Very beautiful Hotel with a great staff that met all of our needs. Hotel is upscale and very modern. Furnished very nicely. Staff for various countries and it was great to hear their stories as we shared ours. The hotel comes with its issues. We had 6 family members 2 adults and 2 teenagers each. My daughter got a room for 3 which was obviously designed for that in mind, and we got a room for 2 with another bed thrown in, quite disappointing for the price. Asked to change, but no other beds at the inn. we made it work. Shower was very small and navigating the maze to and from the room wasn't fun. Hauling heavy luggage up and down stairs wasn't either. Overall, we had a good 4 day say. Great place for 2 people.

Absolutely perfect place to stay for a couple to explore Amsterdam from , directly across from the zoo , 30 min walk from most sights in Amsterdam, Tram stop in front of the hotel the roo.s are small but spotless luxurious and comfortable. The aera is safe , we left our rented Donkey bikes outside overnight. Very happy with the hotel and the staff , I would highly recommend a stay here .

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The staff were brilliant and we loved the overall feel of the hotel. Although it wasn’t too central it had great transport links and only took 20-30 mins to walk to most places. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel and found lots of tasty places nearby. The only reason this isn’t a full 5 stars for us is because the Comfort room was just a little too small for our preference. Could have done with an extra foot of space in the bathroom and more spaces to unpack your clothes. We also had a room in the ‘annex’ part of the hotel so it was a bit of an inconvenience to get to our room. It wasn’t a deal breaker though and would definitely consider staying again.

My space was small but for a single traveller who wanted to be in a great neighborhood and have my AC cranking, it was perfect.
