Parkeerplekken erg smal. Zijn wel wat aanmerkingen op de kamers maar alles was gewoon schoon en opzich voldoende ruimte met een baby

Parking hyper galère à trouver même avec le GPS. Une foie trouvé il etait tres compliqué de circuler dedans avec un S.U.V. La chambre étais plutôt correcte sauf qu'une prise avait etait démontée en laissant les fils visibles. Il y avait des taches blanches sur les coussins posés sur le lit. Le reste était propre et le petit-déjeuner plutôt bien.

Prima hotel met privé parkeerplaats (tegen betaling). Parkeerplaats is heel klein, dus vooraf bellen of er plaats is en plaatsen zijn erg krap, dus best een uitdaging als je een grote auto hebt. Hotel ligt aan het station en aan een leuke straat met cafeetjes. Ook dicht bij winkelstraat. Kamers zijn prima, goede bedden genoeg ruimte.

The junior suite was very nice and spacious for the three of us (couple with small child). Room could accommodate four people we think but the maximum allowed is three. Bathroom was also spacious. The doors made a-lot of noise (and at night very irritating) and the hot temperature was the only minus in the room. We told this when we checked-out but no reaction (we think he had a hangover because of new-year’s eve). Check-in was also ‘so so’. Breakfast was very simple and on newyear day no late breakfast but until 10.30am, no champagne/cava and no happy new year’s anything. Parking is a plus but also very dangerous when you don’t have a small car. Ps Our friends had a two floor studio with also three people but this was very packed (and a small bathroom) and here were four people allowed.

A superb hotel but Google where to park and how to get to the car park . hotel has a car park but public one is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. €25 for 24 hours The railway station is opposite and is well worth a look as a beautiful place loads of diamond shops and close to shops and restaurants

I did not expert such a good hotel in this very touristic part of Antwerp. However it was not easy to reach by car and we parked somewhere in the neighborhood in a paid parking

We arrived late Friday evening and struggled to find parking. After circling the area, we were told there was no parking available and were left to find our own. At check-in, we were informed the Wi-Fi was down, with no prior notice given. The next morning, I tried calling reception multiple times for an iron and ironing board. After finally reaching someone and waiting 20 minutes, I was told to come collect and return it myself, which I found inconvenient. After a day out, we returned to find the room had not been cleaned and no fresh towels provided. Reception informed us housekeeping had left for the day and could only provide towels. The room did not match photos online—tight space, a very small shower with no full door, and water spilling onto the floor. I paid more expecting a better experience, but the service and room did not reflect the cost.

Perfecte ligging, prima kamer kan alleen wat schoner.

Dejlig central beliggenhed. Pænt og rent værelse med tilstrækkelige faciliteter. Behagelig service.

Prima verblijf. Aardige medewerkers. Eenminpuntje: ervaren een oude bloedvlek in het onderlaken.

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean and staff were smiling.

Locatie van hotel is top !! Hotel ziet er bij binnenkomst in eerste instantie prima uit. Echter de kamer rook muf, vlekken in diverse objecten op de kamer airco en koelkast die niet werkt. Ondanks dit een prima weekend in antwerpen gehad.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. The room reeked of smoke and the towels too. Came out of the shower smelling worse than before. There were stains all over and dust and hair all over the room. They provide you with only ONE pillow. What kind of 4 star hotel is that. I had to leave early and they refused to refund me for the night I didn’t stay. I have to say the location is great it’s right by the Antwerp central station. But again, if you care at all about your hygiene or cleanliness stay away.

Helaas bleek de kamer onvoldoende gezogen , was de kamer slecht geïsoleerd voor mensen die passeren in de gang of een verdieping boven lopen .Tot slot viel een deel van de hangdeur bij sluiting ineens naar beneden . Geen echte aanrader helaas ondanks de goede ligging

Good hotel not far from central Antwerp and literally opposite the zoo. Good room size and was clean and staff friendly.

Handige plek t.o. station; kamer was oké, al sloot de badkamerdeur niet goed. Van lift naar kamer een doolhof van een gang met veel trappetjes, geen heldere richtingaanwijzer.

Nice hotel - great location next to Central Station. Staff very helpful. Decent breakfast buffet (though no-one checked that we’d actually paid for this service so anyone could have had it!). Air conditioning in room didn’t work. Although indicated as being available in the hotel info folder, there were no additional toiletries to be found at Reception. TV only had two channels…in Spanish!

We booked a double room with 2 single beds and ended up with a double bed which wasnt the end of the world. The air conditioning was perfect in the middle of the heat wave. My biggest problem was the room door opened straight facing into the bathroom and the bathroom didnt have a door for some reason which put me off showering or any other type of bathroom activity other than a quick pee or brushing my teeth

Very central location. Breakfast excellent. Room very clean but a bit small. Loud noises of running water at all hours whenever anybody in the rooms above yours flushes a toilet or takes a shower. Room a bit too hot for me and heating control refused to switch on. Room door security bolt would not lock. Good value for the price.

The room was too hot. They turned on the air conditioning but it did now work. I was unable to sleep.

Prachtige plek naast het station, met geweldig uitzicht. Dat is echt niet te overtreffen in Antwerpen! Minoubtjes was wel het ontbijt, brood mag wat meer variatie en wat verder. Ook hing er een klein geurtje (niet al te storend) in de kamer. Ondanks dat is dit hotel een aanrader en komen we hier zeker nog eens terug!

We paid for and had a good room when we checked in, but sadly there was a fire in the hotel at 2:30 am and we had to vacate the hotel for about 12 hours. The hotel room we were previously in was deemed uninhabitable. we were moved to a room in the back which was smaller, noisier and we had to sleep on the couch because the bed was up a steep flight of stairs which i found painful to climb. i did not get the same quality of room that i paid for and there was only a skimpy letter saying they were sorry.

Everything was great and convenient for people who want to enjoy the city center. The stuff kinda rude (some of them) it happened to me twice. Every time I enter the hotel, they asked about my name and room number even though the elevator cannot take you to other any floor without an access card. Unnecessary, from them to do so! Overall, it is a nice hotel.

What a joke of a hotel. 1. At check-in, the receptionist smugly told us he was giving us a “good room with a patio” — as though he was doing us a huge favor. Reality check: we had already booked that room. Don’t try to pass off what we paid for as some sort of upgrade. 2. The patio door was broken the moment we arrived. Instead of treating it as a problem, the receptionist shrugged it off and said it was “ok.” Ok? The patio is shared with another room — meaning anyone could have walked straight into ours. Only after we insisted, and after an unreasonably long wait, did someone reluctantly come to deal with it. Absolutely unacceptable when it comes to guest safety. 3. When we asked for a simple hot water flask and toothbrush, the response at reception was: “you have a lot of requests huh?” Excuse me? Asking for basic amenities now counts as “a lot of requests”? This is hospitality at its laziest and most unprofessional. The attitude of the male reception staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and downright unwelcoming. If this is the hotel’s idea of service, they desperately need training — or new staff altogether. Honestly, this place couldn’t even meet the standards of a budget motel, let alone a European hotel. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor: look elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience instead of a guest.

Great location next door to the station and surrounded by plenty of eateries. 15 minutes from the centre on foot I wouldn't hesitate to use again Antwerp is a fantastic city

Me encantó la ubicación, está fuera de la estación Central del tren. Nos tocó con vista a la estación de tren que está hermosa! Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas alrededor, el centro está como a 10 min caminando. Me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, mucho muy recomendable.

Super easy to stay here as it is right next to the train station. I was traveling solo and booked a single bed room which was more affordable as well.

Fantastische ligging

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber es gab einige Mängel. Die Badezimmertür war nicht richtig eingehängt und es schien, dass sie runterfällt. In der Wand waren Löcher im Putz. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut. Die Brötchen waren hart und die Auswahl war nicht gut. Der Frischkäse war abgelaufen.

Een mooie ruime kamer met fijne bedden. Fijn dat we dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken konden krijgen. Bij aankomst misten we algemene informatie. De kamer is niet netjes afgewerkt, deurklink kapot, gordijnen niet groot genoeg, vlekken in het tapijt. Vriendelijke dames bij het ontbijt. Heerlijk ontbijt! Hartje centrum.

My room had everything I'd want - ensuite, TV, wardrobe, safe, fridge etc but was small especially the bathroom. It is in a very busy location with a lot of traffic and people but this was never an issue in terms of sleeping. Breakfast was good with quality food on offer. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is very close to the central station and also tram/metro which made travelling to museums and other sights very easy. I'd happily stay there again.

Super krappe kamers en een grote rommel bij jet ontbijt. Veel was op en alle tafels waren nog vol met vuile vaat. Check in moest duidelijkheid snel, niet gevraagd naar parkeren etc. Dame bij check uit was wel vriendelijk. De kamer was erg krap maar wel schoon Ook midden in stad

Erg kleine kamer Ontbijt niet goed en wordt slecht aangevuld

Vond bij het ontbijt, dat er geregeld zaken ontbraken dan wel op waren. Personeel heeft het TOP gedaan. Super beleefd, bereid om zaken netjes en snel op te pakken. Top!

De kamer was zeer ruim, zeer smaakvol ingericht en rustig gelegen. De eetzaal was krap en hoewel het personeel dat er was hard werkte, was er continue geen gebakken brood, roerei, schone bekers en borden. Het personeel had ook geen tijd om de boel af te ruimen. Duidelijk geen onwil, maar een personeelstekort. Jammer!
