Red Carpet Inn was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay in Banff! Easy walk to Roam transit hub - as well as numerous restaurants and souvenir & ice cream shops.

We had a room with two bedrooms. One had a window air conditioner, and there was a fan that we pointed at the other room, but it was still warm in the room with the window unit, and hot in the room without it. You need to check in at the hotel next door. There appeared to be no one on site at our hotel. Anyone could walk right in the front entrance or the alley door. Our carpet had multiple big stains. The hot tub closed at 9:00 so we never got to use it. Each room had a lounge chair, but neither room had a table and chairs. The rooms overall felt bare and dated. The beds were comfortable enough but had noticeable sagging. We did appreciate having separate bedrooms and the location was very good. The maids also did a good job.
