Hotel location was fabulous, staff helpful and no charge in morning for left luggage. Downside… no hairdryer, bathroom door could do with a drop of oil on hinges, room 414 Was good value for money.

Great location for trains and busses. Great location for tour bus to Giant's Causeway (pick up about a block away) and fantastic place to leave our luggage before the tour. Highly recommend!

It was a nice hotel in a nice location easy to get to most things in the city. I was surprised that they don't do any breakfast. only found this out on the first morning. so had to go to a local café for some. you would need to factor this in if you are their with your full family.

Travelodge is a three star hotel and do not expect anything more. The staff said it was a King size bed but it was only a Queen. The rooms are small which is typical for Europe. The room was clean. There was no restaurant for breakfast. There was noise from the pubs to midnight on the weekend. Sunday night was quite. The location is central which is great for restaurants, pubs, and touring around the city. Hotel price was really good compared to other hotels in the area but the other hotels were four and five stars.

Myself and my husband stay with yourselves for 3 nights. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we used the carpark around the corner which the hotel gave us a stamp for a discount. The room was very small but was ok. The tv really needs to be bigger as we could bearly see the picture.

Stayed here. If you like doors slamming, like you are in prison, then book here. If you like towels stacked above the toilet, so that when the toilet is flushed, particles from the force of the flush land on towels, then book here. If you like old blood stains on bed sheets, then book here. If you like the noise and sound of bottles being emptied into recycling at 7 am, then book here. I don't like complaining like this, but the facts are the facts. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Give them 5/5 for customer service. Also, they have security at night, so that is great. In saying that, the front door of the hotel is thirty feet from the front door of a pub.

The room was Gross. . The beds smelled funny. Tried to take a shower and the shower jead narely trickled. The shower head appeared to be clogged and there were bugs in the bathroom when I attempted to use the toilet un theoddle of the night. Had booked a 2 day stay but promptly left the morning after the first night

A dated hotel in the heart of Belfast. The area is undergoing gentrification so there is a good amount of construction as well as early morning deliveries. The hotel was very clean as was the room. The cost was a little high per night. The alternative hotels were however pricier and further out. A basic hotel with clean bed and bath!

Nobody cleaned our room at all for all of our stay , the staff were excellent and the area was ideal for anyone that wants to have a beer . Honestly if the ratings were on experience it would be a 5 star but this is not a 5 star hotel but I did enjoy my stay .

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Belfast Central. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was luggage storage available. The hotel is in a really convenient central location a short walk from City hall. The bathroom was a little tired in places but overall the room was clean and comfortable.

Plenty of shopping options nearby. The room was clean it there was no Aircon. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows where very thin and there was not enough of them. The towels where on the small side. The staff where friendly and polite.

All in all was good, beds comfy , clean, staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Only fault was shower was terrible would turn to a mere trickle when showering wasn't very warm, on last morning couldn't get it above just aired water so couldn't use it at all

Fine hotel in a great part of the city, very central to everything. The walls are very thin so we could hear the person staying next to us on the first night, but only until around 11:30pm. Otherwise, no complaints about noise. Beds were fairly comfortable, hotel seemed clean, staff was friendly.

We had 2 rooms on the 7th floor so top, there has to be generators or a heating system on the roof, because the noise is horrendous it’s constant all night. Online as well it’s sold to you much better than it actually it, on the plus side great location.

Receptionist had very little English so communication was difficult. Took 3 attempts of returning to reception for room key to work.. Stayed as last minute plan as translink cancelled all buses and trains due to storm Amy. Was handy to bus station.

What I like the most about this hotel is that it is old, but in a good way. Feels very authentic to me. Even though some things need to be upgraded, it’s still very quaint and comfortable. The other thing that I love was the receptionist who checked me in and helped me through my entire stay. I believe her name is Angelique. I could be wrong though. But she was very friendly, very helpful, funny and just a great person.

Was booked for the wrong night and noticed 10mins after booking and travel lodge would not accomodate with a different night. Just be aware of this happening when booking. I wasn't looking my money refunded just a different night. Also when i phoned the travel lodge made me aware that there were available rooms the following evening.

At the centre of everything and located next door to the central bus station, it is ideally placed for anyone travelling by public transport. Plenty of good eating and drinking places nearby. Small but perfectly adequate room but only 4-stars for no air conditioning on a hot night.

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploying Belfast. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Also not far from europa bus station where you can catch buses every 30 minutes to take you to the airport. A pub and outdoor drinking area is directly opposite the hotel, meaning lots of external noise is heard into the early hours if your room is at the front.

Good location and only a 10 min walk from Belfast Grand Central Station and also where the Airport bus comes into. I was there for a 2 night stay, plenty of restaurants, pubs and takeaways very close by also not far from the shops room was comfortable clean and a checkout time of 12 midday

you can't beat the location of this property its only a 5-10min walk from Central Station and within 15 min of the whole centre. there was also lots of night life and eating places on our doorstep. the only thing that let us down was the shower, its old but very forceful and unfortunately flooded out room. you could tell it had happened many times as the door was rottet along the bottom but the manager told us it was condensation. the staff were very helpful and friendly and quickly came with towels etc and even offered us a new room. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was in excellent location close to bus station although lots of pubs and sitting areas around we did not have any noise issues .the travel lodge is what you would expect for the cost some minor updating would help but beds comfortable and clean bathroom clean but needs updating. The reception staff especially Megan could not have been more helpful recommended restruants and booked our hop on bus and day trip which saved alot of hassel she was just so friendly and nothing was to much trouble .if you are just looking for a convient location and somewhere just to sleep i would definately recomend this
