Very central easy access to shops and .transport. easy to catch tram to city. Unfortunately building work happening across the road so very noisy construction in morning, no fault of proerty. Access to car park was narrow for our large car so very hard to park in car park without lots of maneuvering. Small car advised. Beware of reversing in as there is an overhang so reversing camera shows plenty of space behind but one guy smashed his back window because of that. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Our 2 room apartment was large and well appointed. Comfortable for an extended stay. I would come again if opportunity arises..

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there is a kitchenette and washing machine in the room. The lady at reception was lovely and the location of the Durham apartments was excellent, just one street back from the beach with plenty of cafes and restaurants within direct walking distance.

Everything was close. It’s a fantastic location. It has everything suppplied that you need for a serviced apartment including, laundry powder for the washer/dryer, dishwashing liquid, shampoo etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Great little apartment - good to have small kitchen to make breakfast and snacks. Large bathroom and handy washer/dryer. Wifi was excellent and location was very good. No view, but a 2 minute walk from the beach and super quiet. Just ask for clarification on house-keeping services when you check in.

Loved the location, nice clean and modern, couch is uncomfortable though the bed was comfy, parking in the secure carpark was pricey in comparison to immediate surrounds and limited. Our room was clean though the air condition whilst set on 26 degrees was freezing and could not be changed.

While there is parking available at the property we were not given that option. Instead we had to park in a distant empty block with no security. Added to this was a parking charge of $25 a day. We were not made aware of this when booking. Subsequently we would not stay there again.

We booked with parking only to be told on arrival that an additional cost of $25 per night was required. Paid for parking and then directed to a vacant lot some 50 meters from apartment. On arrival at the parking the advertised rate was $ 20 per night. Got ripped off twice.

Wouldn’t stay again for the price, could get better value for money elsewhere. However is very conveniently located. Emailed twice & called once in the week leading up to arrange parking but was never able to make contact, when we arrived there was none available so had to find parking each day. When we were able to get parking on the final day someone else was in our allocated park. For a new facility the room was not as clean as you would expect - hair & other visible residue on skirting boards in bathroom and hallway, marks on walls. Carpet not vaccumed . Glasses & dishes in cupboard unclean. Towel rack already broken & coming off wall. ‘Premium bedding’ had small mould spots visible & had obviously had long term use, would benefit from being replaced. Only tv was in the lounge area with a very small & uncomfortable couch. Tv near bed would have been great, or at least a couch that was comfortable enough to want to sit on. Tv was not connected to internet so no access to streaming services as was advertised. Key drop off box was not large enough to put garage remote in so had to leave on counter early in the morning & hope no one took it. Overall was really disappointed with what we got for the money we paid.

We stayed for 4 nights during the Christmas holidays and it was a wonderful experience. There is plenty to do in the area, everything is within walking distance, the beach is so close and incredibly beautiful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with how quiet it was, which made our stay so much better. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, helpful staff. Apartment smaller than we thought ( no balcony) but clean enough and close to shops on Jetty Road. Only downside was that it was not cleaned/serviced after 3 days and we had to remind staff to clean. Apart from that, lovely stay, despite construction works on Jetty Road/tram area.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay, great location and amenities. However one thing we didn’t like was the fact there was no explanation of how housekeeping works at the time of checking in, we were advised to use the QR code in the room to read about the hotel. They stated room would be cleaned every 3 days, we were staying for 7 nights and they only cleaned once, we ran out of toilet paper and body wash, had to ask them to refill even after they cleaned the room.

The apartment is in a great position close to restaurants, supermarket, transport and beach. The staff are polite and helpful. The apartment is comfortable with a basic kitchen and great bathroom with a washing machine. However when reading other people’s issues with lighting it seems your management team haven’t fixed the problem. Every time we turned on a switch something turned off. We couldn’t work out which switch did what. Also the lounge is small and quite uncomfortable to sit on. Was nice to have a balcony.

Our room was on the third floor. It was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Just wish there was more vanity space in the bathroom. I had to put all of my personal belongings on the floor. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Overnight stay in Glenelg. The reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint which is tiny is that the pillow was a little 'spongy' but that is minor! Also maybe a couple of biscuits to be provided to have with tea/coffee.

Location is great as it’s close to Jetty Rd, but parking is nowhere near the apartments, you need to carry your luggage a fair distance. Rooms are ok but the tv is not opposite the bed so you can’t watch TV To unwind after a long trip before bed - the TV is situated on the far end in front of a very uncomfortable sofa. I would not stay here again.

Main reason I wouldn’t stay again - I couldn’t access my room when returning from a day at work. Keycard had deactivated. At a hotel this is only a minor inconvenience but here it took an hour to resolve as reception is only manned 9-5 and only a number for a security company is provided, who wasn’t aware of what to do in this scenario. Another guest who was locked out too had us connected with a staff member to attend and issue a new key. This was the 2nd time the other guest had been unable to access his apartment. The apartments are in a great location close to the beach but I was too worried about getting locked out in the morning before reception was on in case the key didn’t work again and I’d be late for work. Apartments are new and fresh, basic furnishings. Layout of my room had the bed very close to the fridge which hums. Air conditioner blows right in your face due to position on wall! Block out blinds effective and quiet late at night. You do hear the door slams of other guests coming and going frequently till about 10.30pm. Construction across the starts up at 7.30am but I was out all day so not a problem, but would grate if in during the day or wanted a sleep in. Only limited paid parking onsite. I hadn’t booked ahead and there was none available. Found street parking a block away. Shame, too many negatives will prevent me staying here again in what I’d hoped was a great new addition to accomodation in Glenelg.

Great new apartments well located in the heart of Glenelg. Noise levels were fine with the apartment being double glazzed. My only 'complaints' were around the communication for a late check-in and the requirement to email my ID and CC details even though the room was prepaid paid in full and the lack of communication around housekeeping through the Christmas period. Other than that it was good value for money
