Fantastic property overall. It's a mixed purposed building, with residences and hotel rooms available in the building. The gym is incredible, definitely one of the best that I've seen on a hotel/building. The valet parking could be improved, it's not very organized and during peak times, you can be waiting up to 30 minutes for your vehicle.

Beautiful hotel, huge swimming pool, great views, across from Bayside, lots of restaurants, shopping, recreation etc. Hotel staff was amazing. Parked in the street since they only have valet for $75 daily. Very close to the cruise port Lyft was $10 although the hotel offers transfers for $10 per person.

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff and beautiful, spacious apartment with excellent view of the bay. Lovely pool with great outdoor seating areas on the terrace and comprehensive gym. The location is very convenient to public transportation and bayfront attractions. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey, tho the food is tasty, but there are also nice restaurants within walking distance. Also, loved the free access to the Savoy Hotel beach club with kounge chairs and umbrella on miami beach!!

Stayed in a studio room which included a full size frig with some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (for a price). Great view. Bed and pillows were so comfy. The pool area and gym were also great.

We arrived well before check in time and our room wasn’t ready which we didn’t expect it to be we were just getting instructions for beach access. Because our room was not ready they upgraded us due to being Expedia gold members. The room was gorgeous. Very big for a studio room and amazing views on bay view. The gym is absolutely amazing! A big reason why I booked here. The views were gorgeous. Hotel is very clean. It is A bit busy but what isn’t in Miami. The hotel had complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels on the beach. We took full advantage of. The only downfall is they said the only option was valet parking which is $75 a night. Pro tip: go to the college station parking garage 2 blocks over and park for $15 for 24 hours. We pack light with just a bag and walked to dinner that night. Amazing place so we will definitely be back!

This hotel is everything you see and more. We loved our 40th floor 1 bedroom. The view was amazing, the pool so inviting, and the gym was amazing. We will definitely return again.

The Elser is so convenient to the Bayside shopping venue, restaurants, as well as the cruise terminal (just a short ride over the bridge) We were impressed with how secure this hotel felt; there was security right at the doors and access to your room starts at the elevators where you must use your room key to pick which floor to go to. As a hotel guest we only had access to our floor, the pool terrace, the workout level, and the lobby. Assuming they do this for the safety of the residents that live there as well. Our room was equipped with a kitchenette, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and fridge Great view from our balcony. Would recommend and stay again!

I have stayed here before! So this being my second time I was disappointed in some things. The room was. It fully cleaned. I found hair all over the shower. Including mucus in the shower. For the week I stayed no one ever came to clean the room. I had to ask multiple times for new towels. To top it off one of the toilets was clogged and waited 3days for someone to come fix it. After calling and speaking with someone at the front desk. This place was beautiful the first time around. I would have gave 5 stars if this wouldn’t have happened. It seemed like cleaning rooms wasn’t a priority. The cleaning ladies were rude when I asked if they were going to ever go into my room.

Room was nice. Stains on the couch and chair. 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. House cleaning every 2 days or so. Needed more towels. Requested more towels and a mat for shower floor as I found it slippery. Finally put a towel on shower floor. Mat never appeared. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel is beautiful and in terms of location super. The reception was good and especially Jennifer is a very nice professional hostess. Housekeeping is dramatic and also the changing of bed linen is dramatic. In our stay of 2 weeks I asked for this after a week and only after 11 days this was done after 8 requests to do this. If Elser hotel can take housekeeping to a higher level then it is really perfect. The rest is great!

Great boutique style hotel in a residential building. Rooms are Condo like and with great amenities, including snaks and bar drinks for a fee. My only problem was the shower floor being slippery and the walk in shower doors dont really hold in the water and the bathroom floor flooded with water from the shower. Thin walls also if you're a light sleeper. An upstairs chair was dragged around and could be heard through the concrete floor and woke us up at 3am several times. Lobby is a bit congested but wasnt an issue.

Perfect downtown Miami location with stunning bay and skyline views. Spacious, modern rooms and a beautiful infinity pool create a luxury feel. Staff are attentive and welcoming,they even surprised me with a bottle for my birthday, which made the stay extra special. Stylish yet relaxed vibe. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays.

Small issues - cable TV didn’t work. Front desk sent a tech and they fixed it. AC wouldn’t go above 68. That wasn’t fixed. Traffic sounds are amplified in the bathroom for some reason. Odd with our room being on the 15th floor.

The hotel is beautiful & has incredible views; however, the staff is the real star of the show. From the moment we pulled up we were treated like we were the only guests while clearly they were packed with guests. Juan (Bellman) provided exceptional service & went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay at The Elser hotel if I find myself in Miami again.

It took almost 3hrs to get linen for the sofa bed. Even when we went to the desk to get them ourselves, they said it was on the way up already and then when it didn’t come, we went back down and they said they couldn’t give it to us and we would have to wait for housekeeping to bring it. That took another hour.

We recently stayed at Elsa Hotel in Brickell for a quick overnight visit while attending an event at Bayfront. The hotel itself was immaculate super clean and modern, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was excellent friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. However, the valet service was extremely disappointing, especially considering the $75 per night valet fee. We waited an entire hour to get our vehicle back, which is completely unacceptable. It wasn’t until we spoke up and made it clear we had been waiting outside for over an hour that anyone acted with urgency. Even then, both the manager, Rafael, and the valet supervisor were nonchalant and showed little concern or accountability. Their attitude gave the impression that they simply didn’t care, despite the premium fee we paid for service. The valet experience left a sour taste after what could have been a great stay. If Elsa Hotel wants to uphold a luxury standard, they definitely need to retrain or reevaluate their valet team and management response.

HORRIBLE experience! Check in was a total sh*t show! We prechecked in at 2:00pm and did not get into our room until 7:00pm, three hours after their 4:00pm check intime. The lobby had over a hundred guests crammed in there waiting on rooms, yet you had people walking right in and getting checked into their rooms immediately. Then we get to our three-bedroom suite, and the bathroom door handle falls off when I go to open the door. We called the front desk four times and went down there in person once requesting blankets for the sleeper sofa for our friend's son. Finally, 2 1/2 hours later at 11:00pm they brought them, with no pillows (which they never did bring). We had to keep calling from our cell phones because the room phone did not work and they never came to look at that either. The front desk told us a manager would call us to get a partial refund, and I still have not heard from anyone. your room key only allows you to access the floor you are staying on or the pool level, so you can't go to your family's room if it's on a different floor and you cannot access the elevator without the room key (even if you're on your floor already). That seems like a safety hazard to me.... what happens if you have an emergency or a family member staying on a different floor needs help and cannot call for help because your room phone doesn't work and you can't get into the elevator if you don't have the key card with you? I would go stay at a Motel 6 before staying here again!

The unit was big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful welcome letter and a bottle of prosecco. However, the pots had food stains, our washroom was missing a shower curtain and rod, and the sofa would benefit from a deep clean. We had booked luggage pick up as we had my elderly mother in a walker and needed assistance but no one came. Needless to say, we won't be back.

I feel it’s important to share how disappointed we are with our stay. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like the wonderful experience we had here previously. Every single day we encountered issues with valet. Two days in a row, our car was misplaced due to the wrong ticket number being assigned, and each time we waited over 40 minutes—making us late to dinner and even causing us to miss part of a family parasailing excursion. Each time we asked for an update, staff seemed dismissive, even rolling their eyes and telling us to “be patient” rather than helping resolve the issue. Beyond that, the room did not meet expectations. It felt poorly maintained and not very clean. There was a large stain on the couch, and every time we used the sink in either bathroom, it made a loud, high-pitched noise. Even the woman who helped us at check-in was cold and unfriendly, setting the tone for what unfortunately continued throughout our stay. What’s most disappointing is that we returned because our last visit was truly magical—valet was efficient, the concierge remembered our names and made our children feel so special, and the room was spotless and beautiful. That experience is what made us choose this hotel to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, and we even brought six additional family members with us, raving about how worth it the cost would be. Sadly, not only was our experience lacking, but theirs was too. It’s incredibly disappointing to see the decline in service

This is a fantastic hotel. The suites are well appointed, clean, and spacious. The staff goes above and beyond, and the location downtown, food, nightlife, mass transit, the pier is PERFECTO! The security keying system was also very nice. An excellent feature! We stayed two nights before getting on our cruise and one night after our cruise. Deneb, the front desk attendant was exceptional! She was very professional, helpful, and gave us with an early check in after our return from our cruise. This is the perfect hotel for your cruising adventures! We cannot wait to come back!

The hotel location is great for exploring downtown Miami. We were able to walk from the Brightline station and then walk to most of the things we wanted to do. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and offered great views. I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed 2 days. No restaurant available for lunch or snacking at the pool. 2 signature drinks at $20 each, resulted in a bill about $54, due to service fee. We had to call for service for our TV and washer machine. Ice maker had large ice brick so only gave a little ice out spout. $150 to checkout 1 hour later.

Had a good stay at Elser, room was great and the gym was absolutely awesome (that is coming from a gym person) for a hotel. Room was clean but they only left towels for one day and only come to the room every other day. Also, we were not allowed to have our own drinks and snacks at the pool area so you’re forced to over pay for their stuff. Though, the food was great so I can’t complain there.

Hotel is okay. Nothing special except the Gym. Gym was big with a lot of good equipment. Nothing open after 10pm for food, drinks or room service, not even for water or juice. But a 7-eleven two blocks down. Took over an hour the first night to get bedding for the pull-out couch. Would stay again for an overnight tri[ but not for a vacation stay.

Beautiful hotel/owner owned units. Great view, beautiful view and location. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. Towels leave much to be desired. Pool and surrounding area were perfect with great breeze and variety of seating. Food leaves much to be desired. Everything is served on biodegradable paper plates and is expensive. The one restaurant is overly loud, as much of Miami is, and very crowded.

Fantastic gym and pool. They have a mini restaurant in the lobby that serves dinner only. No room service but there’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I was there while they were under construction and it was still relatively clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the views were spectacular. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very quick. Despite not having the convenience of room service or full service restaurants, I would go back because of the customer service

The cleanliness. The location was great.We also liked that there were some very good choices for dining at various levels of restaurants. It was also close to the Airport . I would highly recommend it. Being a bit conservative I think that the dress code of some guests was very distasteful, otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Staff were great.
