I stayed in the Queen Bed Loft Room and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to important access information not being clearly disclosed before booking. The listing stated that the hotel had no lift, however it did not make clear that reaching the room involved climbing three flights of stairs. In addition, the loft room itself contained an extremely steep internal staircase to access the sleeping area. The staircase was so steep that I found it difficult to use safely. As someone with a back condition, this had a significant impact on my stay and caused a great deal of stress. Had the number of stairs and the room layout been clearly disclosed, I would have chosen alternative accommodation. The location of the hotel was good, but I believe future guests would benefit from clearer information about the access requirements for this room so they can make an informed decision before booking.

The rooms are extremely small. I’m 6 feet tall and I could touch one wall with my head and the other with my feet when laying down the bathroom was very tiny as the sink would be in your lap while sitting on the toilet. Great location but the rooms are extremely small.

Room was tiny but workable. The stairs would be a problem for folks with any sort of impaired mobility, but for the able-bodied it’s fine. Overall good, worth the low price.
