Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal men rummet kändes väldigt mörkt och det fanns fläckar på sängkläderna vilket jag inte tyckte var så trevligt. Väldigt kall pool. Men i övrigt var det bra och vi trivdes med läget. Lagom boende för 2 nätter.

This was an upbeat, easygoing hotel, with a fantastic swimming pool and breakfast area. My room had great views of the mountains and was really light and spacious. Perfect spot in a quiet road, in easy reach of tour operators, the night market, the beach and local restaurants. I would stay here again.

Great hotel, with a friendly and serviceminded staff. We had a great time at Glow, and will recomend this hotell for everyone. Clean pool area, and possibility for a work out at the gym. When you feel to do other activity than just relaxing on the beautiful beaches and enyoing the surrounding nature in Ao Nang

Det bedste var fanen i loftet!! Som gjorde man ikke behøvede bruge aircondition om natten!! Udsigt til baghave var fin!! Poolen var iskold. Der var kun sol mellem 12-14. Rengøren mangelfuld selvom de var søde! Sindssygt meget larm i området!! Heldigvis stoppede det 12.

Ok hotell, ligger i slutet av gatan lugnt och skönt från allt brus. Rummen och hotellet hade varit värt mer om dem hade jobbat på städningen och fräschat upp ytor då det är slitet men med lite färg och puts hade det varit värt en 4. Men för priset alla dagar i veckan. Nackdel är att det inte är sol så länge på poll området.

Preis-Leistung top. Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür passt der Preis. Die Wassertemperatur beim duschen schwankte stark, das Bett ist ziemlich hart, ansonsten ok. Schöner Pool und gute Poolbar. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch gibt es dort einen der besten Nacht Märkte in Thailand.

Terribly dirty room. There was sand on the floor, drinking glasses were super dirty, stains on the walls and blood in the bed sheets and even one opened condom package on the floor. When I went to complain about this, the receptionist didn’t know what to do and said that the manager will get back to me in the morning. He also said they can refund part of the money but the manager will get back to me in the morning. Sadly nobody contacted me, no refund was given in the checkout and weirdly we werent offered even to change the room. Also aircondition was terrible on/off type off machine and made a lot of noise. Just terrible experience. No way near 4 star rating.

Pretty average hotel. Very dusty room and hallway. The curtain that was between the shower and room was mouldy and the shower was very strange. Only could be held because of you put it on the latch it sprayed the whole room with water. Terrible sound proofing too we were woken up multiple times by our neighbours tv playing YouTube and lots of screaming kids in the hallway.

Das Zimmer war leider schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Armaturen im Bad waren rostig und abgenutzt, die Gardinen teilweise gerissen – insgesamt wirkte alles etwas abgewohnt. Zudem war das erste Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, nicht wirklich sauber, weshalb wir um einen Zimmerwechsel bitten mussten. Nach dem Wechsel war das neue Zimmer in Ordnung, aber auch hier merkte man, dass das Hotel seine besten Tage hinter sich hat. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch das Personal – alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Fazit: Wenn man viel Programm außerhalb hat, ist das Hotel zum Schlafen völlig in Ordnung. Man sollte jedoch keinen allzu großen Luxus erwarten.

Das Hotel hat seine besten Zeiten leider hinter sich. Das Zimmer war ziemlich abgewohnt und die Möbel, Badezimmer hatten einige unschöne Flecken. Das Zimmer wurde gut gereinigt, aber trotz dessen habe ich mich nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Handtücher haben schlecht gerochen, muffig eins roch sogar nach Zigaretten, sehr unschön nach dem duschen. Meine Bettwäsche hatte einen Fleck. Die Housekeeping Dame hat auf Nachfrage die Bettwäsche und Handtücher erneuert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber das buffet sah teilweise nicht appetitlich aus. Der Kaffee schmeckte gut. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war nicht sehr gemütlich, es war ziemlich laut. Die Böden in der Lobby und auf den Fluren waren oft nass und schmutzig. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nicht unbedingt empfehlen, es gibt in dieser Gegend bestimmt bessere Alternativen.

Positivt: Bra frukost, trevlig personal, fin pool. Negativt: Läckande vatten under tvättfatet som inte åtgärdades trots att vi sa till. Städ under all kritik, badrummet smutsigt, kalk på kranarna, fläckiga väggar, tråkig utsikt, a/c som lät som ett tröskverk, hårda sängar, de fyllde inte på med kaffe och te. Värst av allt, så tunna väggar så man hörde grannen andas.

I booked a family suite of this hotel and it was not what I expected. It was quite dirty and looked like it hasn't been mopped for days, stains on bed sheets and blankets, stains on toilet paper, smelt bad in the room and fan was loud. When I brought it to their attention with the toilet paper at first they just changed the roll for me and after I had mentioned all the complaints with photos and videos, they agreed to refund me the remaining nights but still charged me for the first night which I was quite surprised with since the conditions of this room was in such bad shape.

Staff were great. Hotel not so much. Hard bed. I asked for a lower floor because I don’t do stairs well. We were put on the 5 th floor as far from the lobby/pool as possible. No elevator. Shower was moldy leaked all over the floor and seldom had hot water.

Minus: The only one with good service was the guy carrying the laguages. I have stayed in thailand for a month in 4 different hotels and this was the worst. NOT 4 stars at all. I asked why cleaning lady did not switch the used cups and they responded I had to wash it my self..never picked up empty bottles and cleaned the floor with some oil and stepped ln towel to scrub it. Location is bad full of needy indians who wants to sell. Pool is surrounded with walls so no sun there. Plus: We did get 2 rooms with 4 beds.

You can here all the noises from the rooms next door. Staff in the breakfast area were rude. Facilities not great. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 night. Would love to get a refund.

Glow Hotel hat nie 4 Sterne Niveau. Eher 3/3,5 Sterne, zumindestens im hinteren Wohnbereich. An Straßenseite sehr laut. Um 02:00 Uhr morgens wird auf der Straße geschrieben. Wir haben das Zimmer umgetauscht, aber ging mit dem Hotelgäste auf unsere Etage los. Eine Gruppe junge Männer aus Indien waren sehr laut. Das Hotelpersonal sorgt nicht für Ruhe. Frühstück ist mehr für Asien gedacht, obwohl viele Europäer im Hotel waren. Nur Toastbrot, Eier, Würstchen, Marmelade und Butter als Europäischen Frühstück vorhanden. Sonst viele Läden (inkl. 7 eleven) sind in der nähe und der Strand ist nicht weit weg. War alles OK aber Glow Hotel ist nie 4 Sterne Wert.

Glow is in the middle of a whole lot of action. It's a great place if you want to be right down by the beach but not in the completely crazy parts. Ao Nang is the launching point for thousands of tourists. Glow had decent food, a nice pool, fairly quiet and good service. It's a bit beaten up from the influx of young travelers but overall a really decent place to be.

We think that the breakfast should be improved. There was no variety of teas and the coffee needs to be improved aswell. There was no cheese or ham and there where a lot of bees and instects on top of the food.

We had a wonderful stay at Glow Ao Nang. The reception team and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was the kids’ corner. It was a great space for the children to play with toys while we waited for our transportation, making things much easier for families. The location is also excellent. Everything is within walking distance, including plenty of food options, laundry services, and a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Ao Nang!

Check-in was smooth however the on duty staff behaviour was bad. On escalating the matter the manager apologised for same and assured more training for the concerned staff even after this the concerned staff did not apologise. AC and TV remote was not working properly which was promptly attended and rectified. As we all were vegetarian, breakfast was nightmare for us as only potato curry and rice were available along with breads. I purposely booked this hotel considering good breakfast options for Indian. GLOW can work on this to improve. I have extended my stay here and let’s see.
