The concierge were super helpful and amazing Breakfast was wonderful The people who cleaned the room didn’t take dirty dishes out They were loud banging doors super loud. Some of the guest are jet lagged and trying to rest Also why do maintenance on the pools on a Sunday was not smart out last day there we could not use the facilities

We had a very pleasant stay with our family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in a quiet location by the Danube, with convenient public transportation to the city center. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I had a great stay. The staff was very friendly they let me to use the spa before check in and check out and they have luggage storage. They provide robe slippers toiletries hair dryer. I had lovely river view comfy bed. The spa was lovely from 28-38C water. The breakfast was lovely too so many options. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back
