Lage: Top Ambiente: Top Zimmer und Bad: Top Servicepersonal: Top Zimmerservice: Gut Frühstück: Nicht gebucht, da 25€ p.P überteuert Parken: Nur 30 Plätze, Glücksache, aber um die Ecke ist noch ein Parkhaus Nächstes Mal wieder selbes Hotel, bin sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist super modern und gut konzipiert. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker und die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich! Die Tiefgarage ist klein und hat wenige Plätze, wir haben gerade so einen bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist soweit auch gut, in der Nähe ist direkt die Elbe und die Speicherstadt nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Hamburg!

Das Hotel ist super modern und gut konzipiert. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker und die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich! Leider aktuell 28 Euro/Nacht. Teurer Schlafplatz für ein Auto...Dieses Holiday Inn ist eines der besseren Häuser und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Die Lage mitten in der Hafencity ist ideal, direkt im Umkreis wird noch viel gebaut, da dauert es mit der Schönheit noch etwas.

Nice room and well maintained. Seemed very quiet at first, but during the first (of three) nights, there were loud vehicles outside with things being dropped in them, maybe around 03.00 or 04.00. I was on the fifth floor; there is a gym on the floor above. For some reason they allow people to use this from 06.00, which of course, can be heard on the floors below. The sixth floor should be closed until 08.00 out of respect for guests in their rooms.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und fußläufig sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Alle Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und makellos gereinigt und die Reinigung jeden zweiten Tag reicht vollkommen aus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder !

Das Hotel war schön und ruhig. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist noch steigerungsfähig (blaue Flüssigkeit und Duschgelreste der Vorgänger hinter der Tür im Bad an der Wand klebend. Seifen usw. waren nicht aufgefüllt, aber es wurde mir welche gebracht. Rezeptionisten erklärten mir leider nichts und fragten auch nicht, ob es mir gefallen hat. Da ich selbst aus der Hotellerie komme und jahrelang F&B Manager war, habe ich natürlich einen anderen Blick. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die schlechtgewordenen Ananas wurden auf meinen Hinweis hin auch gleich ausgetauscht. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr sehr nett. Alles in allem würde ich wiederkommen.

Hotel perfect to reach downtown . Very clean. Breakfast very good just a little bit expensive. Clise to U bahn so you can reach any place as well as the airport. Staff is kind and professional.I will surely come again to Holiday inn HafenCity.

Our stay was wonderful. We came the day before our cruise. We were allowed an early check in which was perfect after flying in almost 24 hrs from CA. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The individual duvets were incredible!! Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was well worth the cost and the restaurant bar also had great food. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance from the hotel and the hop on hop off bus was just a short distance away as well. Loved our stay!!

Super sauber, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider kein Minibar und Safe , bei längere Aufenthalt wäre nicht schlecht. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Frühstück alles was man sich wünscht und sehr lecker👍Nicht weit zu U Bahn oder Bus, vieles auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Hotel sehr zu empfehlen .

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Obwohl zur 6spurigen Straße gelegen war es total ruhig. Sauber und ordentlich, ohne Mängel. Das Frühstück ist nur zu empfehlen. Tolle Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen, Käse, Wurst, warme Speisen, Kaffeespezialitäten, frisches Obst, Joghurt Quark. Wer da nicht satt wird ist selber schuld. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Lage sehr gut.Personal sehr freundlich.Zimmerausstattung : zu kleine Schränke, wenig Bügel. Insgesamt zu wenig Stauraum. Safe und Minibar im Zimmer( nicht nur in den Suiten) wären prima.Kommen gerne wieder.

Nice new hotel in a good location. But I was a little dismayed the the hotel does not have in room refrigerators. Nor do they have ice machines on the floors. In order to get something refrigerated you have to leave it with the front desk and they would put it in a refrigerator in their office. AND if you want Ice, you have to go to the front desk (again) and have them get you ice from the bar. While the staff was happy to accomodate, I found this to be inconvenient. If the staff was busy, you had to wait for them to check people in or out. Kind of stupid.

Eigentlich war alles super, nur leider ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut, da das Hotel an zwei belebten Hauptstraßen liegt. Wenn man nachts nicht die Klimaanlage anhaben möchte und lieber mit Frischluft schläft ist das schon etwas ärgerlich. Service ist toll und Ausstattung auch.

Holiday Inn hafencity was an okay experience. The facility was very nice and beautiful but when we checked out the front desk clerk was not very good, Milan. Not sure if it’s because we’re visiting from out of the country but didn’t feel welcomed by him.

Das Hotel bietet ein sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet an, auch Abendessen wäre möglich! Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und von der Grösse her, für 2 Personen tipptopp! Es hat Dove- Körperpflegeprodukte im Zimmer. Das Bett ist bequem - eher etwas härtere Matratze. Wir waren mit allem mehr als zufrieden

Hotel perfect to reach downtown . Very clean. Breakfast very good just a little bit expensive. Clise to U bahn so you can reach any place as well as the airport. Staff is kind and professional.I will surely come again to Holiday inn HafenCity.

Der var ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Rent og pænt. Personalet var meget venligt. Morgenmaden var god, og der blev fyldt op. Vi spiste aftensmad på restauranten - god mad.

Super großes Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer und Gänge sauber, personal sehr freundlich und was mir am besten gefallen hat das die eine ruhe ausgestrahlt haben im frühstücksbereich bei der arbeit. Keiner hat gehetzt, alles in ruhe und langsamkeit erledigt. Großes lob von mir!!!

Schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel in guter Lage. Hunde übernachten für stolze 25€, aber immerhin sind sie willkommen, sogar mit eigener Dog Station an der es Handtücher, Tüten, etc gibt, das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 50€ für Frühstück für zwei Personen war uns schlichtweg zu teuer. Parken ist nur in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus einen Block weiter möglich (die Chance auf einen der sehr wenigen hoteleigenen Parkplätze ist so gut wie aussichtslos). Im Parkhaus gilt seit 20.11.24 der Preis von 28€/24 Std - hier empfiehlt es sich rechtzeitig vor Abreise (mind 6 Tage) eine Kundenkarte von Contipark zu besorgen, damit reduziert sich der Preis auf 12€/Tag.

We were booked in for two nights so on arrival asked if there was parking and were told that all the spaces were full and we would have to use another car park 300 metres away. The next morning I enquired if any spaces had come free and was told there was so went and paid for the other car park and moved to the hotel’s underground parking. We found the staff on reception to be a lot more friendly the second day than the ones on the first day. We had a meal in the restaurant both evenings. Again with mixed interaction with the staff. The first evening the waitress was very friendly and helpful whereas the waiter was not the second evening. The food on the other hand was very nice. Hamburg is a large city and so only a small area can be covered on foot but there is plenty of public transport available.
