Nice hotel with great location. Close to shopping and city center. Easy to get to from airport. Take the train to Amsterdam Centraal and then a short tram ride to the hotel. Beds were comfy. We booked a superior room and ended up on the 4th floor with windows high up on the wall, so you could not see anything. Asked to change to regular window room. This was solved but note to ask for a room with normal windows. Canal view if possible. City view might give you quite some noice disturbance. Breakfast good but pricy when you can just walk less then 5 minutes and eat out. But an comfortable option to eat at the hotel. Gym was super small so nothing to recommend. Also the tv does not have an option to connect your smart device and channels are limited. So bring an hdmi-cable and your computer if you want to watch something after getting back to the room. Rooms somewhat basic and not so cozy but good size. No wine glasses in the room but they can give you some if asked.

I will start this review by giving a shout out to the two awesome staff members at the reception, who allowed me to check-in early after a long red eye flight, and who also allowed me to check out at 1PM. Two awesome dudes that pretty much guaranteed that I stay there again in the near future. This hotel couldn’t be located in a better spot. It is within walking distance to every major place of the city, restaurants, shops, museums, etc. Just take the tram from Amsterdam central and get off three stops later. The rooms are huge, the bed is so comfy, big windows overlooking the beautiful street, nice restaurant and shop downstairs for late snacks. I have been going to Amsterdam for 20 years and this is by far, the best hotel I have ever stayed.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions, including shopping outlets. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. My only minor complaint is the absence of English TV channels, and there were no apps (like Netflix) to access your information.

Perfect location! The rooms are small but to be expected in the city center, however they are the perfect size for 2 travels. Comfortable beds, great location, nice clean rooms. Lovely staff as well!

Great location in a safe neighborhood. Rooms were comfortable but kind of flat for the price paid (for example, towels were old and not of great quality). I advised the front desk staff twice of a foul smell in the 5th floor hallways but nothing was done. Front staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. They need more training.
