The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty, there was no ice, the pool was not available since apparently June, the gym was closed, the elevator was scary, and there were a bunch of random men just hanging around the lobby. We left and went to another hotel, lost money, and I was totally fine with it..

Besides the refrigerator not being cold and it has a little smell to it, the pool not being open. I don't really have any complaints. Just remember to check your rooms good. You should have the pool open no matter the weather outside that's why a lot people get hotels or motels that have pools is because they like being able to relax and take a dip or just put their feet in the water. Wow there's an old dating you get what you pay for -- to begin with the driveway to a disaster.- potholes -- lobby has construction stuff - but no one seems to be working on it - pool is closed - coffee machine in breakfest room not working - hallways filthy and to.topnit off no hot water in the sink - I reported it and they said they would fix - but no luck with that - remarkable they carry the Wyndham name - if the top brass only knew how it was being sullied - yikes

Was there for 3 days pool wasn’t open, lost of remodeling going on, the staff were the best part and the only reason I didn’t go somewhere else and ask for a refund, very kind! Hopefully after the remodel things are better but maybe let guest know that or post something on listings.

Good- Rooms feel nice, cool and clean. Shower had plenty of pressure! Staff super friendly. Bad- Lobby under construction, you have walk through painters and sheet rock workers. Pool not available Jacuzzi not available. Parking lot has sink holes. TV didn’t work in room at all. All 4 lamps in my room had no bulbs in them. Didn’t work. Lobby and hallways very humid/hot. All I wanted for breakfast was a sweet cup of orange juice. All out. It was explained the facility was recently bought and being renovated to be back to standard. I was disappointed with this stay BUT, if they get everything back to how it should be…I could see coming back for a stay.

Avoid if you can. Missing ceiling tiles throughout hotel. Electrical raceway hanging in hallways. Areas where drywall missing. Dirty stained carpet. Phone didn't work. Some lights didn't work. Pool closed. Health club closed. I'm not high maintenance - this place is a pit.

Very mediocre. The key to the rooms don’t work for the pool anymore, and half the equipment in the gym doesn’t work (and it’s just a tiny room stuffed with treadmills, stair steps, ellipticals, etc.) Breakfast was bland. The best part about it was the ice machine, I was able to fill my cooler and there was still a ton left over.

POOL WAS NOT IN SERVICE. NO DISCOUNT ON ROOM DUE TO POOL BEING OUT. Room 412 needs the bathroom sink checked. The drain is slow and its leaking at the trap, probably clogged and nasty. The beds were not comfortable and all pillows were flat. The refrigerator did not work. Only 1 bath towel was in the room. The floor under the open bathroom vanity was filthy. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work. The shower head worked but was stuck on massage. Not the quality of AmericInn that we have in other towns.

The building inside is a disgrace. The elevator, one elevator broke. I have bad knees and had to walk 3 flight of stairs for my entire stay. My husband was furious because i left with so much pain on our check out day. This is a place we will never stay again and will spread the word. The price we paid for our stay is too much!

You get what you pay for. Everything in this hotel is run down, from the floors, the ceilings (stained and falling apart), the carpets are dirty dirty (left your feet completely black after like 3 minutes. The sheets and towels and mattress were stained. People obviously live here, and the hallways constantly smelled like weed.

This hotel is disgusting. Mold on the ceiling. Stains on the bed. It’s literally under construction with toilets in the hallway. Fire alarm in room didn’t work. Hallway smelled of pot and there was a cat staying there as well.

The hotel was filthy, in the first room there was standing water in the sink, the lock didn’t work at all and the door to the balcony was wide open. The second room had a spot for a smoke detector, but it was missing. When I went to the front desk they asked if we would like one and handed it to me. One of our beds did not even have a blanket. The carpets had not been vacuumed in a very long time. The breakfast was only one kind of cereal and packaged donuts. No protein, no juice. The front desk staff was very nice, she seemed to be the only one working the entire time we stayed. Apparently the hotel is being renovated but it should have been closed if it could not be clean and safe.

The rooms themselves were modern and relatively clean. The bathroom sink was plugged. Argh! The hallways we not vacuumed and were a very unfortunate signal to what was to come. The sliding patio door was unlocked and accessible to outdoor passersby. There was no mechanical way to lock the sliding door securely.

The whole place was not in good shape. It was very run down and not very clean. The wifi did not work most of the time. Mentioning it to the manager did not help. TV did not work so we were moved into another room that was not ready to be used - no coffee maker, cups or glasses, soap, plastic bag for ice,etc.

The rooms were what looked like under construction. One bathroom had no lights unless you turned on the heat lamp. The AC hummed and rattled so loud you could hear it next door. The door lock was broken off so you could not secure your room. We were promised maintenance would fix it the next morning, they never came out whole stay. The tiles on the walls were falling off. There were piles of used diapers on the trash cans by the elevators that were not removed for the time we were there. Only one Ice machine for the whole hotel on the main floor. The elevator doors don't close all the way and you can see the floors as you go up or down. Do yourself a favor stay somewhere else and you won't miss the individuals smoking weed at the entrance either with the night help smoking a cigarette across from them. Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we did.

This is the hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. I woke up sore. And been tossing and turning all night in this hard tuff bed. My opinion some of the worst sleep I've ever had at a hotel. My whole body is sore from their bed. From my sleeping experience the rating is a 0 out of 10 good experience. Because the sleeping part is the main reason why you stay at a hotel. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on.

The front desk guy made a least that impressive first apperance talking about how he pretends to be homeless accepting money from passers buy and bragging about how much money he has received from doing so. The pool was out of order with no notice given untill we arrived to check in. When we entered our room the attached images is how we were greated. Did not feel safe to stay in that hotel. When asked for a refund the hotel refused and there was not a manager present at the hotel at all.

We stayed at AmericInn for a concert at CHI Stadium. It has a quick 15 minute driver to the venue. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and had a sense of humor. He made us feel welcome for sure.

Our stay at Americinn in Omaha Nebraska was great! The lobby was clean, the breakfast area was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean, our room had a good size cold fridge and a microwave, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The Breakfast was limited but for the price I am not complaining Hot Coffee, Orange Juice a nice waffle or bagel. The location was next to a Shopping Mall and there were several nice resturants within walking distance...we had a great stay. The value of this hotel for was great! We will stay here again!

I love the location of this hotel. The check-in was fast and seamless. Yet, the outside was quite dirty with cigarettes butt all over. Unfinished construction projects all throughout the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night and i appreciate that.

Having the mall and a couple of restaurants nearby was nice. The afternoon staff was welcoming and accommodating. The place looked dated and in a little rough shape. Bath tub was stained, shower quality was low. The whole parking lot scene was sketchy.

Lynn at check in was great. Very friendly and personable. Room was comfortable and price was reasonable. Breakfast was a huge disappointing. Having stayed at an AmericInn in Des Moines the night before we expected more. All carbs. No proteins. Breakfast area was a mess as well. Trash cans were overflowing. Coffee was stone cold and no cups to be found. No milk for cereal and two pieces of bread. We could not find anyone to get us anything. Manager walked in twice and was basically unapproachable.

The hotel and staff was overall nice, the breakfast as lacking a lot just cereal 2 optiosn and waffles that were not that good. Also the other patrons were very loud, next time we stay were gettign a up on a higher floor so its not so loud from the people outside the exit door.

Paid for a “double queen” and got 2 FULL size beds. Room stank like cigarettes but claim to be “non smoking” rooms. Went down in the morning and got breakfast and brought it back to my room and staff went to go check my room so i could get my deposit back and he tried charging me 20 dollars per room(Had 2 rooms) for bringing breakfast back to my room. Every hotel i’ve ever stayed at has never been that way but he said we can take fast food makes no sense if you ask me. Will not recommend!!!
