Hotel room was one of the most uncharming i have ever seen. Somebody just threw in a random selection of cheap furniture and no other care was given. Same could be said about the breakfast buffet which was of the cheapest quality. Not in any way a reflection of the price for room or breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

During our stay, a €50 security deposit was charged. At check-out, an Indian male receptionist explicitly assured us that the deposit would be refunded. However, two weeks have now passed, and we still have not received our money back. We trusted the information provided by this receptionist, but unfortunately, his promise has not been fulfilled. This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel's reliability, transparency, and customer service. I expect the hotel to explain why the €50 has not been returned and to issue the refund immediately. Future guests should be aware of this issue and carefully check whether their security deposits are actually refunded.

Thin walls, load guests in party area. 5 minute walk to Amsterdam central. Over all, it was nice. Staff super friendly, you can drop your bags off if you arrive before you can check in

Our room was basic but clean and spacious. The bathroom was tight but the shower was terrific and a hairdryer was provided. The beds were comfortable and we had a great canal view. The location was perfect for us, near the station and on a lively street. The staff was wonderful.
