I’ve stayed here before so happy to stay here again. Located on Hindley street, which if you keep walking up straight for about 10 mins brings you to Rundle Mall. Car parking is additional at $29 p/d. I had to park off-site. Tram is close but I love walking everywhere which I did - markets, the old gaol, botanical gardens, even to entertainment centre. Grateful for the room upgrade. Very spacious. Rooftop pool is beautiful but cold. The area is bustling, some shady characters but act like a local and you’re fine!

I was able to sort out my parking super early, and my room was even ready way earlier than expected so I could properly check in before attending a nearby festival. I celebrated my birthday with friends up at the pool for a few hours, which was awesome. So glad to be able to fully utilise that amazing rooftop area!

Nice hotel , suite was good size , convenient to restuarants and transport, staff were very helpful . Was disappointed with pool area water features were not working , no pool lounges as shown in web site was looking forward to chilling on a bed while reading a book ,was part of reason for booking , if no longer having them suggest they remove from advertising , is a bit misleading.

Location is handy but the noise in a room facing Hindley St on the Friday night was insane. They give out $10 vouchers if you skip getting your room made up. That was great, but then the bar was closed the entire long weekend. Rooftop pool is excellent.

Reception staff was rude. I had previously spoken to reception about checking in early and if that was possible. I was told it was fine to check in after 12 pm. I tried to check in at 1.15pm and room still wasn’t done. I was happy to work with that, but the receptionist was rude about it. Dirt and grime was present on the bathroom floor as well as shower floor. Bed was poorly made and sheet was scrunched up in the middle of the bed so much that the bottom sheet wasn’t even tucked in on one side. To say it was frustrating to have to remake the bed at 11.30 at night after a long day, would be an understatement. Absolutely will not rebook this venue.

Bed was very saggy and rolling badly to the centre, poor quality towels, bathroom was poor, very small shower that leaked water all over the bathroom floor, overall room was tired and barely clean. Won’t stay again.

While the hotel was clean and staff friendly, there is a definite impression of lack of investment. No smart TV, USB charging points which are to be expected. Bedding sheets were generally clean but looked old and frayed. Pool gates had not been maintained and one had no lock. Can be very noisy on a weekend with music and cars nearby. Good access to public transport. Still enjoyed our stay.

Great rooms. Noise from the street ruined it - Take some earplugs in case you get put in a room close to the main road. The sound insulation is not good. Messed up the bedding requests, had to remind them on three separate occasions, possibly didn't communicate properly from Expedia to the hotel. Had to ask for the VIP food & drink vouchers for each room. Contstant stream of people going in/ out of the lift all night, kids running up & down the hallways in the middle of the night

Great location and very nice room but stay on the western side as the eastern side has a night club directly across the street and you can hear the booming music until very early. The buffet breakfast was good but the room lacked atmosphere with no music or anything playing.

Great stay however the chrome cast is outdated and wasnt working. We asked the staff and they said that this is the case for at least half the rooms... a bit disappointing for the price since we wouldve liked to watch our favourite netflix shows. Kitchen was perfect.

I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay here. Seamless experience from booking to stay. Requested car park when booking, which was quickly confirmed by the hotel. Staff were excellent, all pleasant and helpful. I received a free upgrade to a spa room, which was appreciated, and parking was charged at the rate indicated when I booked the hotel (price has increased since then). Bed was super comfortable! Close to free tram on North Tce, which was handy to get to and from the Entertainment Centre for a concert. Also only a short walk to the casino. Hotel and pool in very good condition (stayed in winter, so didn’t go for a swim). Room in good condition overall - some minor maintenance required (not awful, but would improve experience if fixed); minor wear on spa and some tiles, sealant around bath, mildew on ceiling above shower, and air / fan outlets dusty. Not sure about area surrounding hotel, but I didn’t feel unsafe. Hotel doors are locked at night, with access using your room key. Lift also requires room key to access levels above ground level. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience, and I would stay here again 👍

This property is a 2.5/3 star property at best. The beds are comfy and the shower hot. That’s what gives it that rating. Other than the loverly person that checked me in and an amazing young lady with dark brown hair the rest of the front desk staff are, new, not very knowledgeable and when things go wrong unapologetic. When concerns were raised, there was no compensation provided or even an apology and considering that was apart of the service pretty upsetting. However when a complaint was made at checkout and the manager making remarks about myself to the other two front desk staff as I was leaving, with a smirk on their face is pretty revolting.

Property is slightly rundown and needs an upgrade. Bed was comfortable. Location was a little unsafe on Friday and Saturday night. Witnessed a number of fights while walking down the street at 9:00pm. Police were next door ordering Subway when fight was underway. Hmmm.

Nice place. Very disappointed we didnt get time for the pool, but did get to see it. Seemed very relaxing. Breakfast was touted in other reviews to be cant miss. It was nothing special. Parking garage was tight and adjacent to hotel. Short walk qnd in/out was easy.

Great 2 night stay. Enjoyed every minute of staying here as the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they left 2 bottles of water on the first day. Love the incentive of a $10.00 voucher for food and drink if you stay 2 nights or more, if you dont get room service for the first night. Breakfast is good, only comment is hash browns werent crispy - kind of rubbery. Carpark was great as we had more space than most carparks in and around the city. Less than 5 mins to tram and easy 10min walk to the main cbd shopping area. Close to Casino, library, museum and restaurants.
