Property was very nice. Walkable area around the hotel was enjoyable. Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful any time of day. I stayed in the room with a private pool. The room was great, however the pool was so cold I really couldn’t enjoy it the way I wanted to. Only went in once in 5 days because of the temperature. Other than that it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

Stil og volume stod i stærk kontrast til alle børnefamilierne - nærmest lidt komisk misforstået. Dialog med hotellet førte ikke til sænkning af volumen.

Booked a room for our family 16 days. This place is so expensive and room was tiny. One queen bed, then they wheel in a tiny bed that was stored outside for our kids. Drinks, food and events were overpriced. Pool with swim up bar was gross. Can’t see ocean from pool. Not very clean or well kept. Overpriced and terrible value

Great hotel, beautiful grounds and pools. Designed for families. Waterslides and kids pool was great. Pool access room was amazing. Clean rooms and facilities. Safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing. So many options. Highly recommend.

Helt fantstisk flott hotell. Perfekt for oss med barn. Barnebassenget var en drøm. De har vært flinke til å arrangere ting hele oppholdet, alt fra skumparty til BBQ middag, Muy Thai boksekamp, yoga m.m. det var enkelt å booke opplevelser og turer herfra. Hohellet er velholdt, godt vedlikeholdt og rent, og de ansatte er veldog hyggelige og imøtekomme. Kan anbefale dette på det varmeste.

We really enjoyed our trip to this hotel. We had a very nice swim up room which was ideal as it was well away from the children’s pool. The children’s pool could get very noisy. The hotel is very modern and is in a lovely position and it was easy to get to the night market and to the various boat trips that we wanted to go to from the hotel the staff were excellent. One slight criticism is that the staff kept turning the music up very loudly both at the children pool and generally.

What a beautiful hotel despite the lack of maintenance and a decent pool temperature. When we first arrived our room door would not close without a hotel staff member forcing it shut. All the doors were hard to open and were gaps that let mosquitoes in. Our bathroom light was out and the staff said it needed more than a bulb. The bathtub drain would not seat and the bath tub would not hold water. (Again another call to the front desk for a maintenance man). We paid a lot of money for the penthouse suite with a private pool that we could not even use as it was ice cold. Huge waste of money. The Thai staff was sweet and wonderful though and the breakfast buffet was decent.

Das Personal ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider sind es dann die alltäglichen Dinge die das Hotel auch nur zum Durchschnitt machen. Wenn mann sein Zimmer gereinigt haben will muss man die Reinigungstaste einschalten ansonsten kommt niemand zum Sauber machen. Leider wurden die zu Ende gehenden Hygieneartikel wie Seife und Klopappier nicht selbstständig nachgefüllt sondern musste ich bei der Rezeption nachbestellen. Immerhin waren die dann schneller im Zimmer als ich von der Rezeption aufs Zimmer. Leider war auch der Pool nicht zu 100 % sauber immer schwamm mal wieder etwas aus der Umgebung drin. Auch die Butter direkt neben dem Toaster zu platzieren ist unclever da sie dann flüssig aus der Packung läuft. Ansonsten war die Auswahl an Frühstück gut und sehr international geprägt. Frischgepresste Säfte gab es jeden Tag auch frisches lokales Obst wurde morgens entsprechend gereicht. Leider gab es nur nur zwei Sorten Wurst und Käse wobei der Käse schon in kleinen Würfeln dargereicht wurde. Die Preise für die Minibar, Abendessen, Shuttlefahrten oder Wäscherei waren völligst überteuert dafür das man alles direkt vor der Tür zu einem Bruchteil des Preises bekommt.

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

Beautiful grounds surrounding two large well managed swimming pools. The room we had was roomy with a high ceiling. Sadly it wasn’t very clean, the bathroom smelt of sewage and there was an obvious lack of care from the cleaner. We did mention that we had not been left hand towels and toiletries, which were delivered immediately. However the cleaner took umbrage and then gave us dirty and used products for the rest of our stay. We put them straight in the bin. We felt that making a further complaint would be detrimental to our stay. We were supposed to have a room with a sea view. It was a glimpse of sea so definitely not what we had thought we would get. The bar staff were friendly and we enjoyed some cocktails by the pool. Sadly there were people reserving the sun beds from 7am which was really annoying and we mentioned this to the staff but they were not interested in resolving the issue at any point. As there are not enough sun beds for everyone, it becomes a big issue if you would like some comfort by the pool. Close to the night market, which is very handy for food and a bit of entertainment.

チェックイン後、金庫が壊れていたので電話で修理を依頼したが3回電話してもこない。 チェックインには40分かかる。 プールの滑り台は子供達が楽しそうにしていましたが、ちょっと水質が気になりました。 前の海は眺めるだけ。入れない。 寝る宿として利用するにはいいと思いますが、リゾートではないかな。 イライラした。

Location of the resort was perfect! A short walk to the beach, very near dining options, shopping area and night market nearby as well. The room was big and clean but the toilet needs some updating, cupboard under the sink was falling apart and sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the shower area, not sure if there was a leak somewhere. The 1 downside was that the balcony of the rooms are not private and neighbours can just walk to your balcony anytime. Other than that, no complaints.

Had high hopes for this resort as it was rated 5 star, was quite disappointed. We arrived at 9:45pm and was placed in a room that had mould spores all over the roof. The shower was filthy, grout not clean. We then called reception and asked to move rooms, were shown 2 other rooms which also had mould on the roof and one also had a mouldy interconnecting door. We were told to stay one night in a mouldy room (which we did not check in until 1am that evening), and next morning were shown another mouldy room. We asked the manager to find us a room that was clean. Eventually we got upgraded to a family suite which had no mould anywhere in the room. Beds were rock hard and you could feel the springs. Definitely need an upgrade on mattresses. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough. Water slides were cracked and fibre glass gel coating flaking off which is a hazard for children. Dirty dishes at breakfast time. Elevators were very musty smelling, rubber matting needs replacing. The staff were friendly and accommodating and food was reasonable. Location was close to Ao Nang landmark night market, 7/11 and minimart down the road and long tail boat transport directly across.

We stayed in a double twin suite and the bed was the hardest thing i have ever slept on. I have slept on softer concrete. Due to this we only stayed 1 night. Everything else about this resort was Exellent, friendly staff great service... Excellent in all other aspects. Beds were just horrible.

We really enjoyed our trip to this hotel. We had a very nice swim up room which was ideal as it was well away from the children’s pool. The children’s pool could get very noisy. The hotel is very modern and is in a lovely position and it was easy to get to the night market and to the various boat trips that we wanted to go to from the hotel the staff were excellent. One slight criticism is that the staff kept turning the music up very loudly both at the children pool and generally.

This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we would return again. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. They work so hard to give the guests a good time. The grounds are gorgeous and very well looked after. Our room overlooking the pool and the ocean was well appointed and fit our family of 4. One negative we felt was the price of the extra bed for our daughter. Otherwise, we love this hotel and would love to return again.

This ended up being a very disappointing stay. There were some pros but not enough to make up for the cons. Note, WiFi barely works and cuts in and out often. Service: Check in was difficult. They were very rude and acted impatient when they were the ones who didn’t have the right rooms for us. They kept trying to make us take a smaller room than what we paid for and when we refused they got annoyed. When you called for towels or water, half the time no one picked up. If they did pick up and we asked for 2 towels they only brought one or if we asked for 4 water bottles they brought 2 - it didn’t make sense. Once we were in the lobby and we asked for water and they told us we had to go back to the room order from room service and then wait for them to deliver and then we could come back and hangout in their common area with the bottled water. House keeping only came and sweeped, made the bed, and picked up our old towels. They wouldn’t refill the coffee or other amenities unless we asked. Room: The room was a really nice size and clean. The beds were comfortable and air conditioned worked amazingly well. The only issue with the rooms was the water. There was only 10 minutes worth of hot water so if you’re showering back to back with your roommate, one person got a cold shower. Also, the water pressure wasn’t consistent, we would shower either really early or late so it can’t be explained by too many people showering at that time.

All the doors were hard to open and were gaps that let mosquitoes in. Our bathroom light was out and the staff said it needed more than a bulb. We paid a lot of money for the penthouse suite with a private pool that we could not even use as it was ice cold. Huge waste of money. Property was very nice. Walkable area around the hotel was enjoyable. Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful any time of day. I stayed in the room with a private pool. The room was great, however the pool was so cold I really couldn’t enjoy it the way I wanted to. Only went in once in 5 days because of the temperature. Other than that it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

I would like to provide feedback on our recent at your hotel. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the level of cleanliness in our room, which fell far below what we have come to expect from 5-star or even 4-star hotels. Additionally, the room itself was in urgent need of renovation. The extra bed provided for our child was also extremely uncomfortable. It had only a mattress a few centimeters thick placed on a hard wooden frame. Our child complained of neck and back pain. On a positive note, we appreciated the beautiful appearance of the hotel’s common areas, and the breakfast was excellent—thank you for that. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to New, who went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and even offered us the option to change rooms. However, by that point, we had already decided to leave and switch to another hotel, so we checked out as soon as we found a suitable alternative. While our stay could have ended on a better note, unfortunately, the service we received upon checkout was the worst we have ever encountered. When I said thank you and goodbye, Mrs. Dao did not respond or even make eye contact. It was only thanks to the gentleman at the adjacent desk who offered a thank you and farewell on behalf of his colleague that we left with some sense of courtesy. I hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future improvement.

We waited for an hour in the lobby waiting for our tour guide to pick us up for a snorkelling trip. Within 15mins of us waiting the staff noticed there’s an issue from our tour organisers and offered his help. This excursion isn’t part of the hotel but I was so happy and relieved help was offered. This says so much about how attentive and friendly the staff are. Truly amazing. Breakfast buffet was offering Thai and international options. Thai rice porridge was my favourite with all the usual garnishes and sauces takes me back to my childhood getting ready for school in Thailand.

We were welcomed by a staff who was not very helpful to us ( she did not give us any info about the hotel, just put one pager in front us to read while talking on the phone). The service at the restaurant for our first night was quite bad. They were very late with taking the order. They couldn’t explain the menu. They brought dirty cutlery for our toddler which we asked for a replacement but they didn’t bring it. The food came quite late. The other tables seemed to have some problems too. The breakfast was ok but the issues with the dirty plates continued. The tables were not cleaned properly. We didn’t swim in the sea in front of the hotel, but preferred to go to Ao Nang beach with a shuttle offered by the hotel at 11:00, 13:00 and 16:00. The return to hotel is about 1 km walk. The sea in front of the hotel did not seem very clean to us since there is a canal flowing into the sea right next to the hotel and this canal was smelly every time we passed by. The pool view room was spacious, had anti-slip tiles which was very good for our toddler. We had some issues with the water pressure, the toilet flush, but it was ok. The kids room was big with many choices but the toys could use some upgrade. The Breeze Cafe offers good coffee.

We had an outstanding family stay at the Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort. If you are traveling with children, this is the place to be. The breakfast spread was amazing, and the staff truly stood out—they were extremely kind and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. Location: It’s in a perfect spot. You aren't in the noisy center of Ao Nang, but it’s only a 5-minute Tuk Tuk ride or a scenic 15-minute walk with a stroller to reach the city center. Beach & Snorkeling: The local beaches are nice for relaxing, but not for snorkeling. For that, I recommend taking a boat to Poda Island—it’s the closest and best spot for seeing fish. I did scuba dive in Phi Phi, but be aware it can be challenging with small children on the boat. If snorkeling is your primary goal, Koh Lanta is a great alternative, but for a family-friendly resort experience in Krabi, this hotel is top-tier.

Great location, I enjoyed the ability to walk across the street to the beach and hop on a long tail to railay for the day. During the evenings we walked about 10 minutes to the landmark night market and there is much more to do in the area. Views were stunning, the only complaint I have was the breakfast buffet. As a westerner, I love bacon and hash browns which there was none, there were “pork sausages” which was actually just mini hot dogs. There’s still a decent selection of other food but alot of it was cold. I recommend going to one of the cafe’s nearby, such as the owl

We were welcomed by a staff who was not very helpful to us ( she did not give us any info about the hotel, just put one pager in front us to read while talking on the phone). The service at the restaurant for our first night was quite bad. They were very late with taking the order. They couldn’t explain the menu. They brought dirty cutlery for our toddler which we asked for a replacement but they didn’t bring it. The food came quite late. The other tables seemed to have some problems too. The breakfast was ok but the issues with the dirty plates continued. The tables were not cleaned properly. We didn’t swim in the sea in front of the hotel, but preferred to go to Ao Nang beach with a shuttle offered by the hotel at 11:00, 13:00 and 16:00. The return to hotel is about 1 km walk. The sea in front of the hotel did not seem very clean to us since there is a canal flowing into the sea right next to the hotel and this canal was smelly every time we passed by. The pool view room was spacious, had anti-slip tiles which was very good for our toddler. We had some issues with the water pressure, the toilet flush, but it was ok. The kids room was big with many choices but the toys could use some upgrade. The Breeze Cafe offers good coffee.

Great location, I enjoyed the ability to walk across the street to the beach and hop on a long tail to railay for the day. During the evenings we walked about 10 minutes to the landmark night market and there is much more to do in the area. Views were stunning, the only complaint I have was the breakfast buffet. As a westerner, I love bacon and hash browns which there was none, there were “pork sausages” which was actually just mini hot dogs. There’s still a decent selection of other food but alot of it was cold. I recommend going to one of the cafe’s nearby, such as the owl

No welcome drink. Got cordial after we mentioned it. No concierge or hotel map/local map. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Lack of tables every morning. Pool was clean. Excellent location, spacious rooms and bathroom was lovely. Had to tell them about 20% off food and drink for bring a silver member. They refused to honour it on drinks and only allowed 20% off on one meal

Really enjoyed the location near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good but ordering room service was not that great as it’s difficult to keep food hot across such a large resort. Staff were really great and worked hard to meet guests needs. Tours from the resort were reasonably priced when compared to outside tour providers.

The hotel is super nice, and much recommended for the kids! Rooms are spacious, the pool is perfect. And a great kids club, too. Jade was super helpful - and solved all our questions! Thank you! We would not recommend going to the restaurant at the hotel, it’s disproportionately expensive, and the service was slow and forgetful. We had to remind about half of our order a few times.

Great location. Great pool! Only complaint would be the 2 beds we ordered for one of our rooms were connected, more like a king bed but w two sets of bedding. Our 5 year old loved the kids club and activities.

Family pool access room. Good size, east to step into the pool, Beds ok, Shower 🚿 lovely. Breakfast is good, but more options would be great like Bacon. Staff are lovely and attentive TV not smart TV only local channels which was disappointing the room could do with more storage for cloths, and does require an upgrade re more modern. Otherwise nice resort, good slides for kids, plenty of activities, and in a prime spot for nightlife

Lovely location and right in the middle of things. Very professional staff. Breakfast service was good - would have preferred more fruits for Bfast (pineapple, passion fruit, maybe mango etc). Lovely large rooms and very good views, Wish the gym was a little better… a couple of more equipment would’ve been nice - No complaints though. All in all - highly recommended hotel. Thanks for the hospitality.
