Lovely room, nice hot tubs, steam room wasn’t great & breakfast was below standard with non-fresh scrambled eggs and sausages.

The staff and amenities were very nice. My only issue was the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan. Made bathroom smells linger (if you know what I mean). Otherwise, it is a wonderful property with a delicious breakfast and great underground parking. We walked downtown for our evening meals. It was less than a mile each way. Local buses are available but it is a nice walk if you are able. The hot tubs were wonderful. Saw some guests use the cold plunge but I only put my lower legs in and that was ENOUGH. From 4 to 7 pm they have s’more ingredients and skewers available to use at the courtyard fire pit. A very nice touch. Would definitely stay again. Just bring your odor masking spray with you.

Lovely hotel located on the main Banff Street, it’s one of the first hotels you come to. About 20 mins walk to the main shops and restaurants but we enjoyed the walk Lovely lodge feel with a hot tub and sauna and cold dip pool if you’re brave enough Included breakfast, I was expecting a basic offering but it had everything you could want, Nice bar for a night cap or coffee Room was a tad basic (shower curtain) but it added to the charm and was certainly clean and very comfortable and had all the amenities you could want Underground parking was easy to access Staff were very friendly and helpful we’d definitely book again
