I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Quest ! I had a free upgrade to 2 bedrooms and it was lovely to enjoy a bigger floor space , spotlessly clean and comfortable quiet unit equipped with everything you would need for a stay away from home ! Parking at your door , great amenities and very Freindly stuff ! Highly recommend this hotel for the travellers !

Staff on check in were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Very easy to spend a few days there with a full size kitchen. Could probably do with just a few more kitchen tools/implements, but otherwise, excellent! Our room at the back was quiet. Housekeeping staff were unobtrusive and also very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back

Booking was made for 3 people and when we arrived the room was only set up for 2 people, I had to get more towels etc. We also had to pay for an extra bed, which I assume should of been in the price as it was booked for 3 people, we were told that we only booked a 1 bedroom and third bed wasn't included in the price, the room was a good size with a kitchen, washer and dryer, the parking area is not very secure to the main road and the windscreen wipers on my car and other cars had been interfered with during the night, wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay, happily surprised by the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in and would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative was I returned to our accommodation with my 1 year old at 8pm and I got the last carpark and it was a fair way from the room (considering I had to carry my 1 year old).

1 bedroom apartment room 35 - the room has no block out blinds, no AC or fan! They gave us a cheap portable fan but had to use that in lounge area to blow cold air in bedroom! Pool is freezing which is located in car park! Shower water goes everywhere! Look the lounge area is nice and staff are good it’s just the property letting things down! Sorry won’t be back here again !

I like the spaciousness of the apartments. The pool is great for a dip on a hot day. It's like a home away from home. It's a far way out of the main town so we used the car to go eat and explore but that wasn't a problem.

Spacious cosy unit. Washing machine and dryer was handy to have in unit especially with kids. The selection of movies available on the tv was nice to have. Overall stay was good, although the bed wasnt the most comfy.

Great rooms. Pool is tiny and not much to the grounds. Be aware “pay at check in” will actually be charged to the credit card used for booking 48 hours prior to arrival. Bit challenging when you want to pay with a different card. Also wouldn’t allow my wife to check in - had to be me. Understandable but a little frustrating.

What I didn’t like was that we put our towels in the bath which is what the sign said if we want fresh towels only to get back to the motel that night to find all out wet towels still in the bath they also took our cutlery that I had left in the sink and didn’t replace it so when we got back with our pasta for tea we had one fork between the four of us .

Only negative thing we found was that the linen wasnt clean, the curtains were hanging off the rails. For the price we paid we expected well maintained rooms including linen.

Wifi available 24hrs. Had to ask for password. The unit No 31 was sparse. No bedside lamps. Around windows dirt. Carpet squares lifting near front windows. Had a feel for the cost it was a bit disappointing.

We had issues with our bathroom and other areas being dirty. Due to our visit being to see someone in hospital we checked in and left quickly. When we returned much later that night we noticed how filthy it was. Dirty glasses in the cupboard, used soap in the shower! Just awful. We left early the next morning. I emailed management to explain how awful it had been and have been met with avoidant emails saying the manager was over seas and would offer me 10% off future stays. Not good enough at all. Very poor customer service and no avenue for complaints. Never ever again. We shall head back to the All Seasons who bend over backwards to make our stays easy and without issue. The one time we did have a not so clean room, they refunded us and moved us to a new room. Shame on you quest!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit which was beautiful and inviting. Also allows for a large living space to accommodate the number of people the room can sleep. The only thing they need to add to the bedrooms are some pelmets above the windows to help reduce the excessive amount of light that comes through affecting the darkness of the room to sleep in both for morning light and the very bright lights around the property outside the windows. That is the only downfall to the two bedrooms. So if you or the kids are sensitive to sleep with light coming through, the rooms will be tough to sleep in.

Two night stay in the 3 bedrooms suite. Room was very spacious, clean, parking was easy at the hotel. Hotel location is easy, super market nearby and not far away from city centre. One issue with the room, we connected the wifi as instructed but never been able to use it on our phone or the tv for our two nights of stay. Was just no internet speed or connection at all. Something that needs to be resolved for customers convenience. Otherwise great hotel.

Have stayed here many times. Rooms are fantastic and spacious. Service is great. Location is convenient for our purposes. Only 7 minutes from red energy arena. We usually have one of the two bedroom apartments with room numbers in the 20’s but this time we were in room 7. It fronts the main road so it was more noisy than the usual rooms we stay in. Next time I will ask not to be in the rooms that front the main road. Overall our stay was great as usual. Thanks
