The staff were great. The veiw of the ocean was amazing.The location was perfect for an easy walk to restaurants. The room was very tidy but unfortunately the bath shower had a lot of mould which spoilt our overall experience. We would love to go back but we would do a room inspection first.

Poor room service that’s right there wasn’t any and terrible WiFi. We were told because it was Easter no room service yet we didn’t get any discount because it was Easter. A very disappointing stay to say the least

The room was a good size but the bathroom really let the whole experience down. As soon as you walk into the bathroom you can see mould all around the bath/shower. Rather then removing the mouldy silicone they have just tried to cover it up. No filtered water is available to you unless to buy it from the vending machine. Great location, love being able to walk along the beach every day, and Jetty Rd has plenty of restaurant options

we have been upgraded to a top floor room: great lay-out of the apartment, with uninterrupted ocean views. the apartment would be great with a little bit more of maintenance: walls and doors need a coat of paint here and there. some amenities in the bathrooms (we had 3 !!) would go a long way. pity only one of restaurants was open: it looks like the other one is often closed. overall a great place to stay, with friendly staff and parking available at ground level.
