Industrial design architecture. If you love staying in a bunker, you will love the place. It’s walking distance from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, but I would only do so during daylight and not at night. Lots of drug addicts roaming the area. The room was okay, but lacked the basics. No coffee machine, no television, no desk… The staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was technically open, but we didn’t feel welcomed. We were warned a company had rented the place out for the evening. They only offered beer and wine, soft drinks. No mixed drinks because of the party. We left.

Quartier sensible (centre de désintoxication a proximite) et services type auberges jeunesse (sans rapport avec le tarifs payes) Sauna en panne (service importante pojr mon sejour) Le soir que nous avons voulu passee un moment relax au rooftop, une vernissage dun photographe avait lieu avec du music électronique a fond.

Hotel is veel te duur voor wat ze bieden. Kleine kamer zonder veel faciliteiten. Rooftop bar was gesloten vanwege privé feest waardoor er voor de overige gasten geen optie was in het hotel. Heeft de uitstraling van een jongere hotel Maar is daarvoor veel te duur. Geen aanrader.

Fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof. Tolles Konzert. Sehr modern und stylisch. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer in der 8. Etage sehr ruhig. Coole Rooftop Bar, bei der aber immer sehr viel los war, da diese auch bei externen Gästen beliebt ist.

Nice, new hotel. The rooftop bar is magnificent with good drinks and service. Enjoyable sauna. Good entertainment in the restaurant area. The platform lofted bed was not useful and would have been an issue if I needed to use the other side of the bed.

We went to Hamburg for a family weekend and stayed for 3 nights. Villa Viva was perfect for us with walking distance to most and safe neighborhood. It was fairly quiet and the breakfast was healthy. My kids missed the bacon. The room we had was large and there is no TV which allowed us more time to talk. WiFi was great!

More than satisfied. The room was so tiny, but it was really clean as well as bathrooms in the hallway and a common living area. I recommend it to anyone looking for low-cost accommodation.

Nem og hurtig ind checkning. Rigtig pænt værelse hvor rengøringen var helt i top. Ingen mug i hjørnerne i brusekabinen. Vi har dog aldrig nogensinde oplevet så hård en seng. Der var ikke noget bounce i den og den var omtrent lige så hård som værelsets gulv. Det havde været blødere at sove på tæppet ude på gangen. Rigtig fin lokation ift banegården.

Es war rundum perfekt. Nette Begrüßung, schöne große und saubere Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist außerdem Fußläufig zu erreichen( Bahnhof, Miniatur Wunderland, Europa Passage, chocoversum)

Enjoyed our stay, particularly liked the great wifi, air con and roof top bar. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially reception staff who allowed us to check in early. Bed was large and comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. Didnt hear any noise except the fire alarm going off at just past midnight which meant we had to leave our room and stand outside in our nightclothes for about 20 mins. Room was described by Expedia as Classic which actually equated to an extremely small room and bathroom descibed as Tiny on the hotel's website. Room would have been perfect for one adult but was cramped for 2 adults, especially a male over 6ft tall. Not a lot of restaurants or bars nearby and 15 min walk from main train station was a bit seedy as it passed nearby a compound for homeless and adults with addictions. We were approached by one of these individuals one evening as we walked back to our hotel via the steps on the way to the hotel from the train station. Hotel seemed to be geared to the younger market but we still enjoyed our stay.

Fedt og lidt anderledes hotel med en dejlig atmosfære. Imødekommende personale, der var søde til at forklare både på tysk og engelsk. Hyggeligt lille værelse med en god madras og hovedpude (2 forskellige puder at vælge i mellem). Flot toilet/bad. Alt rent og pænt. Morgenbrødet er rigtig godt !!!, og aftensmaden er helt fantastisk. Mulighed for at få en "doggybag" med hjem, hvis man ikke kan spise op.

The Facility itself was excellent as it is a new hotel but had a modern urban feeling to it. The staff from the front desk, breakfast and the Rooftop Bar were extremely friendly and spoke English which was a big help. The Train Station was convenient nearby and walkable. The rooms were super cleans, spacious for European standards. The only negative and it is not the hotels fault as there are several nice hotels around is that there is some vagrancy of people loitering but not near the hotel a few blocks away as you pass to the station. However my son and I did not encounter any problems. We walked from the hotel to the station at 5am to catch the train to airport and it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again as the rates were competitive and bar at the roof top was convenient to have some late drinks.

Geile Dachterrasse auch nachts geöffnet. Zimmer spartanisch (9 m2) aber zweckmäßig und dafür preiswert. Vorhänge verdunkeln nicht. Mitarbeitende extrem freundlich. Kofferaufbewahrung offen in der Lobby. Sauberkeit top. Insgesamt schönes Konzept.

Das Zimmer war wirklich winzig, dazu noch die Decke sehr niedrig und Wände sowie Boden waren komplett aus kaltem Sichtbeton! Wer sich schon immer nach dem Gefühl gesehnt hat in einem Bunker oder in einer Betongruft zu übernachten, der ist hier richtig. Allen anderen Reisenden kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ich habe normalerweise keine Platzangst aber in diesem Zimmer fühlte ich mich einfach nur noch unwohl. Weitere Kritikpunkte: - Kein Fernseher - Keine Minibar - Kein Roomservice - Kein Teppich trotz des kalten Betonbodens - Kein ausreichender Wasserdruck in der Dusche - Klaustrophobisch kleines Badezimmer - Mangels Gardine am Fenster kein Schutz vor neugierigen Blicken der Nachbarn im Gebäude gegenüber. Hier hat der Eigentümer wirklich an allem gespart was man normalerweise an Mindeststandard eines guten Hotels erwarten würde. Nur die Zimmerpreise, die waren wirklich unverschämt hoch (240 Euro/Nacht). Einzig positiver Punkt: Sehr freundliches Personal.

Et centralt hotel i en meget rå stil, med træ og beton. Meget gennemført. Gulvene på værelserne kan være lidt kølige pga. Beton. Vores værelse var godt indrettet til 4 personer, da man med skydedøre kunne lukke af, så man havde to soveafdelinger. Personalet er utrolige søde og hjælpsomme. Dejlig modtagelse og afrejse fra receptionens side. Vi kunne godt have brugt et tv på værelset, samt en elkedel til at koge vand til the og kaffe.

Fantastisk kortweekend på häftigt hotell. Fräsch frukost med mycket bra alternativ. Smidig check-in och hjälp med parkering på Hünhnerpost. Köpet av huvudkudde var en slamdunk. Kommer tillbaka hit om jag ska till Hamburg framöver.

The room was too small. Although they saw us the front desk when two people checked in there was only one blanket and one pillow in the room. We asked front desk and she made excuses of being by herself and not able to bring us any. No coffee or water in the room. We were told to drink faucet water.

Fedt og lidt anderledes hotel med en dejlig atmosfære. Imødekommende personale, der var søde til at forklare både på tysk og engelsk. Hyggeligt lille værelse med en god madras og hovedpude (2 forskellige puder at vælge i mellem). Flot toilet/bad. Alt rent og pænt. Morgenbrødet er rigtig godt !!!, og aftensmaden er helt fantastisk. Mulighed for at få en "doggybag" med hjem, hvis man ikke kan spise op.

The only problem was that finding reception was VERY difficult. The door has no signage, and the apartments are accessed by a different door. Once we found the way everything was very nice.

We went to Hamburg for a family weekend and stayed for 3 nights. Villa Viva was perfect for us with walking distance to most and safe neighborhood. It was fairly quiet and the breakfast was healthy. My kids missed the bacon. The room we had was large and there is no TV which allowed us more time to talk. WiFi was great!

Industrial design architecture. If you love staying in a bunker, you will love the place. It’s walking distance from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, but I would only do so during daylight and not at night. Lots of drug addicts roaming the area. The room was okay, but lacked the basics. No coffee machine, no television, no desk… The staff was very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar was technically open, but we didn’t feel welcomed. We were warned a company had rented the place out for the evening. They only offered beer and wine, soft drinks. No mixed drinks because of the party. We left.

Sehr sehr schönes, neues Hotel mit wirklich sehr freundlichem Personal und hervorragendem Frühstück! Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Das Hotel ist übrigens ideal gelegen wenn man zum Harry Potter Theaterstück möchte. Man kann es gut innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

Städning varje dag:Nej, Torra handdukar:Nej. Incheckning klanderfri, mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Personalen i restaurangen (kväll) verkade vara första dagen på jobbet. Ofokuserade och vimsiga. Oacceptabelt dyrt att äta på hotellet kvällstid. Varning!!! Frukosten en veritabel logistisk härdsmälta. Vims hit och dit. Jag betalade det högre priset för frukosten i tron att det lägre priset var = kontinental och det högre var för buffé men icke det var samma utbud varför jag vill ha mellanskillnaden återbetald. Det borde också framgå att rummen är mikrobiskt små. Ingen plats för resväskor så man får ligga på golvet och försöka rota bland kläderna. Fyra galgar till två personer! Så rekommendation? Verpflegung im eigenen Restaurant einfach klasse.

Nice, new hotel. The rooftop bar is magnificent with good drinks and service. Enjoyable sauna. Good entertainment in the restaurant area. The platform lofted bed was not useful and would have been an issue if I needed to use the other side of the bed.
