Nice prpperty , reception very helpful and they have a 5pm check out on sundays which is nice. Pool says refurbd but seemed pretty dated to me and gym is naff. Room very corporate, clean and business similar style to novotel.

Very disappointed that I spent $350 on a room for the night but then couldn’t get a carpark, had to park on the road. Also would have been nice to be told at booking time that there was a band playing till 1130pm then staff moving furniture till 1am, didn’t really get much sleep.

Room was great, car parking on site is terrible. Booked car parking but they don’t tell you it is first in best dressed! And they sell you the car park knowing they don’t have enough car parks to go round. Car park is way too small, can’t fit many cars at all. We ended up parking on the street and getting a refund for our car park fee. Disappointing!

When we entered our room there was a musty type smell which was off putting. My daughter is an avid pool user & was excited to check out the pool area - when we arrived it was jam packed with "teenagers" making her feel very anxious. The size of the gym area was very disappointing. It held 1 piece of gym equipment and 2 exercise bikes squashed into an extremely small area. There is no way more than 1 person could be in there at once. We chose to look elsewhere & go to the local pub for dinner. Around 8.30am the next morning a staff member knocked on our door & proceeded to swipe a key card & enter the room. My daughter & I were still in bed & I had to yell out "HELLO" to stop him from entering any further. I mentioned this to the staff member upon checking out who was very good in investigating the situation. It turned out to be a maintenance man. Reception did apologise & was very kind about the situation, however the damage had already been done. Buffet breakfast hot food was cold. Sadly, I personally would not recommend this hotel at all - our experience was not good. Thankfully we only had a 1 night stay here.

Large apartment like modern clean fantastic king sized bed big flat screen television walk-in shower with double overhead showers. Friendly polite helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Bath was dirty called down all they did was come wipe it no spray or disinfectant was very annoyed as there was dried dirt around bath and in asked for fork and knife took more then 40min was gonna pay for late check out they rang me at 11am woke me up to make sure all handicap parks where taken so couldn’t park then they where going to charge me but luckily didn’t this visit was just a hot mess not sure if I will go back

Easy,informative and friendly check in service. The warm hand towel was an added bonus. The room was a good size and looked clean. My biggest complaint would have to be the amount of visible and easily removed mould in the shower alcove. I was able to remove with the face washer so why on earth isn't it being done by the cleaners? A big let down for a hotel.

Property was nice and clean. Bathrooms were a little dated but clean. We stayed 3 nights and no linen change. Only one real issue and that was that a fresh towel had a giant hard booger stuck in it. Was very gross!!

Room was tiny compared to the picture and the view of the noisy car park was ridiculous for the price. The Television kept switching itself on during the night while we were sleeping so I had to keep getting up and turning it off. We weren’t told to put the don’t clean the room sign on the door so the staff just walked in without knocking. Ruined our anniversary stay listening to the carpark loudmouths.

Located only 2 blocks from the tram that takes you straight into the city. Complimentary shuttle that runs from 7-10am that can take you into the city. The room is a good size & a very v comfy bed

Room was ok, clean and staff were polite. However you food at the skyline was over price and just about uneatable ie chicken tenders were anything but tender and over cooked. When rooms above used water the plumbing pipes where rattling through the wall which was loud and woke us up a few times.

Not really worth the money paid for the higher spec room. Would have been better to get a standard room instead of paying a premium for what we got as the room was small, the bathroom had a spa that was un-useable (due to cleanliness) and its hit or miss if you can score a car park that you then have to pay for.

The property was clean and the room was new. The bathroom needed an update desperately. We didn’t get any bath gel for the last two days. The staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. There was loud music till approximately 11pm that made it difficult for us to sleep. Location was handy as it’s close to highway and easy to get to places outside Adelaide,

From the reception desk to the bar, restaurants to the cleaning staff the hotel wasn't posy but very friendly and down to earth. Food was good, view from balcony overlooked a park. If you are not looking for a flashy hotel then my wife and I would put this at the top of your list. For reference we were in the hotel for 8 days over Easter.

I had a great stay here on my way back to Sydney. The staff were so helpful at check in. The bed was so comfortable and the room peaceful and quiet. A big thank you to Tony for taking me to the airport early the next morning!

I recently had to be in Adelaide for a couple of days for medical reasons. Found the property to be all I could wish for as far as comfort, treatment by staff, safety and parking was concerned. The meals were reasonably priced and very tasty. I will definitely be back to enjoy the pleasures of this facility again.
