Parking is an absolute nightmare. Paid 25 Bucks a Night which is fine but to park your car in the Basement is a Joke. You have to be precise or You leave with a damaged car. Elavators was a joke aswell Waiting waiting waiting. I dont think I will stay here ever again. If I do i will park else where and take the stairs

Really great rooms, and quite large for a city centre hotel, breakfast was also really nice. We were unlucky as when we checked in 2 lifts were out, yet, even though we were on the first floor, we are not allowed to use the stairs, and had to wait 15 mins for the 1 lift, which seemed pedantic.

Great location. Parking bigger cars in the under hotel parking isn't advisable. We choose to park behind the hotel in the car park. Comfortable and reasonably priced when we went there. Staff were accommodating.

While it didn't have the usual facilities like a gym, pool or sauna, it served well as a hotel to come back to rest after long days of conferences and meetings. Great location.

Rooms large which was good. no other facilities like pool, gym and parking was in parking station few streets back. 2nd bedroom in apartment was a bit weird with blocked out window on corridor side. Good stay for what we needed

The underground parking is near impossible with a car bigger than a sedan. We took our Kluger last time and got very scratched up, however, this time took a small hatch back and was totally fine. The room was fine. However, there were clear scuff marks and splash marks from previous people. The breakfast was also fine, just now worth it in my opinion for the price. All staff we interacted with were completely lovely and helpful. Overall, would stay here again.

Very average. Badly designed rooms and bathrooms. Lady making up room 622 on sunday saud she will do it but wasnt done when we got back at 8 pm. No fresh towels. Poor service

Very old and tired and rooms just seem dirty now. Level 4 corridor smelt of stale urine. I think cleaners try hard but place needs total refurb desperately. Tv was some old junk and all the furniture is chipped and damaged.

We rented a car and was able to do street parking on Sunday night. very convenient location to walk around Adelaide Neighbour room was noisy past midnight. Woken me up a few times. In addtition, the pillows were too high. Because of these, we didn't sleep well. Sadly, that's the main reason why I gave 3 star. Otherwise there wasn't anything to complain about.

Rooms are relatively spacious and reasonably furnished. Location is great, very central and close to Rundal Street. The view from our room was of a dark laneway with a car park on the other side. We had a two bedroom apartment with a queen bed in the master room and two twin (single beds) in the other bedroom, we also had a rollaway bed. Expedia suggested it would be a king bed - apparently this is never an option on a two room apartment. The restaurant at the hotel is ok, but lots of better options in Adelaide. Car parking is ok, we had a larger car and had to park across the street from the actual hotel car park (hotel provided pass for the same cost). There are few facilities, the laundry has one washer and one dryer which seemed busy at times. Balcony was very small - one person only at a time - could not really do anything out there. We enjoyed our stay and like the location. Hotel is ok but do not expect lots of facilities (gym, pool, big laundry)

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Adelaide, with tourist attractions close by. Easy to reach by bus from the airport if you need to. The room was great, with enough facilities to enable you to cook if you want to. There was even a dishwasher. The small balcony enabled us to get some fresh air, and caught the evening sun. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and checking in wasn't a problem despite it being the busiest day of the year (Christmas Pageant). There is an American style diner on the ground floor with inexpensive food and drink. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay here again

Great location very comfortable- I unfortunately had an issue getting into my room but the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue. They were very apologetic and offered me a free drink at the bar while they were fixing the problem. The room had everything I needed and ALL staff were very friendly.

The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and public transport with the airport bus stop within walking distance. A great place to stay and I will definitely plan to return.

Booked online using wotif.com Proceeded to book flights to Adelaide. 45 minutes after booking received a phone call from Mantra Hindmarsh stating that someone else booked the same room prior to me and unfortunately didn’t have any other rooms to offer us. Was stranded in Adelaide as could not find any other accommodation at a decent price.

3-4 star hotel. The staff at breakfast seemed disorganised and not very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, but I would say nothing special about the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, the lounge and kitchen area was good. The bathroom needs renovation. The shower was average and toilet didn’t flush very well.

Good size rooms and tastefully decorated. Good to have oven, hob and other kitchen equipment. Location is good for the Oval and Rundle St restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Adelaide

Great location to stay. Comfortable and spacious. Nice staff Restaurant had a great feel to it. Breakfast was great, pancakes were so yummy. Dinner was incredible too, I've never tasted a coleslaw like the one I had... it was amazing. Will definitely return when I'm next in Adelaide!
