We had breakfast and it was very nice looking at the ball in the terrace. One of the receptionist was not very helpful, and they were extremely strict in the checkout, when I came to open my room to take my luggage exactly at 12 PM my keys didn’t work anymore. Some of the staff was very nice ,however, my room didn’t have lights on the sides of the bed, and the plugs didn’t work, the TV was not working..

needed tech support as soon as we got there to just get from garage to hotel. Pool was fantastic. Food at pool bar was poor. Ordered tacos and not good. How can you make bad tacos.

Arrival was smooth. Pre-checkin on their app. For some inexplicable reason, it recorded my phone prefix as +110 (instead of +1) which ensured I could get no communication from the hotel. Front desk lines always seemed lengthy when you needed help. Doordashing dinner was a nightmare as there is no where for drivers to park at that time of day. Went to the concierge in the morning to arrange a cruise transfer, but the concierge showed up about 20 minutes late that morning, and the front desk couldn’t/wouldn’t help. Aside from those things, the room was gorgeous, the view incredible, and you can’t really be any closer to the cruise terminals. The cruise transfer ultimately was easy and smooth (once arranged), and there are convenient shopping and dining options around.
