We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect for accessing the city’s transport system, making sightseeing effortless. A huge thank you to the staff—we arrived at 11:00 AM, and they incredibly had a room ready for us! The receptionist was so welcoming, providing us with a map and great recommendations for city tours. The boutique-style rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean; while slightly compact, the high standard of decor more than makes up for it. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a delicious buffet with a great mix of Hungarian and English options. The breakfast team was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was well-stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The room is small. If you have large luggage, stay somewhere else. It’s boutique so don’t expect a large room so claimed the receptionist on duty when we check in.

We loved our stay at Charm Hotel. The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.
