Very well maintained, lots of small thoughtful details. Appreciated the free guest laundry room. Very clean and tidy room, very comfortable. Lovely outdoor area for guests with a small pool. Only negative were the noise from the trains right behind the building, I suggest asking for a room on the side rather than back of the building.

Great find for a two night stay In Bendigo VIC. Our KB suite was beautifully appointed. Comfortable bed, two seater lounge and dining table. Double vanity. Good pressure shower. We didn’t visit the restaurant but it looked as though a good menu was on offer. Not available some nights though. Lovely central garden with a pool. A microwave available for use in the guest laundry. Would stay again.

The hotel is located across the road from the lovely Lake Weeroona which is a nice place to walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was spacious and very clean. The pool was a welcome sight when we arrived after a long drive on a very hot day. The room was good value for money.

Was beautiful place to stay. Lovely spacious room & bathroom. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean, everything was 5 stars plus. Beautiful grounds all rooms look out to pool area. Only place I will stay when we go to Bendigo. Lady on reception was lovely and helpful. Can’t wait to come back & stay there again.

The hotel is in a nice location across from Lake Weroona which is also the start of the Rail Trail and Creek trails (if you like walking or cycling). Also a few take aways nearby and a nice though very expensive restaurant The Boardwalk Bendigo. Hotel only offers continental breakfast and dinners Monday to Thursday. We had the best meal at Lakeview Hotel 500m away. The room and ensuite are very spacious and bed is comfy. There's a Vittoria capsule coffee maker in the room as well. There's only free to air TV available unlike what is advertised on this site. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

When a property gets high marks, it's not just the physical features that count. You can have an amazing property and if the staff suck it doesn't make it. The staff at the Julie-Anna were five star calibre!!! Went out of their way to answer my stupid questions and were a joy to chat with, we will be back

Large comfortable room, especially the bed. Staff are lovely and so helpful. We requested an additional bottle of milk for our coffee, to which they had run out of. Instead of sending us to a servo or convenience store, we were given a jug of milk from the kitchen. Highly recommend dinner at the restaurant- the chicken and barramundi dishes were sublime. Overall a lovely place that we will be staying at again.

Motel room was spacious and clean. Location is great as it is across the road from the lake which is lovely to walk around on a beautiful autumn day. It is also close to the Boardwalk cafe which I highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

The room was large, also the bathroom ,clean well presented . For the age of the Motel, it is well looked after, coming from a building back ground ,I notice these details . The restaurant is excellent for evening meals ,however not so much for breakfast.

We were in Bendigo for The Lost Trades Fair and stayed for a week. We appreciated the quiet rooms and the pool in the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially Mel. Restaurant food was lovely. Handy to tram and great fish and chip, gelato and coffee shop nearby. We will be back next year!

We ordered room service one night and they forgot my husbands meal and gave us 2 peppers and no salt. We ordered breakfast in our room the next morning and they forgot our juice , when they eventually bought it over it was the wrong juice. The restaurant is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday which is majorly inconvenient, we spent a bit more to stay her and it was totally not worth it.
