The staff were very helpful. Food in the bar was very good and the spa was excellent. Would stay there again. Window needed cleaning on exterior.

Clean and tidy room. Hotel is a bit in the middle of no where so you will have to drive or get transport if you want to go into Bournemouth town or to the beach.

I booked this last minute as the original hotel i booked wasn’t good. Rooms clean, beds comfortable and i liked the fact they have an onsite bar and restaurant, i was travelling on my own so this was ideal.

The breakfast time on weekends was incorrect in the hotel description at booking, and I missed it due to business commitments. The kitchen forgot my dinner order; there was a 45-minute delay The gym is good, with nice and supportive staff

Our room was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the breakfast was very monotonous and the coffee was terrible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At the weekend there was a large group of travellers in the bar and they were very rude to the staff. The atmosphere was very intimidating both for the staff and customers. Some of them were making racist comments. Their children were feral. We avoided the bar when they were present. Management should have done something.
