We reserved 7 days and left after the first night! My stay was horrible from the time of check in until the time we left extremely earlier than our check out time. We arrive to get the wrong key to the room with it being on the top floor with no elevator access for the handicap/disable. Also the entire hotel smelled like mildew, it was not clean throughout the building and room, no microwave in the room, no continental breakfast as stated, no vending machines or ice machine, and to TOP IT OFF OUR ROOM HAD MAJOR ROACHES crawling throughout the room, last but not least the hair dyer had exposed wiring all throughout the hair dryer and it was right next to the sink. We even had someone from another room called our room by mistake thinking it was the front office screaming and hollering about bugs crawling around in her room. Overall I would never reserve nor stay at another Super 8 or anything affiliated with this company. Bad Service all the way around! I would add my photos but I don't know how to do it due to I'm on a laptop and my photos are on my phone.

Heading East, back home after spending time in South Dakota. Made the reservation several hours before my arrival, needing a place for the night as I was riding. Should have known for the price I paid, it was going to be shady but figured Wyndham was a good, reputable name. When I arrived, they couldn’t quickly find the reservation but eventually did with the last four of my phone number. After that, twice, I said a no smoking room. Having a sign on your room door that says, ‘no-smoking room’ does not make it a no smoking room if the room reeks of stale, pungent smoke. At that point, it was late and I was tired and just needed 7 or 8 hours of sleep. Unfortunately, that would not be the case. Between the man and woman across the hall yelling at each other while their large dog was barking and the incident in the parking lot, there wasn’t any sleep until after midnight. When I went down to move my bike away from the diesel spill flowing through the parking lot, I went down the staircase out a side door. A door that happened to be propped open, I suspect, for the folks that were parked in a cram packed car, possibly so that they could have access to the facilities of the hotel. Overall, the place was disgusting. The posted pictures of the rooms are not even remotely accurate. Wyndham should disassociate themselves from this motel.

Shady parking lot .. open window on ground floor to dining area .. no screen in window .. any animal could crawl in .. stairs steep and dark to get upstairs , not handicapped friendly , no elevator .. no break fast ( 3 twinkies on the counter ) rooms had awful smell , we had to buy air freshener . This was the worst hotel EVER! It is also not the hotel in the pictures shown on the hotels.com website. From the beginning… there’s duck tape on the door to keep it open. During check in there is plexiglass covering entire check in desk area. Can’t hear the guy checking us in, then another customer who checked in before us returned to the desk to tell him that his room smelled like smoke. The guy threw him a can of air freshener!!!! (this really happened!) The room…. Had ashes from a cigarette on the desk, mold all along the edge of the bathtub, dirty sheets and pillow covers, bed was made terribly, had a recliner chair from the 80’s, and air conditioning didn’t work. My husband didn’t even want yo touch the air conditioner it was so dirty! Needless to say, we left the key in the desk, and left!! We found a different hotel. I can’t believe hotels.com has this hotel on their site!

Pillows had blood stains! The comforters were very dirty. The complimentary breakfast was actually worse then expected, and i had really low expectations. I asked for a cup to drink water and the front desk NPC said they didn’t have any. Dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom corners. Im surprised they even had toilet paper in the bathrooms. The towels were stained. The whole building smelled like cigarettes/weed/cigar smoke. Spend $40 more and dont risk hepatitis!

I’ve never seen such a dirty place in my life. The smell is horrible, the dust everywhere, we found a full bottle of water and a hair comb at the bed, lots of pieces of paper behind furniture. And breakfast… our breakfast consisted of cornflakes, milk, coffee and toasts. And nothing for toasts… though furniture in the room is new, it is so dusty and has lots of dirty spots. The bath has no plastic curtain, that’s why water is on the floor, after drying it the mop was just black, it means that nobody washed the floor.

Solo young woman traveling and this was a nightmare. Roaches everywhere. Hair on my bed sheets. Stains all over pillows, mattress, sheets, etc. no breakfast but a few pieces of toast or dry cereal. None of the plug ins in my room worked. I got a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke and must. At 1am someone knocked on my door covering the peep hole and using an accent, thank god I didn’t open the door. 2 hooded men with backpacks were really at my door. Not safe, not clean. Do not come here.

This hotel was extremely dirty. The first room they gave us we couldn't even go in because the urin smell was that strong when we opened the door. The second room they gave us had filthy carpet, filthy bedding, broken lamps, it was all over horrible. We left immediately and stayed somewhere else.

This hotel is disgustingly dirty. My room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Blood spots on the mirror. No hot water from the sink. For some reason there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. The floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. The outside window was broken. The tv was in Spanish and the air conditioner didn’t work. I had planned to stay two night. But barely made it through the first. No a wink of sleep. Checked out next day. Reported to Expedia asking for a refund. And the hotel denied it. I’m surprised I didn’t end up with bed bugs. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DUMP. Certainly was not work $196 a night! Check out and found a room at the Hilton Garden Inn few dollars more definitely a top notch hotel.

Easy to find. The Interior was shabby but relatively clean. The mattress was broken and turned into a taco when you lay in it. The room was clean. coffee machine, but no coffee. AC sounded like a jet engine at take-off. No breakfast, not even coffee as was advertised. Hallway smell like weed.

This is hamds down the worst hotel i have ever stayed in its dirty there was stains all over rhe pillows bedding towels there pictures they have up of how the place looks and the rooms are not any where near how they have them posted on there website there where no mini fridges or a microwave in the rooms like they have shown on the pictures from the website there was mold un the bathroom fire doctor torn off the ceilings with wires sticking out the electrical was bad u had to screw in rhe light bubls to turb on there was people sleeping in the hallway by the stairs they had alot of drugs being dealt in and out of there people screaming and yelling all the time they only had cereal and bread for breakfast everyday and i found mold on the bread when i went to go and get some bread for toast the staff running the place where very rude and they dont help u wirh anything they didnt have extra pillows burn holes in our blankets and sheets this place really needs tonbe shut down i called cooperate and told them they need to do something about there motel bc it should not be that way dont ever stay at this motel

Booked a king bed, first they said they had no king beds, then they said that room wasn't clean, then they said they had one on 3rd floor. No elevator, we're in our upper sixties didn't want to walk 3 flights stairs. Got to room only one light worked. Moved rooms, all lights were working when we looked at it, but one burned out before we moved our stuff in. We are here for medical reasons.

This is absolutely disgusting! Entire place stinks. Bed has holes in it. The curtain rod for the shower is falling off the wall. You can't shut the curtain when showering. The AC unit is extremely loud! I booked a king room and was given a queen room.

I have pictures to share, but in my room 224, the air conditioning unit was disconnected, and upon closer inspection, the air conditioning unit had a lot of mold from the vents. Power outlets were held by duck tape. None of the lamps or appliances were plugged in. There was visible, mold, and construction patchwork above the bathtub. When I politely requested a room with air-conditioning, the attendant responded by saying "I call the police." I backed away and continued to sleep in the hot, noisy, smelly, sweaty room.

We didn’t stay. The clerk was rude, didn’t even greet me. Our room was FILTHY. Appliances didn’t work, dirty bedding, broken fire alarms in cages, watermarks from drinks all over the place, no one even bothered to make it look clean beyond tucking the corner of the bed in. This was awful. We asked for a different room and the clerk said, “if we don’t like the room, he’s not going to help us. He doesn’t care. Call our third party.” The second room was also disgusting with a broken lamp, broken outlet, broken microwave, red stains on the carpet, stains that looked like bodily fluids on the bedding, marks on the toilet seat….I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. We are still trying to get a refund for this mistake of a booking. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not safe for kids.

The receptionist was a douchebag. He threw my id back at me and when he gave us the key card didn’t even say what room number or where to find it. The room smelled like dog pee, hair dryer was cut from the wall and floor was filthy. We left 10 minutes after checking in and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

I liked the availability. The room , except the bed, was quite dirty. the armchair that looked great on the photo was falling apart. The photo did not correspond with the reality, in general. there was no coffee maker in the room. The person who checked me in/out seemed quite disrespectful toward women. He dealt with men much more politely.

The room I booked for the reservation wasn't available so I was given another room where the television and the lights were not working. I asked for help with the issues and was met with aggression at every turn the entire encounter. I then asked for a refund to go somewhere else and was told i had to contact Expedia since thats whom I booked the reservation with only to have Expedia tell me that they're not responsible for a refund and that my money had to come from the management at the motel which of course denied giving me anything but the same rude behavior. I'm out over 100 dollars due to having to Uber to a different place and this whole ordeal was a disaster and disappointing on behalf of the motel and this booking service

This was, by far, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Incredibly dirty!! We were supposed to have breakfast and there were only 2 options and they did not feel safe to eat. On two occasions, people were being arrested in the parking lot. I will never book at this hotel again. I am not happy at all that we had to pay $177 for the second night.

Reserved a King, originally put in a room with 2 doubles.. Got moved to a Queen. Hotel really run down. Dirty, stinky, people just loitering outside. Saw an itty bitty bug, believed to be a baby roach on my water bottle. Hopefully nothing hitch hiked its way to my home. I only booked this place because of the close proximity to Baxter Arena. Also, the location was actually really convenient, so I’ll give them that. Ended up leaving like 6 hours prior to my original time since I just could not wait to get out of there.

Loitering and suspicious behavior in parking lot. People yelling profanities out the windows. Entire motel both on lobby, hallways and rooms smelled so bad of smoke. Could hear others screaming loudly through room walls. We left after an hour in the room because didn’t feel safe or clean.

Room marginally acceptable. The worst was the pathetic excuse for breakfast. Bad coffe served in a decalf pot - hadnto ask for regular caffeine and told it was in the decaf marked container. Powdered creamer, white sugar packetts. Nothimg else. Tasted so bad after one sip i had to toss it. I can drink bad coffee but in all honesty, it was a new low for me. Apple or orange juice container both empty. 2 types of bread with toaster. Nothing to put on it..not even butter. 2 cereals with pitcher of milk. Was basically all they had. It was just after 6 am so it had nothing to do with being late and missing out. And the countertop and items, ontop needed wiped down.

I go to this property to beat the heat. And while it is a great little place to hide, it does need some updating. TVs are old. Only 2 towels in a 2 bed room. AC struggled against the admittedly overwhelming heat. Overall, it's not a bad spot. There is never much for breakfast though. It shouldn't be advertised on Expedia or anywhere.

The hotel didn't look very clean. Our first room as soon as we got in and finally figured out how to turn the lights on.we were welcomed by a big roach by the television.We immediately grabbed our bags and headed to the office. Because I purchased a non-refundable room.I had to stay there, but I requested another room. I was giving another room , but the second room wasn't much better. The tub looked very dirty the T.V was really fuzzy. After seeing the roads in the first one , we just couldn't get comfortable. I chose this hotel due to its cost.And the fact that it was an unexpected expense, as we had lost power at our home. The website says they offer breakfast, but it makes it seem like it's a hot breakfast not a continental breakfast. When I went down for breakfast, I was terribly disappointed. All they had was bred to make toast and cereal.They had a juice dispenser but no juice and they had coffee. I was so thankful that I only purchased it for one night.We went to a different hotel the second night because we still didn't have power.That second hotel was great!

The room was clean. The area was quiet. The attendant couldn't make himself put the phone down while I was checking in. Their definition of breakfast was a bread loaf and coffee. No coffee maker in the room. I guess that's all you can get now if you don't want to spend more than $100.00
