An excellent sized room with lots of character. The hotel is in a good location and easy to walk to both the tram and train.

Beautiful room in a historically significant building!! A bit away from the center of Amsterdam but there is a train station a block or two behind the hotel. We got an upgrade to a larger room with air conditioning. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Location a little out of the way of Amsterdam centrum, but easy to get to via tram/train in less than half an hour. Building exterior had an industrial gothic vibe and the interior decor is pretty chic and modern. Rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities as expected for a 4 star hotel. We were in the family room with the bunk bed, and our only comment is that the bunk bed is really only suitable for younger/shorter kids, as my eldest daughter kept bumping her head on it. Staff at check in and bar were friendly, can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have it there. Overall, thoroughly recommended

Loved this location, we had the bunk room which was awesome with kids. The breakfast was proper and the coffee was good. You have to request cleaning (which the staff were responsive too but never actually happened) and house keeping missed garbage stuffed down between the bunk beds which was my 4/5. We will be back loved it otherwise
