We only had one night here, and although the parking is a tiny bit of an issue, you can park on the street or at one of the parking garages, and the hotel provides a discount for that. Special shout out to Chloe at the front desk who was incredible and should be given a gigantic raise. The hotel is lucky to have her. Lovely room overlooking City Hall and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. We wish we could have spent more time in Belfast. Interesting and lively city and the hotel was the perfect base for us.

My son's wedding and everything was just perfect. From reception to dinner and the evening doo it was just fantastic. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was top notch as expected.

The property and staff were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The restaurant/bar were very nice. The only problem was no parking near the hotel unless you get really lucky. Otherwise, there is a parking garage several blocks from the hotel.

Our room had an amazing view of Belfast City Hall. Also high ceilings (not sure if that is common to all rooms). The bar down stairs was very nice, but I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open on weeknights. We will need to return on a weekend to enjoy that.

Lovely charming hotel in centre of Belfast. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable and lots of room for our family. Staff were accommodating and exceptionally friendly. Only downfall was there is no dedicated parking so had to use the car park - but no a long walk and the hotel validated it at a discount. I would recommend and stay at the Ten Square again for certain.

Hotel is centrally located in Belfast. Our room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our room price. Easy walk to nearby pubs and restaurants. Parking was not on site, but in a multi-level parking station, about 1km walk.

Stayed overnight was in a room with no view room was large but a few issues, bins weren’t emptied from previous quests, only one towel in bathroom (although did discover another in the wardrobe when we were leaving). A bit disappointing. The location is great and breakfast was fine.

Ten Square was conveniently located for exploring Belfast. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Breakfast was wonderful. The only thing that was a bit odd was no hooks in the bathroom for hanging a towel outside the shower. A beautiful hotel.

Turned out to be a great choice of hotel. Very well situated, excellent housekeeping and wide choice/quality for breakfast. Staff were a great team, all helpful, engaging and cheerful. Really left us with a positive impression so wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to family and friends.

Overall this was a nice stay. In check-in i was asked for my credit card ... when I asked why I was told it was in case I damaged anything! This is the first time I have encountered this and I travel a lot. The communal areas and the bedroom were spotless... even around the edges of the carpets! However, I was surprised at how dirty the shower heads were! Unhygienic! They need washed through with vinegar and given a good scrub. A hook is needed by the shower for hanging your towel. Room 420 is very noisy with the aircon units situated just outside the window. The room is spacious. The mattress protector was all scrunched up and hadn't been put on properly so was uncomfortable to lie on ... I had to straighten this out. The breakfast was okay but the vegetarian sausage was unpleasant. The fruit was tasteless and uninspired. Breakfast wasn't cheap and there should have been blueberries and strawberries. The coffee was good. I had some gripes but really I would stay again but not in 420.

This place is great ! It’s near everything and the staff is lovely. One thing though is that on weekends it gets very loud . I don’t think a quiet room will solve that problem as it’s club thumping bass until 1am.

Ten Square was lovely! We were exhausted and the staff was so helpful. It is located in a convenient spot for running around and exploring. The bed was comfortable and we looked out over the magnificent city hall. we would go again in a heartbeat.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly as well as being able to stay in the heart of the city was a fantastic experience. Staying on the older side of the building the AC was not working well and made the room warm but overall was a great experience.

We had a room with a window that we couldn't open and also frosted over so could not see out, not mentioned when booking the room and not expected from 4 star hotel. Air con was terrible and didnt work properly. Lovely big room with lots of cupboard space but room a bit musty. Very central hotel and easy to get around.

The night time desk staff were phenomenal! Excellent recommendations and very knowledgeable. Also met our favourite Belfast bartender at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help in any way. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

The staff at Ten Square were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was ready early; they took my bags in so I could rush off; allowed me to check out late and kept my bags safe after check out too, allowing me to explore Belfast bag-free until my departure. Would definitely stay again, thank you to everyone there.

Fantastic stay from start to finish. A special thanks to the lady on reception who went the extra mile for us during our stay - checking us in early when we arrived first thing to drop our bags off and booking us a taxi to the airport the next day. Great location, room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was okay but worth noting that only the cereal and toast were buffet style everything else was made to order.

The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. Erin checked us in and was warm, friendly and very welcoming. We were able to check in a couple of hours earlier and check out an hour later without being charged. That was really helpful. The breakfast selections were excellent apart from the sausages which were not to the same high standard. We didn’t have a fridge in our room just a space for one. I think an oversight. We called reception, they apologised and got a member of staff to deliver one promptly. Issue immediately rectified. All the staff worked hard and were lovely. You have a great team. I would definitely recommend this hotel which is in an ideal location in the heart of beautiful Belfast City. Thank you 10 square Hotel for helping make our 3 night stay in beautiful Northern Ireland memorable

Really well located and only 15 minutes from city airport. Some really lovely features inside, well decorated and the staff were friendly. Only two concerns - the first night was incredibly loud when we were trying to sleep as there was a wedding on in the hotel. The team did offer to move us but after a day of travel, we just wanted to rest so decided against it and the noise stopped at midnight so it wasn’t too bad. Second issue was upon checkout when we were told we owed money for bar drinks which had been charged to the room. We only had two drinks each across two nights and paid for them at the time, nor did we ever mention the room number when ordering. It suggests that there are no checks when someone says they’re staying in a certain room can walk away with free drinks, and someone else will be asked to pick up the bill. The team were very gracious about it and removed the charge when we explained there’s no way it could have been us. I would still recommend the hotel but think it’s only fair to flag issues, and acknowledge that the team responded well to each.

While the property was nice, we had multiple issues while there and the staff didn’t really do anything to help. First, our air conditioning wasn’t working and the room got very warm. We called to see if they had fans (they didn’t) so they sent someone up to look at it and he said it was fine. We had to open the windows to cool down the room, but the windows were right above the receiving and trash area for the hotel, so we heard trash being dumped throughout the night and morning, people talking, etc. Next, after a day on the town, we stopped at the restaurant after dinner to see if we could get some desserts and a drink - we were told we could only go in the restaurant if we were having a full dinner - even though there was only one table being used. Finally, the two mornings we were there, we inquired about breakfast and were told it was included, so ate there. When we went to check out, they informed us that breakfast was not included and we needed to pay for it. When we notified the front desk that the restaurant had told us it was included, they basically said there was nothing they could do and we had to pay for it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff & very comfortable room . Lots of noise from both road outside and from music in floor below but once I called reception they immediately moved me to a quieter room. Breakfast choice could have been a bit better

Excellent location. Not fancy or luxurious but our room was a good size and had a very lovely view of city hall. Shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff were very nice, just ike virtually everyone we met in Belfast.

Extremely happy with the location across from historic City Hall and close to tourist bus services. Staff made good suggestions for things we should see, which were walkable distances from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Disappointing, considering it's reputation. Room was spacious but poorly lit and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast compared with other hotels was very underwhelming. There are plenty of other hotels in central Belfast that offer better value.

Nice hôtel, very centrally located with easy bus access from with airports or train station. They have a great choice of hot dishes for breakfast although the cold buffet is quite lacking. Only downside: small plastic cups instead of proper glass cups gave it a bit of a cheap feeling. Also a huge kuddos to the two gents that run the breakfast and are doing stand up comedy while giving great service. Gave me lots to chuckle about

Amazing stay! Staff all over the hotel were so pleasant. Nothing was too much for them. We had dinner in the restaurant on our first night, along with breakfast on 2 mornings and each sitting was lovely. Food was fresh and not overpriced at all. Location of the hotel is perfect for a short city break as everything is just a short walk. We will be back!

We booked as we were attending a show in Ulster Hall. Hotel was so convenient for this and also central Belfast. Room was massive and beds comfortable. Tv positioned a bit to one side but that couldn't be helped due to the window position. It didn't bother us. Breakfast was very good. Liked that an order was taken and served to your table. We also ate in restaurant and would highly recommend it especially the steaks! Highly recommend hotel for couples break in central Belfast.
