Overall, our stay was excellent. We found the location was great, a short walk to the main street and about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with lots of options. The room was great, nice size and a very large comfy bed. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountain. We did sometimes have some noise at night from bars nearby. Some guests were "reserving" sunbeds which was annoying as there were not enough sunbeds for everyone.

The first room I got smelled very badly of mug! It was so bad, however they changed the room next day after complaining. The rooms, hotel was in general very clean - the workers were extremely nice. The pool was cold - it was very cold for kids to swim, especially when the pool is under shadow all day. I would have given 5 stars if it was heated. The location is fantastic!

Nice area, great room, comfy bed, loud aircondition and party until midnight. Breakfast wasn‘t so good like the other recommendations said. A big selection but everything a little bit dirty and too much. Poolarea was always full because some people reserve the place with there towels in the morning. Liked the view, the shower and the service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the pool was nice even though it needs a bit of maintenance in the slide area and the we didn't find the bit that had the sun beds in the water very convenient.

Excellent modern hotel, great facilities. Breakfast good, child club free and nice play room. Pool slightly cool but nice and gym small but has essentials. 10 minute walk to beach if you go back way, 15 minute main road way which is full of shops and restaurants so feel in middle of things.

Pool area is nice, but no real bar! There is a pool bar, but you can only really reach it from being in the pool. Very slow to get drinks, takes about 20mins after ordering. Breakfast is geared up for Thai and Asian. Nothing really suitable for Westerners. But room was lovely and the location was great

Staff are great, food is ok, service is laid back, toilet-shower-sink combo in room is a bit weird. Rooms have poor storage despite available space. Biggest gripe is the lack of sunbeds at pool for amount of rooms at hotel. Pool staff could be a bit more assertive on enforcing the “No Reserve” rule.

Great location - close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants without being right in the chaos of the main strip. Good breakfast, very lovely polite staff and a very convenient app to manage room cleaning, requesting water, or booking activities and transport. The pool area was nice and the gym was small but had decent equipment. Would stay here again.

Rommet var ikke helt rent når vi kom. Rommet luktet mugg/fuktig. Måtte lufte regelmessig for å få ut luften. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening som prøvde å hjelpe, men å spraye duftspray funker ikke på langsikt. Vi fikk også tilbud om nytt rom, men virker som lukten er noe som er i airconditionet rundt på hele hotellet. Vi bodde her i 9 dagar, men virket som luften forvant etter hvert, eller så var det bare vi som ble vant til det. Selve rommet var helt nydelig plassert i hjørnet, veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten på rommet. Balkong som gjorde at vi hadde utsikt og sol hele dagen. Beliggenheten til hotellet er helt perfekt for et opphold i Ao Nang. Akkurat passe avstand fra nattklubbene.

The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent with many different items, both western and asian items. The resort was clean and roomy, but only supplied hand and bath towels, no wash clothes, so bring your own. You will also have to live out of tour suitcase unless you can hang all your clothes up, there are no clothes drawers or cabinets. Also, no microwave and a small refrigerator. It would have also been nice to have access to ice after 9PM. I picked up some from 7-11 on occasion for 11 baht. It stayed relatively frozen in the back of the fridge. Also, the pool closes at 7pm. we had one of our best meals at Kaze Japanese restaurant. Hit up the all you can eat sushi on the weekend. We also had a very nice experience at the Spa. The Thai Message was an 8 out of 10. All in all, it was a great value for the money, and the short comings I described are quite common when travelling in Thailand.

The Shower was slightly warm! The room when we first got there had to be aired out from room spray totally disgusting! Then after it aired out the air con. Had a moldy smell! The Hotel Japanese restaurant had the same room spray! They could not make Japanese rice very amateur cooking! The room was at the back of the hotel a far walk. The staff are very nice here! Sorry to have stayed here!

아오낭 비치를 걸어서 이용 가능한 매우 합리적인 가격의 호텔이다. 기본적인 구성은 갖추어진 곳으로, 기대를 하지 않고 갔다면 딱히 실망할 것도 없을 곳이다. 수영장이 사진보다 작게 느껴졌고, 조식은 조촐했다. 객실 바닥의 얼룩이나 모래 등을 좀더 신경써서 청소하면 좋겠다. 침대에서 날으는 개미류를 여러마리 잡았다.

L'hôtel reste bien situé a seulement 200m de la rue principale. La piscine est grande. Pas mal de transat (j'en ai toujours trouvé de disponible). Par contre la chambre malheureusement reste humide. Il faut garder la clim a basse température pour ne pas l'avoir humide. Au final il fait très froid dans la chambre. Nous avons essayé une seul fois d'augmenter la clim et là une odeur d'humidité a pris toute la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très correct.
L'hôtel reste bien situé a seulement 200m de la rue principale. La piscine est grande. Pas mal de transat (j'en ai toujours trouvé de disponible). Par contre la chambre malheureusement reste humide. Il faut garder la clim a basse température pour ne pas l'avoir humide. Au final il fait très froid dans la chambre. Nous avons essayé une seul fois d'augmenter la clim et là une odeur d'humidité a pris toute la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très correct.

The bedroom, shower, and toilet were not seperate and there was no mirror directly above the sink to shave. There was very little storage for clothes so we had to use a suitcase. Our room had a view of the sea and the pool, which was nice. You could walk easily to shops and restaurants, which was good as the hotel food was quite expensive. Everything seemed clean and well organised. The steps into the pool were the same colour as the bottom so we grazed our legs a few times.

Nice place, but we ended up with a room next to the pools water slide, which was very, very noisy. I requested a Mountain View room when booking but they “upgraded” us to pool view. This certainly was not an upgrade. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean

Das Hotel ist bisschen abgelegen, man kann ruhig schlafen. Bei uns war neben der Toilette irgendetwas undicht, was leider auch nicht behoben wurde. Das Wlan ist sehr langsam, also in ruhe mal die Nachrichten anschauen geht schwer. Ansonsten fanden wir alles weitere sehr angenehm. Super Personal, hilfsbereit.

The room was cleaned daily but the room was on the smaller side. We had one of the pool access rooms. The room had an open plan layout which proved to be a bit difficult when we wanted to shower or use a he toilet after little one went to sleep. The staff are the friendliest in the world. Food was fantastic and the facilities like the kids centre was great. The spa could be updated a bit. Location is great with lots of food spots and shops around the corner. Overall very happy

The room had an open plan layout which proved to be a bit difficult when we wanted to shower or use a he toilet after little one went to sleep. The staff are the friendliest in the world. Food was fantastic and the facilities like the kids centre was great. The spa could be updated a bit. Location is great with lots of food spots and shops around the corner. Overall very happy

We stayed here for 5 nights. Have previously been to Krabi and walked past this hotel and thought it looked nice. Decided to stay here on most recent trip and all I can say is looks can be deceiving. This hotel is poorly constructed. Walls and doors are thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing/saying. Room design/toilet and shower location are terrible with no expectation of privacy. The water slide in the pool area is not stable, creaks and shakes if someone on the larger side decides to go on it. The staff are rude and not accommodating at all. When I spoke with the front desk about an issue, they were not helpful and actually told me to contact Expedia. Expedia ended up escalating the issue and contacted the hotel for me to no avail. The room was not clean, had various stains on the walls, and it seems they never mop their floors either. The only good thing about this place is their pizza. Stay at your own risk!!!

Pool area is nice, but no real bar! There is a pool bar, but you can only really reach it from being in the pool. Very slow to get drinks, takes about 20mins after ordering. Breakfast is geared up for Thai and Asian. Nothing really suitable for Westerners. But room was lovely and the location was great

We stayed at this hotel over New Year’s Eve, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s high rating and number of stars. From the very beginning, there were issues regarding the New Year’s celebration. We had booked a room for three people, yet only two tickets to the New Year’s event were included. The third person was expected to pay an extremely high additional fee, which came as a complete shock. When we spoke to the hotel manager, we were told that this was “expected” and that we should have been informed in advance. However, we were only informed shortly before arrival, when it was already too late to change or cancel anything. Despite explaining the situation and even being willing to pay if a discounted price could be offered, the hotel refused to provide an additional ticket. On New Year’s Eve, large parts of the hotel were closed. The pool and sun areas were not accessible, and guests had to walk long detours through the hotel just to reach their rooms. The situation was chaotic and very poorly managed. We were also uncomfortable with the New Year’s show, which included overly sexual dance performances in front of children. This was inappropriate and not something we believe guests would expect, especially at a hotel that markets itself as family friendly. Additionally, the cleaning schedules were very strange and inconvenient. There were no slippers, no bathrobes, and far too few sun loungers.

Nice little hotel. Had to get their app in order to call for housekeeping and request services which I thought was initially annoying but actually ended up being easier. It’s off the main strip so a little quieter at night and was very clean. Breakfast was okay but convenient to be included. Across from the new night market and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. First impressions of the hotel was really good. Checkin was great. Welcomed straightaway from the front desk staff with a smile and a cold drink. Staff were absolutely brilliant here. The land of the smiles it was in this hotel. Room Room was very nice indeed. Modern in design with a large comfy bed. We had pool view. It was at the very end of the building overlooking the baby pool. Suppose it's still considered a pool view. Free drinking water is allocated every day. Great to have this available in this hot climate without having to visit the shops first. Pool The pool is very nice. A little cold for my liking but ok after a little while. Swim up bar. Loungers sit in the water. Other sun loungers are curved ones with no adjustments. I wasn't keen on these as you're slouched down very low. Can't adjust them to sit up a bit to read etc. Location We found the location to be great. Turn right at the main road after exiting the main hotel grounds. Walk up the slight hill and your on one of AO Nangs main strips. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Or turn left after you come out the hotel and walk 5 mins down the road and there is an open air market on the right side of the road. You can often hear a band playing there. Lots of food stalls to grab a bite and listen to the music. Food/Drink We only ate breakfast at the hotel which was included in our room rate. I really enjoyed the varied selection that was on offer here. Wondering stay!

Great location - close enough to the beach, bars and restaurants without being right in the chaos of the main strip. Good breakfast, very lovely polite staff and a very convenient app to manage room cleaning, requesting water, or booking activities and transport. Overall, our stay was excellent. We found the location was great, a short walk to the main street and about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The breakfast buffet was tasty, with lots of options. The room was great, nice size and a very large comfy bed. The pool was great with a fantastic view of the mountain. We did sometimes have some noise at night from bars nearby. Some guests were "reserving" sunbeds which was annoying as there were not enough sunbeds for everyone.

Beautiful property, staff is very friendly and helpful. I personally didn’t enjoy the breakfast buffet since there are very less options for Indians. However my husband liked it( I am a little picky 😁). Pool is very good and the hotel is at walkable distance to beach and countless Indian restaurants.

This resort had such a beautiful view of the limestone mountains, and I loved that breakfast had so many options for everyone. This resort was also walking distance to the beach and local shops nearby. This was one of my favorite resorts, we will definitely be coming back!

Das Hotel hat perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse gepasst. Wir wollten eine gute Lage, aber trotzdem etwas Ruhe für unsere 2 Nächte in Ao Nang. Der Ausblick von unserem Limestone Cliff View Zimmer war wirklich super, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und das offene Bad fanden wir auch lustig. Da wir gerne zu Fuß unterwegs sind, hat uns der Weg nach vorne zum Strand nicht weiter gestört, zum Night Market war es dann aber schon praktisch, ein Taxi zu nehmen.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good price-performance ratio. The choice of food in the restaurant in the evening is very good. Exquisite cocktails at the pool bar at fair prices. In the morning there is a really good breakfast buffet.

Great staff and property. I would caution on the food by the pool. My girlfriend and I got sick on the pork leg as it sits out all day. Other than that everything was great and would visit here again. Breakfast was great and had no issues.

We did a lot of research when picking a place to stay for 4 nights. We were not disappointed! The property is beautiful and everything worked as it should. We went with a larger corner room with sea/Mountain View because we planned to stay several nights and that was proven to be a good decision. The pool is great and has a swim up bar. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is room service. We chose to have breakfast included and we found breakfast to be wonderful. A lot of options (omelette station, noodle station, pastries, fruits, rice soup and 5-7 different items on top of all those). Prices for cocktails were reasonable. Location was super convenient. It’s within 10-20 minute walk to all the meeting points for our daily excursions and tons of restaurants and massage places as well as convenience stores within 5 minute walk as well. We will definitely stay here again.
