfaces and walls. We tried to get a refund because it was so disgusting snd the front desk person said the manager wasnt there but she doubted we'd get a refund because we booked through expedia. We left immediately

Property was in a nice area. Booked this hotel because of proximity to the cruise terminal. Hotel room was much smaller than expected. Tiny window and view of the wall. Room was half clean. Carpet could use a deep clean. Old tissues were left on the floor under the bed and curtains. Bed was comfortable.

The floors weren’t vacuumed, the bathroom was tiny, the bedsheets were subpar, and so on. The guy guarding the luggage hold area in the lobby sometimes dips out and leaves everyone’s bags unattended in plain sight for awhile. No minifridge. But it’s cheap.

I stayed one night pre-cruise. The best thing is the location. The hotel is close to shops, food entertainment and the cruise port. However, I would not stay again due to the lack of cleanliness and need for repairs/updating. The hallway on my floor looked like it had not been vacuumed for weeks. The bathroom was dirty and there was hair in the sink and shower. The room smelled stale/dirty. The sheets had holes. The bathroom tub was cracked, the outlets were covered with a dirty film, and the mirror was all peeled at the bottom. The phone was a cordless phone which had been unplugged from power so it was dead. This meant I had to go back to the front desk from the 12th floor to notify them about my concerns. As mentioned in a lot of other reviews there are only 2 small elevators so there is usually a wait. That did not bother me as I expected that. However, on one of the elevators the buttons did not light and the screen did not work so you had no way of knowing were you were when traveling on it (the certificate was also expired on this elevator). This hotel is not what I expected based on the cost. When my issues were reported the staff was courteous but they just removed the hair and did not re-clean the bathroom or offer a different room. I was very disappointed with my stay!

I would not recommend. The beds are small. The bathroom is really tiny. Like only 1 person can fit in there and it’s still crowded. Bed was comfortable but the air rattled and sounded like a low level vacuum cleaner all night.

Excellent location and the bed was comfortable. However, the concierge was rude and not helpful, the elevator is out of service (our room was on the 9th floor). Our room window was extremely small and faced a wall, and our room is the size of a shoebox and the AC barely works. Thankfully we are only here for one night. Not worth the price we paid.

Small room with window facing a wall and almost no natural light. Bathroom was TINY and the sink in your face when sitting on the toilet. Maybe 3" between them. If you fell in the shower I don't know how they would be able to get you out of there. Mirror with a few shelves, the lowest shelf was damaged. Not an amenity in the bathroom and I felt grateful there was toilet paper. No cup to put a toothbrush in, or a holder for the soap. There was a hairdryer in the closet. The room had a long narrow table that was tired looking and a headboard and chair from fake leather that were peeling. Small night table from same cheap material as bathroom shelf. We had to ring the front desk 4 different times but no one answered and my husband had to go down in the end to ask for a shower cap, which he received after they rummaged around and found one. I wasn't expecting luxury, but the photos online are misleading and make the rooms look much nicer and in better shape than they are. And as others have mentioned... getting in the elevator to check out is a trying experience as there are many cruise passengers with multiple pieces of luggage all needing the 2 elevators at once. Never staying here again.

Our flight arrived early and we tried to check in a few hours early. The gentleman behind the desk told us for $60 we could get early access, which to me feels like a ripoff. Nobody explained that the elevator required the room key to operate but we were able to figure that out. We got to the room and there were tons of issues. The beds were rock hard, there was paint on the carpet, holes in the drywall, a vent in the ceiling was leaking water onto the floor.. It was a known issue because there was a towel stuffed in the vent and hadn't been changed in a while. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was not secured and couldn't serve it's only function. We will not go back to this hotel. There are too many other good options. The only positive was the location.

I always stay here when I’m going on a cruise out of Miami. I enjoy the convenient location and the cleanliness of the property. It can be long waits or crowded often, trying to get up to your room. I’m pretty aware of the patience that’s needed when trying to use the elevator. It seems like there’s always only one working. But, nevertheless I’m happy with the hotel. I would like to acknowledge the fact on my last visit. The air was not working in my room. The maintenance man came a few time, but it was never able to be fixed. My next thing was, I was going to ask for another room. But, before I could. It was taken care of and I was moved to a better room with working a/c.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The location is great, especially if you’re cruising from Port of Miami - that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. All ice machines were all broken. No usb plug outlets in the rooms (tv was super old, decor is very old, NOTHING like the photos you see online!!!!). Filthy bathroom, trash cans not emptied. Bathroom mirror was broken. Bugs in the window. Carpet was ripped up in multiple spots. Paint was splattered everywhere in the room and the beds looked like a five year old made them. Elevator was so slow, had to wait in a huge line every single time to use it, waited over 15 minutes just to get in it. We were on the 10th floor so hauling huge suitcases up the stairs with kids wasn’t an option. Checking in took forever. Service was horrible. Water was leaking out of an air conditioning vent in the ceiling in the lobby and soaked one of our bags while we were waiting forever to check in. WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed at, it felt like a $50 a night dirty roadside motel, absolutely horrible. The nightly rate is astronomical for what this place is, AND they charge a resort fee which is insane. Spoke to the staff about the lack of ice and extreme elevator wait times and his response was “we have complimentary water in the lobby while you wait”. Don’t be like me: stay ANYWHERE else.

The front desk staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they were able to store our luggage with security who was also friendly and helpful. The room we were in could use an update and maybe a little cleaner however the bed was very comfy. The location is amazing. We would book this hotel again.

The location was great and convenient to access the hop on hop off bus and bayside park. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our hotel room was very basic and would benefit from an update, particularly the bathroom. The lifts in the building are small and there was a considerable wait in the morning to catch one during checkout time.

The stars given were for the barman and helpful security man. The so called manager is a disgrace. One of the rooms was dirty. There were stains on the pillows and the headboard was in a Terri le condition. On complaining the manager said we must have made a mess ourselves as it took us an hour to complain. He told us that if we didn’t like it “there is the door”. The rudest staff member I have ever had the displeasure to meet. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

After a rough start Claudia put us in a different room. I think that the original room we were given had just been renovated but was not finished. Things were missing, and just not up to the minimum standards. How ever the staff did try their best to make things right. Condos to Claudia she is a shining star, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was to our expectations. And it was. This hotel is in a perfect lot for anyone going on a cruise and or returning from a cruise to spend a day or two before flying in or out of Miami. I would definitely give this hotel a second chance but would make sure that I take the time to book a corner room Claudia thank you.

This property is perfect if you want to sit next to the Bayside pier. There are tons of touristy things to do in this area. If your looking for a place to crash for the day after taking a fishing excursion or jet boat tour, or you would like to eat dinner in the Hard Rock. The staff here knew multiple languages and were very helpful as I watched them take care of customers at the counter.

Our check in agent was super friendly, location was awesome, clean and felt safe. Elevator could be an issue for those that cannot climb steps, it was slow and always had a line. Room was clean but small. Very noisy outside on a friday night stay. We didnt mind since we loved the location but if you are bothered by outside noise during all hours of the night, I wouldn't recommend

Yve Hotel is a convenient spot for those going the next day - short ride to Port of Miami. It is well located near Bayside which has shopping and restaurants. I arrived in the evening and ate at a restaurant in the hotel. The atmosphere was only okay but the food and service were great. Also front desk was helpful in helping us arrange rides to and from the cruise. The room was small but clean.

The property is located in front of Bayfront Park, walking distance from Bayside, the Metro mover Station and some other great attractions. We did not need any transportation to navigate around and the staff is good. Overall the locations and spacious rooms with a stunning view make this location a great experience.

The internet didn’t work so I couldn’t watch tv and my electric in my room kept going in and out. There wasn’t any hot water. The restaurant charged me for something that was listed for a different price on the menu. Spoke to front desk and the night agent was rude and told me that I just had to deal with the complaints and to speak to the morning manager the next day!

This stay was a major letdown. The room looked nothing like the photos online — the carpets were dirty, and the room had the smallest window I’ve ever seen in a hotel, making it feel cramped and gloomy. It was clear that what’s advertised does not match the reality. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which caused long waits and added to the frustration. While the food was actually decent, the service at the bar and from staff overall left a lot to be desired. Staff members seemed more interested in their phones in the back than paying attention to guests coming, going, or waiting. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism was very noticeable. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel. Cleanliness, accurate representation, and guest service are basic expectations — and this place fell short on all three.

Got here early on a Monday morning. Javier (and the lovely lady who's name I didn't see on the name tag because I'm blind) allowed us to drop off our luggage and go explore. They were very kind and efficient. When we finally returned after half a day out, check in was seamless and we even got vouchers for the bar downstairs. Bar was great and bathrooms downstairs were clean (this is something important to me). The room was wonderful and clean! Not just clean, but CLEAN to my crazy standards. The location is absolutely unbeatable. When I checked reviews before booking I saw people whining about the elevators. I'm a smoker and was watching a hockey game that night. I was down and up every 35 min or so for several hours and had absolutely no problems. No issues even during busier hours. This hotel is wonderful and I hope to stay here again.

Two coupons for a FREE COCKTAIL is included, however once in the bar you are told that it does not cover anything but basic crap for alcohol and that it could be used for the purchase of coffee for breakfast EXTRAORDINARILY MISLEADING! Pictures of the hotel are so much different from what is actual presented, cleanliness was below standard. The elevators are very slow and small for the amount of people they are trying to accommodate. It is CLEARLY TIME FOR AN UPDATE. not to mention the size of the en suite.

Yve Hotel was in an excellent location. The elevators got busy at times but staff was helpful getting everyone on and off. The room was small with no fridge and a very limited coffee set up. Good enough for an overnight stay. Resort fee was charged for 2 waters and a "free" drink... that you were actually paying for via the resort fee. Didn't get the free drink.

Staff was helpful and room was clean. AC was very good. Didn’t like the extra 20 dollar fee for services I didn’t use and a coffee set up in the room that didn’t work. The restaurant was really good, especially the breakfast. Nelson did a Terrific job.
