Schönes Hotel mit sauberem Design und tollem Service Unser Aufenthalt im Scandic Hotel Hamburg war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren schlicht, aber schön eingerichtet und vor allem sauber – ein großer Pluspunkt! Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die kostenlose Minibar, ein nettes Extra, das nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar und im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Das Bar-Team war ebenfalls top, auch wenn die Beleuchtung am Abend etwas heller war, als man es vielleicht für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre erwarten würde. Die Lage direkt neben der Musikhalle ist ideal für Veranstaltungen oder einen Städtetrip. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Unsere Zimmer lagen recht weit auseinander, aber das war für uns eher ein sportliches Extra als ein echtes Problem. Zu beachten: Parken kostet 30 € pro Nacht, was für diese zentrale Lage in Hamburg aber nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und toller Lage!
