Neighbourhood was super nice but the room wasn't very clean, both the bed sheets and the bathroom. Spoke to the receptionist who disagreed... not the best customer service

Hotel is in a good location but definitely needs a facelift, especially the bathrooms. Old and run down for a an expensive stay.

We had a lovely stay in a twin room which was in the building opposite the main hotel. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was great and we were able to leave our cases before check in and after check out which really helped. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner included and also tea and coffee facilities in the room. We did have trouble with the steps as we both have problems with our knees and there were about 10 steep steps to get into the building so it was an extra challenge with our cases and bags so keep this in mind when deciding which building as the main building doesn't have as many stairs. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.
