Beware - this hotel has two levels without an elevator - you must carry your own heavy luggage up many steps. They also do not ice available for your room unless you hike to the restaurant with an uninsulated small bucket several times a day, and only available during restaurant open serving hours - extremely inconvenient. There is also a surprise resort fee, for use of only a small acrylic hot tub. Location is OK on edge of town and hotel views are great, otherwise chose elsewhere for a stay in Banff that is more customer centric

Great staff, who were very friendly and helpful. Mountains view from the room was the best thing to wake up to. You can also share a nice view from the restaurant. Overall great experience.

Nice stay at the Juniper, it is set away from town so less crowded but still close enough. The setting is beautiful and the restaurant is good and all the staff are very nice and friendly.
