We picked this hotel specifically because of the pool, and it was ice cold, not heated at all. Also, the bathroom in our room was not very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, though, and the staff was nice. Still very disappointed about the pool.

The most disappointing part of our stay was that there were bed bugs. As a result, we will never use this facility again The other thing that was annoying was the noise, as there was a big group of noisy kids, due to sports tounaments

The hotel was average at best. The beds were comfortable but they had big yucky stains under the sheets. The breakfast was just okay, very unhealthy. Only one elevator worked, some mornings it took awhile to get to your room. The carpet in the room felt like it's never been cleaned. The AC worked great. The thermostat is easy to use.

There were multiple spots not just in the room that weren’t very clean. Dried ketchup stain in the stairwell, the fridge had crusty and sticky food residue in it. The bathroom door in our room had something that looked like it dried running down it.

We showed up for a late check in after driving for hours and nobody was at the desk. It took several times of my husband and I walking in and out to get the attendant's attention. There really should be a bell or alert when the doors open. The room appeared clean at a glance, but I was grossed out in the bathroom; it was as if whatever they used to clean the bathroom was a bucket full of used, dirty water with hair in it. There was hair all over the sink, the toilet, the floor. I didn't even bother showering there and I slept on top of the comforter. The staff was less then friendly, all except one woman who seemed to appreciate her job. Wouldn't recommend or stay again unless in a pinch.

It wasn’t bad. The beds are comfy, and rooms are nice. The breakfast bar was a good choice for the kiddos and the pool was nice and warm. I did notice a good amount of cockroaches though which is an issue sadly because I really enjoy the holiday inn.

Mold on our ceiling in our room. Had been repaired but mold growing out of it again apparently. Someone was loud(I assume a housekeeper) at 5am banging stuff around outside of our room, waking myself and one of my kids up. The breakfast options were great though and the front desk lady was quick and efficient!

The gal making breakfast in the morning was efficient. Continued to keep food stocked and food was warm and fresh. One room was clean. The second room had lipstick stains and what looked like food stains on the comforter for one of the beds. Hair in the bed when the comforter was pulled back. Brown stain/dried substance underneath the desk. Footprint and hair on the air conditioning unit. Brown stain/dried substance on the grey and blue chair next to the wall and bed. Both rooms had ants. Bowl of apples downstairs on top of the counter with the trash can…this seems unsanitary. Rooms were quiet.

Elevators smelled like marijuana. I wouldn’t consider the suites a typical suite. The rooms are just a little longer than a typical motel room with two queen beds with enough room for a couch. The couch was not comfortable at all. It seemed to be some slabs of foam covered with material. I was looking for a cozy comfortable stay for a few days. This was not that.

I don’t think there’s any insulation in a single interior or external wall. The noisy highway outside and hearing every noise in the hall made it hard to sleep. We had to request a 4th towel every night which was strange when it was reserved for 4 people. The pool is tiny, but nice. The breakfast was good and the fitness room was nice.

We stayed in a double queen bed room and both beds were comfortable. Wall thermostat for comfortable. Double blinds for light or dark shading. Larger tv than other hotels we've stayed at. Everything very clean. One small downside: the refrigerator does not have a freezer and there are no controls to turn up or down the fridge.

The room was nice. I like staying at Holiday Inn Express because it's consistent, no mater the city. But the air conditioner was VERY loud and inconsistent - it kept me up most of the night. I stayed in room 400. It shoudl be serviced.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and accommodating! My daughter and I were staying there for a week while she was doing some testing and classes for school, we did a lot of studying in the evenings and they went above and beyond and helped us find quiet locations to study! Also all IHG members got free bottled water, that was great due to the high temperatures!!

The staff was Amazing! Friendly, accommodating, helpful! Breakfast opened an hour early because volleyball tourney! We had a birthday party for a 14 yr old, and I will be hosting my parties here from now on, and will be my fist choice whe traveling!

The stay was comfortable and relaxing after a long day. The only issue came at checkout when the wrong card was charged. My basketball team was in town to compete in a tournament and my Team Mom booked the room for me. I checked in and gave them my card for the room, but at check out my Team Mom was charged for her room and mine. It was draining to deal with after a long day of basketball games.

The street in front of this hotel is very busy and if you stay in the front of the building, it is noisy. The hotel is very nice and the people working are very nice. Request a back room if you have problems sleeping at night.

Very nice hotel. Good location, close to mall/shopping and food places. Close to hospitals. The road access is limited to which direction you can go, we figured it out quickly. Great breakfast! We will definitely stay here again.

It was fine. Two things, breakfast was nuts I’ve never seen such a mess of a breakfast room they were out of lots of things and had to ask for but the lady doing it was nice and just seemed like she couldn't keep up with how busy it was. Second thing was there was a baseball tournament that why it was so busy the pool was packed so we decided we could swim the morning of checkout and ask for a late check out. Well when I did the front desk lady said I couldn’t because I didn’t use my IGH when I booked the room or something I showed her I had it and how do I add our stay she told me I had to call now I will say she wasn’t rude just not very helpful.

The breakfast was terrific. Lots of choices and the poor kitchen staff was working extra hard because the hotel was full of growing boys. I liked the room, not too small and plenty of furniture.

The included breakfast was one of the better we have had at medium tier hotels. Loved the real, individually brewed coffee vs the instant coffee machines. Staff was friendly, maintenance & maids were constantly cleaning other parts of the hotel versus just rooms.
