this is the only hotel with beachfront and easy beach access. You can walk on the beach to get back to your room from downtown or you can take the city streets and come in the main gate. You are centrally located with convenient access to everything. The only thing I can say about the hotel that is not be positive is the pools were green and pool water was not clear. The location, the landscaping and the beach access overcame this one issue.

The pictures make the rooms look bigger than they really but acceptable. they are actively working on upkeep of the property. We saw rooms being refinished and painting done all over the property. The landscaping is impeccable and the breakfast was very delicious every day. It's the only hotel on the beach with beach access and the views are beautiful. One of the reasons we booked this stay was for the swimming pools. The pools water color was green every day not clear water we hoped. We did not swim in the green water. The staff were wonderful. It is a wonderful hotel and a wonderful location.

We stayed for 3 nights so did not use all the facilities but our room was lovely and spacious and clean we had a pool view room. We used the small pool with pool bar and had a lovely afternoon there. The breakfast was great, everything was kept topped up, coffee was good. Beach is lovely and well kept. Central to the main strip, go left takes you to the night market and right to the boat charters.. Fire shows on the beach just up from the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars, massage and 7/11 perfect location.. All the staff were very nice and helpful reception was nice and quick to check in and out..

Could be a beautiful hotel, however not at the moment. Building work ongoing and starts early, adjacent to where breakfast is currently set up. Very loud machinery in use whilst breakfast is in service. ( I think the development is part of hotel so they could delay heavy machinery until after service) Beach area needs a bit of a tidy up. Small area of private beech.

Really great suite with a private pool! The breakfast buffet was really great! The beach was amazing. Quick easy walk to shopping -food and nightlife. Though The hotel beachside restaurant was never open & the kayaks were never available because staff was never around. Staff helped with broken AC quickly. Overall good place!!

Dirty rooms. Booked grand pool room. No good view of pool, dirty dusty room and looked out on stagnant water. Reception dirty seats and dust everywhere. Cold breakfast. Rude staff. Eventually moved to F3 with small pool that didnt work. Room not serviced on first day then was cleaned on second day after I complained but dirty linen left by the door until we left. Even the staff said everyone complains yet you do nothing about it so this review will also be useless. Will complain to hotels.com to try and prevent anyone else being disappointed and wasting their money. Everywhere else we stayed in Thailand has been great.

The hotel resort looks nice from the outside. But inside our room, you can tell it’s been used up and needed some TLC. The bathroom towels that we had on the first day had dirt on it. Also the towels were old and faded. Please replace it. The room was big and spacious. On one of the days we had our room made, we got into our room and it smelled like poop. We assumed the house keeper took a poop in our toilet because the lid was down and the smell came from the toilet. Also, our toilet flooded so we had to tell the front desk who apologized. We will not be staying here again even though the beach front view was beautiful.

Overall we had a good stay here. The room was big and we had a lot of space. But everything was run down. Our chair at the room was about to break, it seemed like there once was a shelve in our bathroom and it did need a serious cleaning. Our balcony was full of algaes. The pool was so dirty and looked very old. The kids club was good but messy and dirty too. We asked for a serious cleaning down there the first day, but that never happened. The staff was very friendly and smiling all the time. The daily cleaning at the room was very good. The beach was very good and definitely the best at the hotel. I would not book it again.

Dette resort KUNNE VÆRE så dejligt. Central beliggenhed, skøn strand, et poolområde der har været flot engang men alt mangler vedligeholdelse. Roomservice er det dårligste vi har prøvet, der blev ikke gjort rent som der burde, kun lidt fejen, tømme skraldespand. Værelserne og sengene var SÅ beskidte, øv! Hotel needs to be updated does not look pretty like the photos. My shower had old cigarette buds in it, mold in the ceiling.Also if ur sensitive to mosquitoes do NOT stay here, we got eaten alive in our room while sleeping.Bar staff didn’t seem to care to engage with guest. Gym was infested with dust and bugs. Honestly only good thing was front desk was nice and hotel was in a great Location, oh and had decent breakfast but go early or the food is stale and cold.

The room layout is beautiful but the pluming was an issue with no hot water for couple days plus the swimming pool drained itself and water left less than haft of the pool. It took couple days for the technician to fix the problem. We upgraded to the oceanfront room and paid for a lot higher cost but it was not worth it.

Beliggenheden var super, men det var også det. Stort gammelt og slidt hotel uden personlighed eller charme. Det larmede ekstremt meget om aftenen og natten fra de omkringliggende barer og vores børn vågnede til lyden af råbende mennesker flere gange. Vi kommer ikke tilbage - det var for tarveligt og dyrt.

Great location and amenities generally pretty good. Staff were nice enough and helpful. Some language barriers. Check-in not handled that well and room configuration not correct (or as requested when booked). Basic/standard rooms are very basic and feel old and tired. Beds are very firm (and in our case - broken). Maintenance works should be advised beforehand (eg. cutting off hot water for 3 days) and not after the fact. At least they provided a free upgrade to a better room (after we insisted).

The Krabi Resort is ok but not by any means the luxury resort that it is advertised as. The hotel has several good features - in particular the central location within Ao Nang and the direct beach access, the pools are decent enough and breakfast is ok. The resort is however quite tired. We booked a “Luxury Grand Pool” room based on the pictures on the website but were disappointed to find that our room was nothing like the photos - on the website they are bright and modern but ours was dark and tired. The air conditioning sounded like a jet engine and the WiFi didn’t work. In summary, not a bad hotel but not great either - and not worth the prices charged.

Room fine Breakfast 2/5 or 3/5 Staff sweet but if help needed - We waited 45 minutes to get back to air conditioning in our room. Very late cleaning – around 4–5 PM every day. Always when we returned from our day. You can also only get a key card for your own room. Which was a schedule for us.

Beautiful grounds and rooms. There were several things that weren’t as they should be (digital safe wasn’t working…had to ask for the key, AC was making an awful sound when we checked in. Had to ask 3 times to get it corrected. When maintenance arrived, he fixed in 10 mins. He to always push a bit to get anything done.

We loved our stay at Krabi resort. We stayed in # F1 Grand suite bungalows which was fantastic. It had its own small pool and was a short distance to the beach. It was so quiet and staff was friendly and accommodating. Our check in was fast and check out just fine. We used the workout gym every morning and found the equipment adequate. We enjoyed our Pilates class with Fid to be fun. The breakfast was great for the 5 days we were there. We highly recommended this resort. We would book again if traveling here.

Our experience was not that great at all. We arrived a couple hours early because of our flight to Krabi. Our room was not ready until 2:20, check in is at 2pm. Once we were FINALLY able to get to our room it was a complete disappointment. I booked the luxury grand room and the room we got was anything but that. The pictures online do not match the actual rooms at all. I went to the front desk to complain about this and the ladies told me the resort was fully booked but after I told them this was unacceptable that I booked the room based on the pictures that are posted online both on Expedia and on their actual website. They switched us to a different room but it was the exact same except it was an upstairs room. Upon getting into our new room we had to have staff come unlock and reset our room safe. Apparently this resort has a policy where you only get 1 room key which is a huge pain. We also had to go back to the front desk to get a special card that keeps the a/c and electricity in the room on while we are out and about. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were super nice and friendly but in all honesty all the ladies at the front desk should be fired. They all have attitudes and act as if any request is an inconvenience for them. If I was the owner I would fire them and hire much nicer more accommodating front desk people. I will be reaching out to Expedia personally and asking for a partial refund since the room I booked was not the actual room that we got.

The highlights of the resort are the private beach access and the location right on the main street with plenty of shopping and food options. Downsides were that unfortunately one of the rooms we booked was full of mosquitos and had a sewage smell. It was quite challenging getting the staff to change our room but we were eventually changed to a very nice and clean room. Additionally we had scheduled a private pickup shuttle from the airport which they forgot to send. Overall service wasn’t great but if you’re going to Krabi for the beach and beach town then this place is worth it.

Beautiful property. It shows a lot of care likely the most beautiful property in Krabi . Feels very traditional, as opposed to modern and shiny. I prefer the traditional look and feel. The private beach was quite nice. I would come back again.

Excellent location. Easy to catch longtail to other islands/beaches. Easy walk to Ao Nang. Staff helpful in arranging tours/transport. Room was comfortable and roomy. Bathtub wasn't cleaned and A/C went out after power outage, but I still give this hotel a good rating.

The resort is amazing! Close to all the bars and restaurants and nightlife Ao Nang has to offer, yet far enough away (set back from the main road) that it’s peaceful. The private beach is a huge bonus as the beach line gets quite busy there. The breakfast buffet was great! The rooms were wonderful and clean. Excellent resort with a great price!

The location was great. The restaurant was being rebuilt and the temporary one leaked with all the rain but hopefully this will be remedied when the new one is finished. The hotel rooms need a bit of refurbishment and little touches, like only one bedside lamp for a twin room let this only be 4 stars for review. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Our first night we went to dinner. Waited over an hour for our food. My husband had his eaten long before mine arrived. Had to ask for placemats and cutlery. Waiter did not wash down the table. Another waiter apologized to us and said he was a trainee. Needless to say we never went back for any meals.
