The bed was very comfy. But the hotel overall was loud. I could hear a lot of outside noise and noise from neighbors. I was really annoyed I had to pay to park at a hotel I paid to stay at! The location was good except there are cones everywhere so finding where to park took a lot Of effort. Mo

The parking situation is a little messed up, but understandable being a downtown location.

Property is great. Only thing is if you come back late at night, there’s not enough parking behind the building. I had already paid for parking and had to park on Farnam Street.

Breakfast very lacking but gym was great! Parked across street and saved $15

The swimming pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see the steps or bottom and no smell of chlorine.

The room did not have an ice bucket when asked there were none available. Parking cost was too high for the inconvenient location! Pool was very small and no hot tub! Absolutely will not stay there again!!!!!!

The staff were amazing. Parking is super tight in the parking behind the hotel but they do have another parking area next to the hotel thats not near as tight.

They checked us in wrong room- then that room locked us out. Then the shuttle was slow. Then pool was freezing.

Just okay. A newer hotel, but the staff weren’t friendly. They charged $15 for parking without in/out privilege. Pool was down. Restrooms in the main lobby required a code to enter. Our suite was no larger than a standard room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

grifters panhandling in the lobby during checkin. Definitely not cleaning the rooms between guests. First room: hair stuck to the shelf in the shower, hair in the towel on the rack, and pubic hair in the bed under the comforter. Second room: hair in the sheets under the comforter, and what appeared to be DRIED BLOODon the comforter. Third room: coffee grounds on the countertops, what appeared to be some type of food particle in the sheets, and dried mystery substance on the sink counter. Panhandlers removed from hotel by police after they called them on the night manager according to the same night manager. Night manager got into an argument with me about the cleanliness of the rooms when I tried to check out and asked for a refund. I checked out the same night and have been trying to get a refund for this horrible experience since that night. The GM won’t take my calls or respond to my email with the photos I took of what I found in the rooms, and lied to IHG saying that they couldn’t confirm my claims. They and IHG have all the photos I took showing evidence that they aren’t cleaning rooms between guests. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is horrible and should be closed down until new staff who will actually do their jobs can be brought in. Unprofessional, inhospitable, unsafe, insecure, and DISGUSTING. I REPEAT! DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am a person that always looks on the bright side of things and NEVER complains but this hotel brought out the complainer in me. I will start with the positives. The building itself was nice and clean and the breakfast that was served was fine. The negatives: Our room was clean for the most part, there was blood on a couple pillow cases and we didn’t have any wash cloths when we arrived..my fault for not asking for any though. We must have stayed on a weekend that there were ball teams in town because There were kids running up and down the halls until very late in the morning, then just a few short hours later one of the moms was yelling down the hallway at some of the kids..again not the hotels fault. My biggest complaint was the absolute lack of parking AND you have to also pay for parking that you can’t even use..it’s absolutely absurd!! We got home late from WWE, it was POURING down rain and there were NO parking spots! I went inside to ask the front desk worker where I could park and he said right beside the building, fine so I did. I parked beside the building, went inside (it’s still POURING rain) and I said “we can park right beside the building correct” he then informs me that it’s the next parking lot over..I was absolutely pissed off! So I had to go back out in the POURING rain to move my car AGAIN. It was a terrible experience and I will NEVER stay there again!

We got very little sleep at this hotel as there seems to be little to no insulation between the floors/ceilings. We could hear the people above us stomping and running non-stop until about 2:00am and then it would start up again at 5:00am. A call was made to the front desk each time, but nothing was done about it. As for the cleanliness, the common areas were clean, but it was obvious that the floors in our room had never been cleaned and there was hair in the showers.

Room was not the cleanest especially the bathroom, I found it odd there was a missing lampshade apart from that there was no where to throw trash away, when we asked the front desk they said there was a dumpster outside. They did not have extra room towels they gave pool towels when asked.

There was toothpaste and hair in the sink on arrival. There were stains on the furniture. There was no soap. There was dirt on the carpet.

Dirtiest Holliday Inn I have ever seen. Lobby dirty, staff folding towels in lobby when I check in. Hallway dirty. Elevator Dirty. Ice Machine Dirty. Location right on a busy downtown street. Sirens kept me up all night. Big trucks woke me up early in the morning.

Our first time at this hotel. Great experience all around. We have the two queen size beds for myself my wife and my two teenage children. Room was huge better than most that we've experienced. The staff at this property were very helpful and friendly always willing to get us what we need to make our stay easier. Our room included the breakfast every morning which saves us a ton of money to do the things we can't go to do. Make sure you scan the code outside for payment if parking is needed. Additional parking is located in the right side of the front of the building. There was no free street parking so if you have to feel good this is an accessibility. We will absolutely be standing at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The room was large and comfortable. Loved the shower with sliding glass doors. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is a charge for parking, but a reasonable price for an urban setting, and there is free area street parking if you'd prefer.

The property looked nice, but it was rather poorly run. The staff were doing their bbest, but they were understaffed. The free breakfast was always running out of food, and the one staff person was not able to keep up with the demand. There is no cleaning service unless you stay 5 days or more. There isnt even an option to pay to request service for a fee. The room was nice and spacious with a nice large shower, but the water pressure was terrible. The A/C was also very inconsistent. It got really warm at night even with the thermostat set at 68. I would probably not stay here again.

Room was clean. Hand soap pump was broken and unusable. Called front desk and said one wouod be brought up but wasnt (she apologized in the morning). Only 1 small trash can available in bathroom. Very noisy from street.

We traveled 6 hours for appointment at the cancer center close to this property. We were checked into a nice room. Started to rest and eat a bite so I could take my meds. Got call from desk that we would have to move rooms! After preparing it took a half hour to get new keys to a room that had no bed; the bed was set up along wall bedding taking up chair! Of course I was upset when I called desk, they put me on hold! I called back, got Manager Lisa! She told me I was rude and I could pack my things and find another room elsewhere. I explained being unable to physically; I needed to lay down! She said she didn’t have to put up with my rudeness and I couldn’t treat her staff badly and she hung up on me! I called back again and was put on hold, called again really biting my tongue! She said she would come up and talk to me. All this time I’m laying on the floor. She came to room, my husband said she’s laying on the floor. Her response”well I’m not going to pick her up”! When I got off floor my body was uncontrollably shaking, I had difficulty putting one foot ahead of the other without my husband helping. She grabbed our belonging and started down the hall. Our new room was 225 on the other end of the motel! Her words “I’m not obligated to give you a room!” She may be the manager but lacks any ability in customer service and compassion! I will be filing a complaint with upper management!

This property is very OK. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and this was one of the less nice experiences I have had. I will say, while there isn’t much directly around the property, it was very centrally located. That was great. A short drive to the zoo and fun old market area. Other than that, I wasn’t super impressed. For one, this property is on a main road. The walls and windows must be very thin because you could hear everything! Two, check in took a long time. There were only 2 people ahead of us in line but it took 25+ minutes. That’s a long get time than I would expect for a check in experience. Third, breakfast goes until 10am on the weekends. We got there at 9am and they were out of most things, that was disappointing. Fourth, upon check in they stressed how much they are committed to clean rooms. However, when we get back for the day from being out, our room had not been cleaned. We got back close to midnight so it was too late to call and get it cleaned and that was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel did the job but I wouldn’t say here again.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during the Berkshire meeting. Free coffee and fruit infused water, as well as hospitality shuttle to the conference was such a nice touch. Rooms were spotless and bedding very clean and comfy.

Came at 6 pm and had to wait an hour to get a room.

Poor desk attendant was him only. There should’ve been one other person there with the amount of people that were waiting to check in. The area around the hotel is not the best. Parking is very limited and very tight.

This place is great. Only bad thing: upon arrival the front desk clerk was in the back watching videos. I waited 10 minutes with no one out there to check in. Otherwise she was very nice when she came out. The location of this hotel is so easy to get to. The facility is clean and nice and the rooms are big and modern and comfy. I love it.

The hotel is pretty nice bit parking is horrible and limited. The rooms were not ready by the 3pm checkin time. They had to move us to another room that was ready. That room the tv wouldnt turn on so they had to move us again. The staff was very nice and sis everything to accomidate us. Just not a great location for the hotel and minimal staff. Was told the maintenance staff does not work weekends.

The desk clerk was alone trying to handle a busy Friday night. Need more staff

We had a TERRIBLE experience. This hotel is NOT at Old Market. It is more than a mile away from the closest point of Old Market. Parking was horrible. The neighborhood is at best transitional. No security at the hotel. There was a fight in the hallway outside of our rooms. A PHYSICAL FIGHT. When my daughter called the desk they said the police are on their way. I booked two rooms, 4 people parents and children. Our rooms had three towels. Three. They were understaffed. This hotel experience was horrible. I will never stay there again. I paid almost $1,000 for two nights, two rooms for a family zoo trip and. They say there is shuttle service. We tried to utilize the shuttle and even that was a mess. There was confusion about our pick up. Three times. We kept hearing ‘they’re in the way - they’ll be there in 10-15 minutes’. 45 minutes later we were ordering Ubers. The shuttle drivers blamed each other, the clerk blamed the drivers. Meanwhile we had FOUR tired children waiting in the sun for 45 minutes. There seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance at the property. The outlets in our rooms didn’t even work. Top to bottom, do not recommend.

Very clean, budget-friendly option. Property is within walking distance of the Old Market, but it is a long walk.

We came to Omaha to see a musical at the Orpheum Theater and enjoy activities in the Old Market. It seems a bit deceptive that the listing for this hotel says «\xa0Old Market.\xa0» We saw many walkable hotels scattered through the Old Market but this wasn’t one of them! Otherwise the hotel was nice enough and the staff was helpful. The pool and breakfast buffet were both good. Since it wasn’t in a walkable location, we had to drive everywhere, and the very small parking lot was full or almost full each time we came back in the afternoon or evening. The parking is not owned by the hotel and the desk attendant said they have no responsibility for it. But we had to pay $15 per day to park there, and then had to pay for downtown parking again each time we drove down to the Old Market. We wouldn’t stay there again, because of the location and parking. It would be fine for an overnight stay if you were just passing through Omaha, but inconvenient for vacation stays.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff. Usual breakfast options. Paid parking which was annoying and it’s 24 hours from check in. NOT per stay so technically if you checked in at 3:00PM you would be subject to tow at 3:00AM in the next morning. Arrived after dark and the area around the hotel looked a little sketchy.

Great service, awesome breakfast, Tabitha and her sister took care of us after we got stranded and our flight was 2 days later. They made it memorable for us.

New hotel. Very clean. Excellent location. Don't forget you pay for parking. Breakfast was delicious (unlike most *breakfast included* hotels) and varied with fresh fruit and pork sausages. Make your own pancakes!!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We went to breakfast about 45 minutes after it began each morning and found many items to be completely gone with nobody replenishing them. Parking also really needs to be addressed. You must pay per day to park but a spot is not guaranteed. The staff did tell me they would reimburse me if we did not find spots and we would need to find a spot on the road. Not overly welcoming for families out of town who don't know the area.

Very bad poor breakfast, unfriendly staff, did no credit my IHG points. Lobby had a bad smell.

We wearing attending a wedding in town. Hotel was holding Gift from bride & groom when we checked in. The pkg was destroyed (obviously been opened and stuff removed). Went to breakfast Sunday morning and there was no food left and drinks were empty. Line up of guests behind us went without also. Staff were notified & they said there was nothing they could do about it. How about refund us some of the cost of the room.

Sadly it wasn’t great. The TV in the room didn’t work, the breakfast was pitiful No Milk, No biscuits, No yogurt, No pepper. The two ladies at the front counter were more worried about the guy that brought them in breakfast they were eating at the front counter than taking care of the hotel guests. Very Disappointed and won’t stay there again.

Breakfast was out of food at 7:30

The hotel was nice enough but it was very loud. I heard doors slamming all night long. Breakfast was offered from 7:00-10:00. I went to the lobby ay 9:00 and the place had been ransacked. There was noting to eat or drink! When I asked an employee if there was even a pint of milk, I was told no. No apology, no explanation and I won't return. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had!

Our stay here was just ok. Main problem was hardly any breakfast items available. First day - ONLY available was bread, hard boiled eggs, and gravy but no biscuits. No juice - just colored water coming out of the machine. There was still and hour and a half left for breakfast! Front desk told me they ran out of food. I’ve never seen this happen at a hotel! Second day was a bit better but still only bread available plus some hot items, eggs, overdone biscuits, gravy and some yogurt. Pancake machine broken, famous cinnamon rolls they advertised were no where to be seen either day. Just very sad especially when you know they serve breakfast and know how many people are in the hotel. I knew we would have to pay for parking - it is owned by a 3rd party so you scan and pay for that but the lot attached to them had no more spots! Also the spots are extremely small so it is hard to get your vehicle in/out. They have another 3rd party lot next door which is where we parked for our stay. Staff was nice but overworked. Front desk told me people don’t show up for their shifts. She had been there well over 12 hours! There are a lot of better places to stay in Omaha so I recommend choosing elsewhere until they get their act together!
