The hotel matches the photos: clean, well located, and the rooms are spacious. It’s a solid choice for the price. However, only four lounge chairs by the pool for a 12-story hotel is really insufficient — especially since there’s clearly space being taken up by tables, which I assume are more profitable. The hotel isn’t particularly charming, but again, for the price, it does the job. Special shoutout to Barbie, the best bartender I’ve ever met — incredibly kind, welcoming, and she makes the best cocktails. She’s truly a highlight of the hotel. One real downside: I asked for a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine in my room, and the hotel offered to open it… for $20. That’s the kind of detail that makes you feel like a pigeon rather than a guest, and it leaves a sour taste that could easily be avoided.

I want to start with one the parking is not the greatest, and over priced. The parking is to narrow and people get stuck. The amenities could be better the pool is to small and not as kid friendly at night. Not much for kids to do at the hotel.

The hotel itself is okay. Furniture in my room was pretty badly chipped. The pool furniture is very old and the pool had a lot of rust stains. None of the blenders worked at the pool bar and they weren't able to provide a salted rim for margaritas (I know this is really trivial but..) The bed was good. But if you're looking for a more polished feel I would not recommend this hotel.

Smelled great as soon as you walked in! Easy check in and check out, we were close to the train although Ubers are cheap we used the train and got to places quickly! Loved that we were right next to a Publix and brikell mall. The rooftop pool was nice only downside was I didn’t have any towels for me to grab nearby.

Hotel is in a great location, great amenities, rooftop pool and bar was the highlight with some stunning views and everything was really easy. They stored our bags before check in and after check out so very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!

This hotel was fine, but it had too many issues. Blackout curtains don't really black out, and the light from the AC control panel is permanent. The shower pressure is so so, and controlling the water temp is frustrating. I had ants in my room. The breakfast buffet isn't great, and they tried double charging me for it on checkout. Loction isn't great, it's sort of out of the way. Other than that, rooms are good size and service is ok.

Very great hotel, just in an awkward spot. I love staying in brickell and this hotel is slightly out of the way, but still walking distance if you don’t mind the Florida heat. Our room was the perfect size as well as the bathroom. Shower was wonderful, but a little tricky to use. The parking garage is super tight and steep which was the only negative. The train goes by but did not bother us. The ac in the room could be improved, but I did overall love this hotel!

The good: The hotel is in a good location. Close to downtown and some nice restaurants. Walking distance to the several shops (Walgreens, Publix) The breakfast is one of the best I’ve seen. Great selection but it was the same for our entire 4 day stay (not necessarily a bad thing) Room was large. Bathroom was modern and clean. Pool area was nice. Great view (except construction) Lobby looks nice. The Bad: Thin walls. We could hear everything going on in the room over as if they were in the room with us. Maybe this was because we were placed in a room that was meant to be an adjoining room (but we didn’t know the guests in the room over) The TV is not a smart tv which was disappointing. There is a lot of construction going on in view of the hotel so there is a bit of noise and the view of the city is covered.

Novatel made a good impression and was in a clean, fairly quiet part of Brickell. Overall, our room was in great condition and the bathroom spacious and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable but all our pillows were way too stuffed so my neck was trashed after first night. The biggest negative? Our A/C turned off every 3 hours despite the settings saying "timer off". It wasn't based on the room temp - it literally would turn off completely. So for four night in a row, we'd wake up hot/stuffy in middle of night, 2-3x and have to turn in back on (then try to fall back asleep (after the bright screen shining in my face). The service person had no solution besides "set it to 60 degrees - it will stay on". One, that's way too COLD and two, it didn't work anyway. If the A/C had worked fine, it's would've been pretty carefree stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. But what really made our experience exceptional was the gentleman at the front desk. I believe he’s Colombian, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and truly helpful with everything we needed. His excellent service made a big difference in our stay. Thank you for such a great experience—we’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed 2 nights. Requested and got a room upgrade. Room was clean, spacious and on the 8th floor which overlooks a tram / railway station, so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear every sound. Comfortable bed. Complimentary toiletries. Onsite parking for a fee. Front desk staff checked me in early. Interior of hotel was clean and spacious. Hotel is close to cruise port.

This was not my first stay at Novotel Brickell, but it was by far my worst. I booked this trip to relax, yet I left feeling unsafe and disappointed. On Sept 20, I asked Yusef at the front desk for a bellhop to help with groceries. He ignored me for 10 minutes, then said no one was available. He later returned with the cart but left it in front of me, expecting me to push it myself to the 10th floor. Only after I asked his name did he reluctantly help. Later, after coming from the pool, I found housekeeping still in my room. The housekeeper finished the bathroom while I waited, wished me goodbye, and never mentioned anything wrong. About 45 minutes later, a man entered my room without knocking, claiming he had a “work order” for the light. When I called the desk, Yusef first said it was for the toilet and sink, then added “maybe housekeeping put in the work order.” The housekeeper never mentioned an issue. This inconsistency, paired with the unannounced entry, made me feel unsafe as a solo traveler. I requested a room change and was moved to a suite. Unfortunately, when I later asked for help with the TV, the same man was sent again despite my complaint. I refused entry and called back until someone else arrived. No guest should feel unsafe on vacation. My stay was unsettling, and I rate it 2/10. Staff training and stronger guest safety protocols are urgently needed.

This is not our first time at Novotel but it was the first time we had a little problem with the AC system in both of our corner rooms. Mr. Christian was very professional and acted quickly to make our stay pleasant and make me and my family happy. Thank you so much. We will be back soon.

Our tv went out a few hours after check-in. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone after MULTIPLE attempts. I funally got through to someone on my cell and was routed multiple times, but finally got the front desk. They said they were sending someone, but as of check out, the tv still wasn't working.

My experience started off rocky. But at the end Waseem came in and changed my entire viewpoint. The staff has some communication skills to work through but this place over all gives great vibes. And Waseem truly is a gentleman that will go out of his way to make the situation fit. So I appreciate that a lot. Thanks for your kindness. Overall I’d definitely come back.

Staff at check in were super accommodating with a early arrival. Our room was available in just a few minutes, much to our surprise, and was really helpful after getting off red eye flight. Location was very close to shopping and entertainment.

Service at the restaurant was extremely slow. Food was mediocre and expensive. Fridge leaked water all over the rug, making a huge wet spot - cleaning crew did nothing to remove the water, so we kept walking through it.

First of all, i would tell the world...IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I have visited various hotels in this country and i would honestly say,this is among the best places i have stayed! 1. My first thing i look for in a hotel, is room cleanliness! The bed linen was very clean and beds very comfortable! Bathroom towels were brand new and changed everyday. Thanks to house keeping! 2. When you find a hotel with many people just know there is something good about it! 3. Check in service was very fast and the lady at the desk was very professional and welcoming! 4. We met the director, he was very nice and ready to answer any questions, his approach was very welcoming! 5. BREAKFAST BUFFETT..WORTH IT! FIRST CLASS! 6. DINNER...very delicious Italian pasta and very clean dinning area. I loved getting my morning coffee,which was very delicious! 7. Reception area was breath taking! 8. Roof top pool area was okay, though very full and plus we wanted to enjoy the vicinity and attend our main event . I will definitely be back. Boston needs these type of a hotel! Cons I would like the management to offer free coffee or the cucumber juice all day depending on the season. And please change your Umbrella colors in the outside patio on ground floor to pink( it looks a little dull at first glance, until you enter the reception area that was " breath taking" ! Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful hotel...the skyline view from the rooftop was magnificent- the food on site was great....confortable beds...pools was wonderful...we enjoyed the live band on the rooftop...great hotel...really impressed...service was amazing...we will definitely stay here again
