The property treats the guest as if all of them were delinquents. They require a deposit to hand you over the TV remote and the AC remote control. You must leave an ID to get fresh towells for the swiming pool. The noise at night is unbeareable. There is a night club in the property that is not furnished with isolation for the loud music they play inside until 4:00AM in the morning, and the hotel personnel response is "we can't do anythinig because the club belong to someone else independent from the hotel". The room furniture, bed dressing sheets and covers, the bathroom towels are old and living overtime. We had to call and ask for fresh towels everyday because the hosekeeping service never leave fresh towels after cleaning the room, taking the used towels away leaving nothing to use to dry your hands or body after using the sink or the shower; and when you call to get them it can take from one to two hours, and several calls to be served. The soap, shampoo and toillet paper are the lowest quality and cheap they could ever find. Even as you had to pay a deposit to get the TV remote it didn't work and when called to get someone to fix it or exchange it, it takes hours before they send someone (I had to call 4 times in the laps of two hours to finally get someone to fix the problem). I won't ever be back to that horrible place.
