La pulizia della camera era scadente, il cestino nel bagno non era stato svuotato, lo scarico della doccia era bloccato. Un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe prevedere almeno dell'acqua in camera (che non c'era). L'unico plus di questo hotel è la buona colazione e la posizione comoda per fare una passeggiata in centro o per la stazione dei treni. I parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze costano 28€ al giorno.

Geen 4 sterren hotel, alles is een beetje gedateerd. Kamer was op zich redelijk schoon. Op de kamer was het wel fris, airco kon niet echt verwarmen. Personeel aardig, inchecken snel, ontbijt was goed. Locatie vonden wij goed. Dicht bij het station en restaurants en binnen 5 minuten loop je zo naar de grote winkelstraat. Parkeren kan je in de vele garages in de buurt.

Prima hotel, alles dichtbij zowel lopend als openbaar vervoer. Jammer dat er geen loungeruimte was waar men een drankje kon doen. En niet rolstoel toegankelijk volgens mij.

The hotel so old needs more works the Ac unit not working at all I asked him and he changed the room and also the Ac units not working he got me another room I lost my time changing rooms come downstairs go upstairs come downstairs go upstairs also they don’t have safety room for luggage when you do check out I asked him he told me put it there and the room not locked no security.

Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, ideaal. Parkeren in de buurt (Qpark), voor 30 euro per dag. Antwerpen centrum is een leuke en gezellige stad, bourgondisch met veel sfeer! Hotel is oké, maar best duur voor wat je krijgt. Bij ons ontbrak de zeep en shampoo, maar bij de receptie kregen we alles mee wat we nodig hadden. Föhn is niet heel erg goed, snel oververhit. Ontbijt was voldoende keuze. Vooral het vers af gebakte brood was heerlijk.

eigentlich nettes Hotel, Infrastruktur in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise nicht sehr gut gepflegt. Beim ersten Zimmer fiel der Türöffner aus, worauf ich das Zimmer wechseln musste. Im zweiten Zimmer war der Duschenablauf teilverstopft, so dass das Wasser nicht schnell genug ablaufen konnte und über die fast bodenebene Tuschtasse ins Bad floss. Die eigentlich schön grossen Fenster dichten nicht sauber. Es herrschte stetig Zugluft an der Fensterfront und man musste permanent heizen um nicht zu erfrieren. Zimmer am Abend eher dunkel, etwas bessere Beleuchtung wäre auch wünschenswert.

This hotel can not be 4* property as it was sold to me. It can not even be 3* property, or any stars. It is dirty filthy, uncomfortable bed, cheap linen, corridors, shabby bathroom, horrible breakfast, - the dining room was so small - it could not take even half of the tourists. one the receptionist was so rude! Never again and don ot recommend

Oud en aan renovatie toe, schimmel op de douche muren, de wc bril zat niet vast en het bed lag vreselijk. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Dit hotel moet het echt hebben van de locatie, direct naast het station en je staat gelijk op de Keyserlei.

Fijne locatie naast station centraal. Alleen met de kamer was alles mis. Overal schimmel, raam was kapot, niets was schoon, spiegel zaten vlekken op, in de hoeken lag allemaal viezigheid. Foto’s laten zien aan de meneer bij de receptie en deze zou het doorgeven aan zijn leidinggevende. Tot op heden niets vernomen. Kwalijke zaak helaas..

Plus: Heerlijk voor 1 persoon en 1 nacht. Fijn dat er nog iemand laat aanwezig was om in te checken. Min: Toiletpot plus bad waren niet schoon. Gaatje in het witte gordijn. Geen info over WiFi gehad. Receptionist had een vervelende klant voor mij, waardoor het inchecken bij mij stroef ging.

Wij waren maar 1 nacht hier en dat was prima. De kamers waren schoon en het bed prima. Maar het is eerder een 2 sterren hotel en geen 4 sterren hotel. De airco werkte niet goed in beide kamers. De gordijnen hebben hun beste tijd gehad en waren niet goed gehangen. De douche weekte niet goed omdat deze niet goed is geïnstalleerd. De druk was weg en viel regelmatig weg.

Avoid. AC in room didn't work and the hotel thought I should be understanding, which to a certain degree I could have been unless this information was given to me in a very (17-18 degree) cool lobby. Light in bathroom worked only occasionally. Flies seems to be entering the room from ventilation or cracks in ceiling. One of two bed lamps worked. Only little positive thing was the breakfast personal which very service minded The location is good but there are faaaar better hotels in this area (Diamant) for same budget.

When we arrived the room, nr 213, was warm and the ventilation none-existing. After trying to get the AC working for 15min we realise it is controlled from the entrance and went down to ask them to turn it on. This would have been ok if it didn't turn off again during the night, which together with no-ventilation in the room made sleep uncomfortable. In general a worn down hotel in serious need of renovations. Definitely not 4 stars. Highlight is the location.

O quarto está tão iluminado que não é possível se ver nos espelhos. Apesar de estarmos num país em que se fala francês, não havia canais franceses/em francês na TV. Não havia toalha de rosto e de chão. Tive de usar o de banho como de chão. Havia chá e café de cortesia. Havia cofre no quarto. A cortina blackout é suficiente. O wi-fi é ruim em alcance e velocidade. Café da manhã é médio: faltou variedade e tem de correr atrás de pratos etc. Como não havia descrição dos pratos, não sabia o que estava sendo servido. Não há ovos fritos. O hotel é bem localizado, pois fica em frente à estação principal.

Wij vinden de ligging perfect, alles op loopafstand. Voor een 4 sterrenhotel mis ik: een planchet in de douche, een toiletborstel bij de wc, een makeup spiegel. Ons raam aan de straatkant kon niet gesloten worden, de receptionist zei ons de gordijnen te sluiten, of een stoel tegen het raam te plaatsen. Apart.

Excellent breakfast. The rest not so good. Aircon not working - flashing an error which couldn’t be switched off. Reception said they controlled temperature, but it was very cold in the mornings. Hot water only lukewarm at 06:00. Bedside light not working. Shaving mirror light not working. Kettle, tea & milk provided, but not coffee or sugar. Bed had large dip at one side where it was starting to collapse. Then locked out of room on last morning after breakfast and had to return to reception to get key card reset - receptionist error. Absolutely no way is this a 4* hotel.

I can nit believe this property is marketed as 4* hotel it is not even a 3* hotel level. There is no stars there at all. Shabby carpets with spots, cracks in the bathroom, uncomfortable bed, inadequate breakfast, small overcrowded breakfast room. Never again! Rude man 24 th Feb evening check- in! This kind of man can o my be in horror movie. On the other days the receptionists were ok.

アントワープ駅と地下鉄出口から至近で観光や食事、移動に便利です。お部屋も広く設備も整っています。午前中にスーツケースを預けに行ったのですが、フロントの方の好意でチェックインと部屋への入室をさせて頂けたのがありがたかったですし、その後もフロントで会うたび笑顔で挨拶してくれました。また利用させて頂きたいです。

O quarto está tão iluminado que não é possível se ver nos espelhos. Apesar de estarmos num país em que se fala francês, não havia canais franceses/em francês na TV. Não havia toalha de rosto e de chão. Tive de usar o de banho como de chão. Havia chá e café de cortesia. Havia cofre no quarto. A cortina blackout é suficiente. O wi-fi é ruim em alcance e velocidade. Café da manhã é médio: faltou variedade e tem de correr atrás de pratos etc. Como não havia descrição dos pratos, não sabia o que estava sendo servido. Não há ovos fritos. O hotel é bem localizado, pois fica em frente à estação principal.

La pulizia della camera era scadente, il cestino nel bagno non era stato svuotato, lo scarico della doccia era bloccato. Un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbe prevedere almeno dell'acqua in camera (che non c'era). Excellent location. The property was good. The manager in charge of the breakfast room was not friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and after an hour something I got back to the room and came to the breakfast room with my wife. This time, the manager was not that friendly thinking I came to take breakfast again. In fact, I used to get up early and after finishing my breakfast, I usually accompanied my wife to the breakfast room where I did not need more food but some more coffee only.
