Staff were very friendly and enabled an early check in on arrival which was much appreciated. Hotel was spotless and ideal location for transport and walking the city. Free coffee 24/7 was a lovely bonus too.

Dejlig beliggenhed og god base for at opleve Hamborg, Reberbahn rundt om hjørnet og U-bane lige overfor og fin parkering i kælderen. Indcheckning og afrejse foregik meget tilfredsstillende. Imødekommende personale og fin morgenmad. Fint værelse og bad, dog lidt blød madras.

Hotel midt i Hamborg, tæt på alt, privat parkering, koster dog 22 eur pr døgn. Lidl lige nedenunder så stor fordel med børn. Første dag skulle vi dog vente i 10 min da receptionister om aften ikke var der. Meget få parkeringspladser udenfor på gaden. God komfort på værelset med aircondition . Rent værelse.

Wir hatten einen eigentlich schönen Aufenthalt, leider mit einem unschönen Ende. Unser Zug ging erst am Abend, und so mussten wir unsere Koffer im Hotel deponieren. Man glaubt es nicht, man muss sich in der Reihe anstellen. Vor uns standen zu diesem Zeitpunkt ungefähr 10 Personen. Auf die Frage, ob wir die Koffer bekommen könnten, bekamen wir die Antwort, dass man alleine sei. Hallo. Nicht unser Problem, wenn das Hotel an Personal spart. Auf die Herausgabe unseres Koffers - nach wohlgemerkt Check Out und Bezahlung- mussten wir über 20 Minuten warten. Alles mit der Begründung „Ich bin alleine“. Die sichtlich genervte Angestellte brachte uns dann zum Raum für die Koffer und gab uns genervt die Koffer. Det er et moderne hotel med små værelser. Morgenbuffet er en discount udgave af en normal buffet ( så hvis du forventer flere slags æg, bacon og pølser….så er det ikke her ) Valgt hotellet pga. mulig parkering- men det var så alligevel ikke muligt ved ankomsten. Rengøring blev ikke udført i de 2 dage - men det gik jo nok ! Hotellet er acceptabelt - og beliggenhed er super centralt.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet . Es gab keinen Stauraum für Kleidungsstücke, lediglich eine kkeine Ecke mit Regalböden und zwei Haken was einer kleinen Flurgardrobe ähnelt . Wenn man im Bad das Licht einschaltet ist der Schlafbereich Taghell da eine Milchglasscheibe als Trennwand dient. Die Betten sind angenehm weich. Kopfkissen sind absolut unbequem. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft kann ich nur sagen absolut enttäuschend.wir haben abgeschnitte Fussnägel leider auf dem Teppich vorgefunden und auch noch weiteren Dreck. Das Bad war auch nicht richtig sauber vor allem die Toilette hatte noch Spuren vom vorherigen Gast .Ich würde behaupten das die Toilette weder Reinigungsmittel noch Lappen gesehen hat. Ich habe es erst einmal gereinigt . Wir hatten auch Frühstück gebucht da es angepriesen wurde sehr gut zu sein . Das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben, aber ich denke das reicht jetzt für einen ersten Eindruck. Wir hatten 4 Tage gebucht sind aber nach 3 abgereist da wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. In unseren Augen ist die Unterkunft eine bessere Jugendherberge es ist absolut überteuert. FAZIT überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zimmer werden erst nach 3 Nächten gereinigt, was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist, doch wird nach 3 Nächten um 8 Uhr geklopft zum Saubermachen, wir waren jedoch noch am Schlafen und nachher wurde das Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt! Toll sind die Gratis Getränke rund um die Uhr und die Zentrale Lage.

The hotel is very dirty. The rooms are very very dirty and the bathroom has a horrible smell which I think was the plumbing. The wifi didn't work at all for my 1st day but was fixed on my second day. The reception staff were nice and friendly though.

Das Prize by Radisson ist an und für sich ein cooles und modernes Hotel, direkt an der Ecke zur belebten Reeperbahn. Davon ist nichts zu hören, sprich die Lage ist perfekt um nachts schlafen zu können, einzig und allein ist es der Straßenverkehr der zu hören ist. Für mich war verwunderlich dass es keinen Schrank für Klamotten, keinen Kühlschrank zum kühlen mancher Drinks und keinen Safe gab. Summa summarum würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, mit den Anmerkungen die beschrieben sind.

Ho alloggiato per 5 notti e ho riscontrato sia cose positive sia negative. L'hotel, nonostante si trovi nel quartiere a luci rosse, è in una zona tranquilla e comoda per i trasporti in quanto vicinissimo alla fermata della metro. Le cose negative riguardano principalmente la stanza: l'ho trovata troppo essenziale infatti sono presenti un solo cuscino e una sola coperta, non c'è il frigobar e nemmeno la cassaforte, non è presente nemmeno il bollitore per le bevande calde e ovviamente nemmeno un bicchiere (si può trovare gratuitamente vicino alla reception). La finestra non si può aprire ma solo inclinare e la tenda è praticamente trasparente: non riesco a capire come mai non ci sia la doppia tenda in quanto la luce esterna cala poco durante la notte ed è davvero difficile dormire a meno che non si abbia la mascherina per gli occhi, per non parlare della poca privacy. Le pulizie vengono fatte solo dopo la terza notte a meno che non venga chiesto esplicitamente. Capisco che siano piccoli particolari ma sono proprio quelli che ti condizionano il soggiorno. In ogni caso sono stato in hotel ben peggiori quindi in generale sono abbastanza soddisfatto.

Nothing wrong with the hotel i think its one of the better ones ive stayed at for this price. Only negative i deduct a star for is because of the location on friday and saturday the noise outside made it impossible to sleep. But staying from monday to friday was way better

We walked into the room & it was like an oven. We turned the power on & turned on the air con which didn’t help. The air con was useless. We opened the window which let in mosquitos & noise from outside which was terrible. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable & the pillows were as thin as wafer. We had to ask for three extra pillows. The shower head was a detachable one which was just as useless as the air con. It was lose & couldn’t be tightened, so every time you put the shower head in it it fell off. There was a stain on the wall under the vanity in the bathroom which could’ve been wiped off if anyone had bothered. It can’t be missed while you’re sitting on the toilet as you’re staring right at it. It was my fault for not checking but there’s no fridge, or any kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea. All in all, it wasn’t a pleasant night stay at all. Would not stay there again.

Very conveniently located for the S1 Reeperbahn subway stop which is on a direct line from the airport. Good buffet breakfast. The person who checked me in was pleasant and friendly but the process was quite slow and I was quite surprised that the charge for the stay was simply billed to my card without any receipt being provided. I was glad however to be given a room immediately on arrival which was earlier than the official check-in time. I noticed long lines at reception whenever I walked through the lobby. The key card to my room didn't work to operate the buttons in the lift so I had to use the stairs. The room was clean but basic - no tea/coffee maker although there is a machine in the lobby advertised as available 24/7, and no room safe. Some of the walls were quite heavily marked.

Die Lage ist top für ein Wochenende Hamburg. Wenn von dem Wochenende jedoch über eine Stunde für den Checkin verloren geht dann ist das bei dem Preis ärgerlich. Einziger Lichtblick war dass die Mitarbeiterin kundenorientiert uns sehr freundlich versucht hat die Lage zu meistern.

For the most part, it was a pleasant experience comfortable accommodations, smooth check-in, and a welcoming atmosphere until I encountered an overnight staff member at the lobby he was tall, bald, and with an energy that shifted the entire mood of the night. The automatic doors had remained open, He yelled at me: “What part of close the door did you not understand?” and “Take responsibility for your actions.” His erratic behavior left me uneasy, my stay quickly turned into one shadowed by discomfort. It even crossed my mind to leave and find another place to stay. That one incident, unfortunately, altered my overall experience.

Wer hier irgendeine Form von Service erwartet, ist fehl am Platz. Wenn alles glatt läuft und man keine Sonderwünsche hat, mag das Hotel ok sein. Man muss an digitalen Terminals einchecken, was an sich kein Problem ist. Allerdings hat mir mein Terminal nach dem Bezahlen keine Zimmerkarte ausgespuckt. Die Mitarbeiterin war zwar bemüht- aber es hat mehr als 35 Minuten gedauert, bis ich eine Zimmerkarte hatte. Zum Zimmer: riesiger dunkler (Wasser?)Fleck an der Decke, ansonsten ok aber sehr hellhörig. Konnte morgens den Wecker vom Zimmer nebenan hören. Am nächsten Morgen fragte ich nach einem Bügeleisen. Nach 30 Minuten kam keins, dann nochmal nachgefragt, auch eine Stunde später nichts - obwohl immer versprochen wurde, dass es kommen wird. Ende der Geschichte: trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen kam bis zum Nachmittag (wo ich los musste) kein Bügeleisen mehr. Und auch als ich am Abend wieder da war, natürlich immer noch nichts da. Alles kein Drama, stimmt. Allerdings hat man insgesamt das Gefühl, dass alles irgendwie schlecht organisiert ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett aber teils überfordert. Dadurch fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen, sondern eher als weiterer potentieller Störfaktor, der noch mehr Chaos bringen könnte.

Als wir einchecken wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel voll gebucht ist. Und wir in einen anderen Stadtteil umziehen mussten. Das Ganze hat über anderthalb Stunden gedauert.

Wir hatten einen eigentlich schönen Aufenthalt, leider mit einem unschönen Ende. Unser Zug ging erst am Abend, und so mussten wir unsere Koffer im Hotel deponieren. Dieser Raum befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, die Rezeption jedoch im ersten Stock. Als wir die Koffer abholen wollten, stand eine Schlange an der Rezeption. Auf die Frage, ob wir die Koffer bekommen könnten, bekamen wir die Antwort, dass man alleine sei. Hallo. Nicht unser Problem, wenn das Hotel an Personal spart. Nothing wrong with the hotel i think its one of the better ones ive stayed at for this price. Only negative i deduct a star for is because of the location on friday and saturday the noise outside made it impossible to sleep. But staying from monday to friday was way better

Ich war mit der Familie im Operettenhaus zu einem Musical. Dafür liegt das Hotel super, selbst wenn man nach dem Musical die Partymeile besucht, kann man zwischendurch im Hotelzimmer zur Toilette gehen. Das tolle Matratze. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Kaffeeautomat toll.

Small colorful rooms for B&B types, simple but enough breakfast, semi-soundproof rooms, easy access to S bahn and bus plus Lidl. Did not see many family people in hotel maybe due to neighbouring famous streets. It has underground parking but was full so we were told to park in opposite side hospital which was cheaper than hotel parking.
