Lovely big clean room with really comfortable beds. Great location within Banff and easy parking. Staff were all great. Only slight complaints was the water pressure in the shower was quite poor and the buffet table in the breakfast room is very small, so was quite chaotic first thing in the morning with lots of people trying to reach over each other.

We had a room close to the spa pools, steam room and sauna facilities which was great for us. The breakfast selections were great and although we didn't use it, the coffee shop had a good selection of drinks and snacks. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to book the gondola and the parking facilities were excellent. There are loads of restaurants nearby to choose from so you won't go hungry.

Please note. We booked the basic room, but it is not as advertised, it does not have a private yard/court or balcony. This has been mis-advertised. The hotel manager moved us to new rooms for the 2nd and 3rd nights, and promised to have the wording changed on Hotels.com and Expedia. Apart from that the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, although a little bit of a mad rush each morning with all the other guests. Parking is limited, but we didn’t really experience any issues.
