Bungalow in quiet residential neighborhood. House is older but well kept. Porch on front covered and some of back. Kitchen stocked and functional. No A/c which wasn’t a problem in February. On street parking but was always able to get spot in front. No laundry but we knew that going in. Walking distance to bars shops and restaurants. Host prompt communication. Really needs a grill on back patio.

Spacious bedrooms and updated kitchen were perfect for me and my friend to meet and explore Asheville. Easy street parking in a neighborhood close to nice restaurants and easy access to roads leading downtown and to historic Biltmore. I'd love to return here in warmer months to enjoy the large deck.

Very convenient location to the Biltmore. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly. We found a fantastic farm to table restaurant only a few blocks away. It would have been a bonus to have a washer and dryer but we managed.

The house is absolutely perfect with everything you need. Best rental I’ve stayed in. Full kitchen, plenty of linens, and great relaxation areas on the front porch or back deck. The location is excellent. Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops within a very walkable distance without the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also, downtown is a very short drive. We loved this adorable bungalow and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very clean and inviting. It's an older charming neighborhood, and we felt very safe since many people were out taking walks throughout the day. A nice central location that is just a short drive to just about anywhere. Would definitely recommend it.

The bungalow was just as advertised and worked very well for my friend and me. It's a short drive to Asheville proper and the Biltmore and was very easy to access. Smart tv was nice to have and welcome coffee in the freezer was appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

This is a beautiful craftsman style home on a wonderful street in West Asheville! We could walk to various establishments, had a great kitchen, two very comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom! Kristin was a great host and communicated from start to finish, and had nice clear directions in the home. We could drive into Asheville very easily, and getting Ubers for the brewery and distillery tours was super easy to find with very little wait. The Asheville area has so much to offer, and we will absolutely consider this home for future visits to the area!

This was my first experience with Vrbo, and it was so easy, and the house was so perfect for us, that I just loved it. The house was in perfect order - everything worked, from the coffeemaker to the wireless. It was also a perfect neighborhood for us, both in location and atmosphere. I loved it.

My 18yo daughter, her 18yo BFF, and I (51yo) had a wonderful stay here! The two bedrooms are separated enough that I could go to sleep at a normal time without hearing them. The couches are super comfy and perfect for a movie night in, and the kitchen/dining area were great for our morning plan sessions. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed. The location is great with a nice gentle walk to some great restaurants and shops. We had a great dinner at Universal Joint followed by Moo cookies and then a lovely return walk. Sidewalks aren’t level, but I was able to manage despite my mobility issues. Very quiet neighborhood with no parking troubles. Home is very well stocked with teas, coffees, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and even a first aid kit! I always have to bring in supplies to last through an entire stay, but with this home, I just left it all in my bag. Very pleasantly surprised. We felt like we were staying in a friend’s home instead of just another rental. Definitely recommend this home as a great place to relax in between exploring the city.

This is an adorable place to stay. Wish we could have spent more time there. I actually slept on the back deck in the little covered alcove since it was such a nice night. My kids loved having their own rooms that way.

Renting this property was not only easy but the communication with the owner was open and always available. The property was in a a great part of Asheville making it easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was safe enough that my 18 & 19 year olds walked to the ice cream shops at night alone.

I loved this home and the area/location are very convenient for walking and getting around Asheville metro area. I would have given it a 5 star rating but their were a few small items that need to be attended to and I sent photos to the property manager after my stay and never heard back.

We loved everything about our stay! Easy check in/out, easy pay method, felt instantly relaxed as soon as you enter the home. West Asheville is so cool, but we could have just stayed in all weekend and it would still of been 5 stars! Will be back!

Renting this property was not only easy but the communication with the owner was open and always available. The property was in a a great part of Asheville making it easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood was safe enough that my 18 & 19 year olds walked to the ice cream shops at night alone.

Everything as advertised! Loved the location. Nice and easy walk to a few great restaurants and bars. Easy access to get to Biltmore as well. No complaints. Very clean as well!

Cozy home, stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do in Ashville. Home was stocked with coffee and tea which was really appreciated. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck.

The bungalow was just as advertised and worked very well for my friend and me. It's a short drive to Asheville proper and the Biltmore and was very easy to access. Smart tv was nice to have and welcome coffee in the freezer was appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

The property is as described and so homey. The eclectic decor and period architecture are spot on. It looks great! The kitchen amenities are perfect for the occasional meal in and the spice selection really compliments those of us who cook. The front porch is a nice space to relax on after a day out in the Asheville area. We relaxed with a glass of wine and just enjoyed watching the neighborhood go by. It’s quiet and pleasant. The neighbor’s cat spoke to us almost daily. She is such a sweetheart. Our host Kristin was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely perfect with everything you need. Best rental I’ve stayed in. Full kitchen, plenty of linens, and great relaxation areas on the front porch or back deck. The location is excellent. Many restaurants, bars, coffee shops within a very walkable distance without the hustle and bustle of downtown, but also, downtown is a very short drive. We loved this adorable bungalow and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Could walk to lots of places in west Asheville. Nice outside back deck area. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy check in and check out. Parking directly on the street in front. Complimentary coffee and teas, which was a nice touch.

I absolutely loved this adorable bungalow. Great boho vibe and beautiful deck for morning coffee and listening to the birds. Can we talk about the location? Literally walking distance to cute restaurants and shops and everything else is 10 minutes away. The host was incredible. Easy check in and retuned my 2 texts immediately. Never needed to contact her, because everything was perfect. Stayed for 7 nights and we’ll definitely be back!
