We did not know there was no elevator and had to carry out suitcases up the steps to the 2nd floor. We were pleased, however, that the room was located at the top of the stairs. The pool was not open yet, but it would have been nice to have outdoor seating somewhere on the property. We were told the property is being update and it does need updating. The bathroom tub faucets were messed up and plumbing exposed inside the wall. There was very little pressure in the bathroom. The white front door to the room had a red substance smeared on the door, possibly blood, which could have been easily wiped and cleaned. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The room size was wonderful! Plenty of space to work and French doors that closed off the bedroom. The bed was a firm, nice mattress.

In-room conditions were well maintained- locks, fridge, plumbing, shower were all working and recently painted and caulked. However, the rest of the facility has lots of deferred maintenance needed: badly worn doors, walls, furnishings. Trash in yard, pool empty, dusty, and tarp torn. Room rate advertises breakfast, but no breakfast was available: all machines offline. Strong smell of Indian cooking in the lobby, and odd smells in some corridors. Overall, looks like an OK property that has current management cutting maintenance and deferring or skipping expenses. Was super cheap at $32/night, but will not stay again at this facility.

This is a hotel that has rooms that are basically very nice. However, there are issues with them. The shower head on a hose had broken so that it hung on the floor of the shower unless I held it in my hand. The darkening window shade was almost unworkable, but I was able to finagle it down. The light on one side of the bed did not work. The hotel was listed as having a pool, but it was not open as there were many leaves in it. The hallway had a significant musty smell, but the room did not. Breakfast was advertised, but was very spartan. The first morning it was a small individual box of raisin bran and a half pint of milk. The juice machine was out of order. The next morning we went for breakfast and there was none. What we did not see was a sign by the front desk that there would be no breakfast so they were handing out breakfast in a paper sack. We sat at a breakfast table and ate bagels that were still in the breakfast bar. We drank orange juice that we brought ourselves. The room we had was comfortable and we slept well.

No elevator, dated non functioning bathrooms, broken down ice machine, clean rooms but filthy hall way carpets. Breakfast is not great just some bread and some cereal. Just a warn out property. Now that being said it was very inexpensive. But this is a 1 star hotel.

I have never had a bad experience with a La Quinta until this one. Nothing looks like the photos, no pullout couch as expected, which I am not sure I would let my kids sleep on it. The air inside the room was very stuffy, even when I turned the air on really cold, it still felt very sticky I guess. Something was clogging up the sink, that did not have cold water pressure, kind of think it had the texture of a condom, but I don’t want to assume that. Woke up for the “breakfast” after the first nights stay, gave us 3 bags containing blueberry muffins and two granola bars and said their breakfast area was out of service. Paid $400 for two nights, still hoping I would get that good La Quinta experience I have always had, but been let down. The pool was also dirty, which I cleaned as much as I could, but still dirty at the bottom. Needless to say, I won’t book at this La Quinta again. Oh, lastly, they wouldn’t give me bath towels in the morning because they didn’t have any😂 The good take away, is my boys were happy, I guess in the end that is all that matters.

The room was disgusting. There what look like mold or poo on the lamp shade, the carpet was dirty when I look me shoes off something pocked me like a sticker. The couch was dirty with white stuff on it and trash in and under it. The counters has left over food/drink stains stuck to it. Over all not happy at all with the hotel.

This is a solid 2 star. The room was clean. The tv small. The bed comfortable but only 3 pillows on a king for 2 of us. The hallway smelled. The exterior of motel was dirty and made the whole motel look worse than it was. Several missing lightbulbs in lamps. Breakfast options extremely limited. Coffee was only warm at 8 am.

Everything’s bad. Thin walls and people talking loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night. Bathroom lights not working. HVAC can’t keep a consistent temperature. Room feels like a prison. People smoking cigarettes in other rooms. Just doesn’t feel safe. Not worth the cheap price tag.

Room (suite) was nothing like what was in the picture. It had been “renovated” but with cold vinyl or laminate floors and bare walls, no desk, it all felt very sparse and echoey. Entire facility is very dated and tired. Shower did not work. No blankets for the sofa bed. Staff were lovely which counts for a lot but I felt pretty gouged on the price which was clearly at least two or three times due to the Berkshire event. So that left me feeling that my overall value for money was incredibly low and disappointing. Maybe at regular season the hotel is priced according to its condition and I wouldn’t have felt so ripped off.

I love the rooms. They were very clean, smell, look good. But it was very noisy all night long. A lot of noise in the hallways A lot of noise upstairs didn't get much sleep. And got a sack breakfast instead of a fresh one

The first room they assigned me had some problems but they were super accommodating and gave me a new room with no problems. This hotel isn’t as terrible as these reviews say. I’ve stayed 2 times in a month and had had all my issues taken care of in a timely manner if not right away!

The staff at this hotel is always super friendly and makes check-in quick and easy. They are very accommodating if you request a certain room or area as well which I appreciate when traveling alone. I took 1 star away because my shower did not work, but I still had hot/cold water and was able to bathe. It was nothing to stop me from continuing to return here whenever I visit in Omaha. Thank you for all your kind help La Quinta staff, y'all rock!

The staff was super rude and disrespectful. The manager also ran my card 4x after I had already paid for the hotel prior to getting there and was trying to charge me again which resulted in my card being shut off for fraudulent activity. I was then told I had to repay my original fee plus another deposit to be able to have my room. I refused to pay again(shouldn’t have had to) and was informed I couldn’t cancel my room and would still be charged AGAIN for the room even though I wasn’t able to use the room!!! I would NOT recommend this place. It needs new workers and better management.

The staff was great and the room was clean. It looks like the place was just purchased. The parking lot was full of out holes and I'm even pavement. No amenities. And most of the building was under renovation so they want many rooms available. The outside doors remained unlocked. So it felt a little unsafe. Only one restaurant across the parking lot that was a sports bar.

This was a great area, there was lots to do near by and great food!! Staff was polite but I’m although I requested room service every other day I didn’t receive any the whole time I was there (1week). I had to go down to the receptionist to ask for towels. Other than that everyone was cordial.

The staff person at the front desk was rude and COMPLETELY unhelpful. I tried to get a hold of management and couldn't. I ledt several written messages, and got nothing. This is among the WORST experiences I have had with a hotel!!!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Got a very good sleep after a long day. Got microwave and coffee machine in room to make coffee and reheat food. The location is convenient, close to highway. The only thing that not 100 percent is the breakfast is not hot breakfast buffet. Instead, it's a bagged breakfast.

It was somewhat off the Main Street which was a little inconvenient. Homeless people hanging around but that is now the new normal. It was quiet and peaceful. No one bothered you. Coffee was good and staff were polite. I would definitely go there again!

Walked in to our room and immediately got hit in the face with the stench of Marijuana. Unsafe neighborhood. Husband got frisked by police when he went to get food at the restaurant next door. Entrance is on the back of the building and super inconvenient. The entire place smelled dirty. Yuck. Never again.

It was clean . Very loud outside, a bar across the parking lot from our room. A screaming girl fight outside at 2 AM, loud motorcycles. I know the hotel cannot control the outside environment but we will probably not stay there again.

I do not recommend to stay at this La Quinta. It’s in a sketchy area of town - the lobby is locked 24/7. The hallways reminded me of a horror movie and smelled like chlorine. I had blood stains on my sheets - luckily I pulled the covers down to spot it. Then our bathroom light wasn’t working. The rooms were old. We had dogs with us and my dog wouldn’t even use the bathroom on the grass because there was so much poop that wasn’t cleaned up she didn’t want to walk on it. When I walked into the lobby it smelled like marijuana - I told the hotel staff and they apologized stating it was just a guest that was in there before that smelled of it - I don’t buy it. In our mini fridge there was also left over alcohol from someone else. Overall just VERY unsanitary property - you get what you pay for I guess… dont stay here!!

Check-in was quick and easy. The beds were soft and comfortable, in the show there was some tile that looked like it had been patched/repaired, and when I put a small amount of pressure on the soap trey the tiles came off of the wall a little. The “breakfast” from the pictures that show waffles and juice and milk with cereal, was just some packaged muffins, granola bars, and coffee. The juice machine was broken and there was no milk or cereal.

The property was under construction. The entire Loby and kitchen area were taped and tarped off. The breakfast was a bag breakfast the you had to go down to the front desk to get. The actual room was nice but I had no Idea the whole place was torn apart.

No wash clothes. No regular coffee in room only 3 decafs. Little centipede like bugs in bathroom. Breakfast was in a bag, not good. The (K) door was left open most of the night, felt unsafe. No ice… machine broken? I like staying at LaQuinta motels, not this one

It was under construction. My room was not clean. Mold everywhere in the shower area. I've been a long time hotel.com customer, not happy with this one. No breakfast either, no coffee in lobby area. I left at 6:45 am for my conference didnt even see any employees.

Overall was mixed. Pros: bed was very comfortable. Room was spotless. Cons: remodeling (should be disclosed at booking), room looked nice but already saw wear and tear, tv in living room didn't work, air conditioning in bedroom was very loud (like a small airplane), complimentary breakfast was sad and really showed no effort or caring (old bagels was the highlight). Woukd find better property next time. Tarnishes the Wyndham brand in my opinion. Certainly, the cost was very reasonable but you get what you pay for and this was very basic motel accommodation suitable for passing thru and needing a bed to sleep in. Do not expect anything more.
