Hotel National Antwerp

Dichtbij het centrum. Direct naast het hotel een parkeergarage 21,- per etmaal. Kamers zijn wat gedateerd en douche aan de kleine kant maar dat is voor een hotel zo dicht bij het centrum gauw vergeten. 2 keer hier geweest en de derde keer zit al in ons gedachten.

Emplacement parfait, avec accès parking juste à côté. Proche de tout.

La reception ha orari limitati, in camera non c’è il frigo e il bar è annesso all’albergo apre alle 9. Troppo poco. Positivo il fatto che attaccato all’hotel esiste un parcheggio

La chambre était très correcte, lit très confortable. Il y avait le nécessaire dans la salle de bain. Super emplacement. Parking juste à côté de l’hôtel. Transport à proximité.

Das Hotel National ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Aufzug und Treppenaufgang viel zu klein. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen.

The location of the hotel was really good for getting into antwerp city centre . The reception staff were reslly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

God central placering med parkering lige ved hotellet. Værelset var noget slidt og mangelfuld rengøring. Fint sengetøj og håndklæder. God plads på værelse til en familie, 2 børn + 2 voksne.

Overall, the room was good. The beds were comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the toilet was in a separate little area from the shower, which was very convenient (though there was no sink in with the toilet, that was with the shower). The neighborhood was great, there was plenty of things to see and do nearby, and it was very close to the old town. And the breakfast was very good. On the negative side. The floor was slightly dirty when we arrived. There was no shower curtain for the shower (even though there was a bar and rings for one... and when I asked, they said they would fix it, but never did), so the floor got wet every time anyone showered. And it looked like they tried to use regular sheets on the mattresses instead of fitted sheets, but they were not well made so those came undone very quickly when we slept. Still a very good hotel. I definitely would recommend it, especially for the money.

Låg kvalité på hotell. Ett hotell i ganska dåligt skick och inte helt rent. Två av tre handdukar var smutsiga. Badrummet var så litet att toalettstol och dörr krockade. Rummet var väldigt kallt. Ska man säga något positivt så är läget riktigt bra och närhet till parkering i garage precis intill. Vi kommer inte bo här igen.

So to start, we checked in at 3:15 (check in time is 3:00) and while we were unpacking we had someone scan their key card and walk into our room which thankfully we were fully clothed and not indecent, she apologized but said she was checking to see if the room was cleaned or not… which I found weird as it was passed check in time. The room was full of scuffed paint on the walls, roughly patched holes on the wall, brutally scuffed flooring, the bed was not properly made (we literally had to put the fitted sheet on ourselves as the cleaners just laid it roughly on the mattress, the coffee maker was messy with coffee stains going up the wall behind it, not the greatest cleaning job. Another concern is there is absolutely zero noise separation in the building, we can hear our neighbors whispering beside us! And every time someone closed the door to their room it sounded like it was our door opening and closing, it was really hard to have quiet time for sleeping with the no noise cancelling walls. Then at the end of our stay, check out time is 12:00 noon, we were getting ready to leave at 11:45 and the cleaner pushed to get into our room which we told the front desk staff about and she reassured that check out was at 12:00 and shrugged off our concern about people randomly entering our room twice..Overall a solid 3/5 stars as the location is great!

De ligging van het hotel is perfect. Alles is makkelijk op loopafstand te doen als je Antwerpen centrum in wil. Het personeel is vriendelijk, niks is te veel. Wel was de kamer niet heel hygiënisch. Voor 1 nachtje is het prima, maar zou niet langer in de hotelkamer willen zijn. Er lagen haren van de vorige bezoeker in de hotel kamer ook zagen wij dat er brandvlekken in het matras zaten.

7時を過ぎた場合、自分でカウンターのパネルを使ってチェックイン、支払い、キー発行をしないとならない。到着時間をメールしてあるのだから事前に教えて欲しかった。入り口の張り紙に従って電話をして、少し待っててとの返事で15分外で待ち、宿泊客がエントランスを開けてくれたのでロビーで待つこと15分、再度電話すると、行けない。自分でチェックインしてください。合計で45分とても疲れた。部屋はきれいだが、床が汚くて スリッパが欲しかった。 バスルームのアメニティーはシャンプーのみ。地元のおしゃれコスメショップのものらしく悪くないが、何故か洗面台もシャンプーのみ。 コーヒーメーカー、水、ドライヤーがあり良い。冷蔵庫、金庫無し。タオルは洗濯されていて問題無いが古く黒ずんでいて、顔を拭くのに抵抗感…。立地は申し分ない。朝食は1F併設カフェで選べたようだが、店員は早口で素っ気無く、かろうじて飲み物は聞いてくれたが、自動的にパンケーキとトースト目玉焼き2つ、オレンジジュース。隣の席の人がサラダとパンケーキだったので 翌日は、トースト目玉焼きとサラダと言ったが、目玉焼き3つとトーストだけ来て、もう面倒だったので良しとした。感じが悪いわけではないけど、親切では無かった。レセプションの男性はニコニコで感じが良かった。しかし、チェックインは自分でしたので、もはや絡みは無かった。

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient position for sightseeing in the beautiful old city of Antwerp. The room was quite well equipped and the bed was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast buffet seemed pricy but was actually extremely good value for money given the range of food available.

This hotel was just okay. The staff was very nice and the parking garage right next door make parking our car easy. The location, in terms of proximity to the sights in Antwerpt, was very good - just a block or so away. The room however was very basic, at best. No frills at all but the price was right. Our main issue was the noise factor later in the day. There was no air conditioning in the room so we needed to open the window. The hotel must be on a main drive into town because later in the evening it was Very noisy. The cars were driving fast, honking their horns well into the night. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I'm surprised this hotel, so nice and located in the centre of the city, is so affordable. It's such a nice place where to stay. The room is small, but very well equipped, even with an espresso machine on the desk. The bed is very comfortable. It's only 10 mins walk from the cathedral and all the main attractions.

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip in Antwerpen. Jedoch ist es ein Stadthotel, was einen Anstrich benötigen könnte. Die Zimmer sind ok, außer etwas hellhörig in der Nacht, die Duschen etwas klein, was der dortigen bauweise geschuldet ist. Insgesamt für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung.

Hotel’s location is great and the decor is modern and clean. There is no one at reception from 20:30 and you should call a number once you arrive. The person on the other side of the line was lovely but I think 20:30 is too early to close reception. The room card left for me didn’t work and I the person had to let me in remotely and gave me accent that the electronic key app. I was a little concerned it wasn’t going to work if I went out and only tried it the following day. It didn’t seem to work. Another guest was also having problems with that. Thats a good idea to reduce costs but I don’t think technology is there yet. Another note on reception, they didn’t seem to be there very often during the day either. Anyway, this is just a little glitch. The hotel is basic but really nice, clean and a great value for money. I would definitely stay there again

It is a nice, comfortable and clean hotel, very well located in the centre of Antwerp. The staff are very helpful and attentive but sadly have a policy of having no staff after 7pm. This means rowdy guests can run amok in the hotel, causing no end of disruption in the evening, hence zero sleep. Will not be returning which is a shame as I have stayed here many times.

Slitt hotell. Ubetjent resepsjon store deler av døgnet. Digitale nøkler fungerte ikke.

goed hotel maar we hadden een ontbijt erbij geboekt en door omstandigheden was het restaurant dicht en er was ons beloofd dat we de kosten 40 euro terug ontvangen , we zijn nu 1 week later en nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen

We stayed at this property as we were on a European road trip so it was I. Our way and last minute. When we arrived it was after 10pm so there was no staff . We had to call a number and the receptionist on the phone had to basically check us in over the phone . You don’t need actual keys as he was able to send us links to our email that allowed us to open our room doors and elevators with our phone . The only complaint was our sheets were a little dirty and we didn’t have enough towels but it was so late that there was no staff

Dad Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe der Altstadt. Vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war das das Hotel auf Grund der Lage sehr zufriedendstellend. Empfehlenswert

Freundliches und solides Hotel. Angenehmes Ambiente. Angenehmer Preis. Das Hotel ist im sogenannten Modeviertel von Antwerpen gelegen. Das bekannte Modemuseum liegt gleich um die Ecke (50 m). Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Museen Antwerpens sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Apartamentos muito basicos, sem refrigerador e sem armários. Localização um pouco afastada do centro antigo. Café da manhã simples mas com panquecas deliciosas.

The hotel was close to the city centre and the staff were friendly, the room includes tea and coffee making facility. The stay was a pleasant one, the breakfast was good. I will stay here again

Stay really nice, great location to old town, good breakfast, lady made extra scrambled eggs.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit im Bad war verbesserungswürdig. Personal freundlich, aber keine Reception nach 19:00 Uhr. Der Snmeldeprozess für viele Gäste nicht einfach durchzuführen am Terminal. Frühstück war im Café nebenan, jeden Tag das gleiche und nur ein Getränk im Preis enthalten. Das war dann etwas zu teuer.
