Clean room and nice breakfast. The hotel is close to Central Park and near the subway (Line 1), which gets you to the city center in about 20 minutes. I’m not giving five stars only because of their very slow responses to my questions on Expedia messages and the staff’s attitude, which could be improved.

Close to Metro station, clean,and safe. Very nice breakfast.Would recommend and would stay here again.

Large room and bathroom. Lacking basic tea/coffee tray, but did privide a kettle when asked. Carpets neded a good hoover but otherwise clean. Staff very helpful. Breakast fine, hot and cold options. Very busy hotel but no noise heard in the room.
